This is a private king room with an attached bath only. There is no kitchen, living area, washer/dryer, or lanai.

Very clean and somewhat quite. Close to everything you need for walking. FYI , the ceiling fan rattles on high speed and should be looked at.

I really enjoyed it ! The room was very clean ! The only thing was that through the fan in the bathroom there came a bad smell. I think it came from the apartment next/behind it. It was not all the time but when it was there then it smelled bad. Maybe they can put a filter in it or so. Still this room was exact what I was looking for. Since I only needed it for the nights it was perfect. Would recommend it for sure

Its really a room with bathroom, not much else, so wouldn’t even call it a condo

For one person if you don’t need a kitchen is enough, but its even smaller than typical hotel room, so I expected at least that much space…

The staff was always communicating, they gave us a beautiful welcome gift bag with homemade snacks. The room was excellent in many aspects, cleanliness, well equipped, cozy, big, parking, and it was close to everything, very convenient. I would book again if I come back to Maui.

Unfortunately I didn’t know but it is a very small bedroom. The tv didn’t work the entire time I was there even tho they tired to fix it. The kitchen area it’s non existent. You have to wash things in your bathroom sink. There is only a folding chair and table in the room and that means you have zero space to walk around. The building is very outdated. There was a sound inside the bedroom that was like water flushing upstairs or something.
There were some towels and a pillow case with stains.
Other than this I guess it was ok. Ppl were very nice.
Oh also the elevators were a bit small and slow. So if you are afraid of small spaces. This is not for you.

The parking tag was never offered or available in their office via the properties labeled instructions. We never saw anyone in the property office the night we stayed. Look elsewhere.
