This rental was absolutely perfect for our family of 8. A great condo, we could split kids upstairs and adults down. Two lanais and everything we needed for the week including chairs, boogie boards and coolers. The table was big enough for family dinners and the beaches are a quick walk down a beautiful path.

Our family stayed here during our Kauai. This place was perfect for us. It is walking distance to two beautiful beaches, Poipu and Shipwreck. The community is very clean and the staff are extremely friendly. We highly recommend and would start here again for our next Kauai trip.

Great property! Loads of space for our party 9- 4 seniors, 2 adults, 2 late teen and 5yo. Loads of beach supplies. Great kitchen! Communication was excellent. Parking more than one vehicle was tricky, but doable. A bit of a walk to the pool. Overall, excellent place and great location.

Such a great visit to this beautiful island. Condo was well stocked. Kitchen had everything we needed. We loved all the beach toys, chairs, boogie boards, etc. very nice to not have to buy/rent any of those things.
Beds were very comfortable and overall the condo just made us feel very much at home.
We did learn that you will get a warning ticket if you back into your spot in the parking lot. Just a word of caution. Also parking lot at Kalapaki Joes we got a warning ticket and it appears that the extra parking might have moved down the road a bit near the coffee shop.

Our family of seven adults stayed ten nights at this condo. The unit is spacious throughout, was clean and furnished nicely. Plenty of beach items were included (chairs, umbrellas boogie boards et ) loved having the two lanai’s and three bathrooms so that everyone could find space. A ten minute walk to the beaches and five minutes to the pool. Loved being able to stroll to the Grand Hyatt and the trail beyond it. The grounds of the resort are meticulously maintained. We were sad to leave and would definitely consider this unit again should we travel back to Kauai with our entire family.

There were a few little things broken but overall the property was in good condition with lots of beach towels, toys... to use, a well stocked kitchen, and a great large refrigerator. The area is great since you can walk to a couple of different beaches.

Our family of 8, 3 adult sons and their spouses, had a wonderful time in Poipu. The condo fit us perfectly and my communication with Mike leading up to our visit was awesome. There were just a couple of things, like only 4 mugs in the kitchen, and not enough beach towels, that made our first few days a bit challenging. But Sheila was very responsive any by Monday we had everything we needed. It was a beautiful location, easy walk to beaches, and very relaxing time for our family.

This place has everything you will need for a lovely vacation. The kitchen is huge and well stocked with every utensil and appliance you will need. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. There were playpens, baby gates, bumbos and high chairs if you are travelling with babies. It is walking distance to multiples beaches and has all of the beach gear that you will need. We had a great time and would come here again!

We enjoyed our stay at this unit, very comfortable for 4 adults.
A nice size kitchen that was filled with all that we needed, and a comfortable dining area and living room. Lots of great beach items in the closet off the master balcony, beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, plenty of towels. The resort was quiet and the pool and area surrounding were clean. There is a short walk to Poipu beach where you can see whales spouting, sea turtles and more. Do bring beach shoes as it is rocky. We recommend a stop at Costco after the airport to pick up some food and drinks, fill up your fridge, head to the pool or beach and enjoy this beautiful place. Brennecke's Beach Boiler restaurant is a short walk/drive at Poipu beach, we had some tasty drinks, salad and fish if you're looking for something close. We also heard the restaurant right at the pool has a good happy hour and great wings even though we didn't get a chance to try it. Do treat yourself to an evening a Dukes, make a reservation a month in advance and enjoy some music, drinks and food and a lovely evening. Aloha!

My husband and I, along with our 2 children (17yr/boy, 12yr/gl) visited from O`ahu to visit our son and his wife who just had their 2nd son. We were only there for 3 nights and it was such a perfect place for all of us. The unit is filled with everything you need to entertain and be comfy. The AC kept us cool and parking and pool were in decent walking distance.
All restaurants were booked up so we did a takeout the first night and ate at the unit. The 2nd night, I prepared barbecue and used the grills available to us. Unfortunately, the one right down the stairs wasn't working and I had to use the one on the other side of the building but it wasn't bad once we got ourselves set up. The third night was all the leftovers. There was a decent amount of seasoning and cooking items available, just had to supplement it a bit but aside from that, pans, pots, plates, utensils....they had it all and very good quality items as well.
The unit was clean and when I asked about beach towels, found it in a closet stuffed with all kinds of things to enjoy the beach and pool with.
The beds were super comfortable, we had too many beds to choose from and no one had any complaints about not enough space. I almost wish we had planned to have my son and his family stay with us but they lived only 15 minutes away so it worked out well!
We were all very happy with our decision to stay here and when we go to visit again, certainly hope the unit is available. Thank you all for your thoughtfulness and hospitality!!

We were traveling with our two young adult children and 6 of their friends for a total of 10 in our party. This property was absolutely perfect for the size and makeup of our group. The condo was spacious, clean and well-appointed. The closet was full of beach chairs, snorkel gear and umbrellas-- we only had to rent a few more items, which was a big bonus! We put the 5 boys upstairs in the loft area so they could have their own space, and it was just perfect for them. Our girls stayed in the downstairs bedroom with their own bath--again, just what we needed. The master was a wonderful little escape for my husband and I when we needed it too! THANK YOU for the Otter Pops in the freezer when we got there. The young adults loved them and we re-stocked twice! Communication between owner/managers couldn't have been better.
