The condo was perfect! Every detail was thought of. It was clean, modern, and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with every gadget and appliance that you could possibly ever use. I am a clean freak yet this rental exceeded my expectations and standards. When we return, I want to stay in this exact rental! Beautiful outdoor seating that we often enjoyed in a great location.

We did not spend any time on the property. Did Wiamea Canyon, Poipu village and beach.
We enjoyed our unit. Good size for 4 adults. 2 large bathrooms. Great kitchen. Loved the lanai but were not aware it was so close to the road.

The condo was perfectly located about 1/2 mile to the beach and shopping. It has a very peaceful setting and was great to relax in a very well-stocked place--including boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers, laundry and just about anything you might need.
We loved the layout and can't wait to go again. Not sure who was in charge of the weather, but it was perfect as well!

This was one of the most amazing condos we have stayed in from all our Hawaii vacations. We were celebrating our 25th anniversary. The condo is 2 bd 3 bath and had a huge kitchen that was stocked with everything you need for your family. We love the huge lanai with the sunrise and sunset views and enjoying breakfast on the Lanai with the roosters. The master bedroom was huge and comfortable with the most comfortable bed we hav ever slept on. I am very particular about beds. The condo is quiet and beautifully landscaped. It's so close to restaurants and Poipu Beach. We love Poipu as it's near everything. We will be back in a few years with our family for a family vacation. Thank you for making our 25th anniversary vacation special. We do recommend a cleaning of the mold on the bathroom shower door but everything else was perfect.

We arrived at the entire condo was disgusting. Pubic hair and dead bugs in the bathroom. Dirty refrigerator that hasn’t been wiped clean. Sand and dirt in corners of the floor and soap residue and hair in the main bathroom! They don’t communicate well so be prepared to not hear from them! I will never stay at another vacation by reality again!

We are from here so just seeing family. We have stayed before but this time the house was kind of dirty. You could feel the dirt on your feet and the bedding was old and dirty as well. Nice location. Neighbors were loud.

This rental was perfect for our vacation. The location was in walking distance of dining and shopping and not to bad for a small hike to the beach. It had everything we needed for a perfect beach day. The beds were great! Bathrooms were clean and stocked well. We were very happy and comfortable staying here.

The major issue I have is that the width of all garage entrances are too narrow. I’d say 99% of the cars had to park outside the garage. This caused problems if you had 2 cars because 1 car would have to be parked in visitor parking which is steps away. Should be that 1 car goes in garage and 1 just outside the garage.
Should leave printed instructions and information on the table.
Don’t like the idea that I have to take out trash when I’m paying for housekeeping.
Lastly this unit had wooden chairs around the dining room table which were very uncomfortable

This was a great place to stay with all the amenities provided including garbage bags, paper towels, beach towels and beach gear, laundry detergent,
Dishwashing tabs, sponge and dish soap and more. My brother stayed around the corner with a different management company and they were not provided enough amenities to last them the week. No beach gear, one garbage bag etc. The only thing missing was a rice cooker. Definitely would stay here again with this management company but with more beds. The pullout couch counted as 2 people. Not feasible with tall older kids.

Spacious condo with fully equipped kitchen. Very nice to have a body boards, cooler, beach chairs, and beach umbrella available for us to use.Condo is in a great location- 3 minutes to Poipu Beach and walking distance to several restaurants. Also has a sneak peak view of the ocean from the very spacious lanai.Only complaint would be that the pull out couch was quite dirty. The shower in the spare room hadn’t been cleaned and was pretty dirty so we cleaned it before we used it. There is alot of wall scuffs in this unit. A couple of the pillow cases also didn’t look clean so we washed them.All in all we would probably recommend staying here due to the spacious room and large lanai.

Pili Mai was a wonderful place to stay for our group of 4. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the complex along with the grills. Everything was in great condition and very clean. We were close enough to walk to the beach and restaurants/shops close by. Our neighbors in the complex were very friendly.

We loved our stay and plan to return. Condo is spacious with 3 bathrooms, large kitchen, and ideal for a family of four. Pool area and grounds are beautiful and well kept. Location is not in walking distance to the beach but central to all of Poipu. We had a rental car and went to a different beach or hike every day.

Our stay was truly amazing! This property is gorgeous and has everything you need. The ability to use the garage was a plus, especially with a jeep! The location is amazing. Very close to the beach and a public golf course. When we come back we hope to stay here again!

This property was so nice to stay at! The kitchen was well stocked, A/C was a nice plus, lots of extra blankets, towels and beach gear available to use. The back lanai is so peaceful to sit at and there are both shops and dining within a 10 minute walk. I would 100% stay at this property again.

We’ve been to Pili Mai before. This unit was super convenient on the ground level, clean, large, cheery, and a WONDERFUL place to stay!!!! There’s a male chicken that comes to the back porch. If you open the sliding glass but not the screen, that guy will come right to the door and loudly tell you just how hungry he is. It was hysterical... and we’ve stayed on Kauai dozens of times so we are well aware of the chicken so, and yes, my 83 year old mom fed that guy.

This condo was everything and more for our stay in Kauai. It was perfect for my family of four and my father in law. It was clean and had easy access. The beach toys was a big bonus and the kitchen had everything a family with small children could as for. We will definitely be staying here again. Can't wait to go back!

Clean, spacious, lovely two bedroom condo with all the amenities one could hope for! There were four beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels, two coolers and noodles at the ready. The kitchen utensils were brand new and the appliances worked well (except for the ice maker, which didn't produce ice for 72 hours; however, someone brought us a bag of ice.) The double lanai was the perfect spot to have afternoon cocktails. We loved going to the pool each day and even if there were 20 people in it, it still felt spacious. I highly recommend this place.
