Our family and my parents recently stayed here. It was perfect. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was exactly what are family needed for enough toilets, showers, and getting ready spaces. Our whole family slept comfortably. All the extras, ie. towels, body boards, folding chairs, umbrellas etc., helped the trip be even more enjoyable. We loved to location. It was close to a lot of beaches and restaurants. The neighborhood was clean and peaceful. Local staff were responsive and helpful. We highly recommend staying here!

My family and I usually take an annual vacation to Kauai and this was our first time using a rental as opposed to staying at a hotel. Apparently we have been missing out!
The unit was the perfect size for our family, as grandma and grandpa each got their own bedroom. Our kiddo loved the bunk bed setup and the puzzles/games. Parking setup included a garage (what?) in addition to a reserved spot that came in handy when we had guests over.
Unit came equipped with everything we needed for a 5 night stay. If you don't need immediate beach access, the location is wonderful. Close enough to the major attractions and public beach, but also isolated in a private community that is secluded and quiet. We used the community pool several times and there were never more than 5-10 people there. What a refreshing difference from the overcrowded resort pools.
Would not hesitate to return in the future.

Clean, well-appointed condo with great floor plan and convenient location for our family of 7. Our 4 kids had their own bunk beds in a separate room, Nana had a private bedroom as did we. It was a great place to stay and the owners were very helpful with communication prior to the trip. Mahalo!

We had two families traveling together with 4 teenagers and this condo was absolutely perfect for us. The location was very convenient. It was beautiful, extremely clean and very well appointed. We absolutely loved it. There was an issue with the air conditioning when we arrived just before a long holiday weekend and the property manager went above and beyond to find someone to repair it on a Friday night In addition to pulling off that miracle, she also dropped off a gift card for shaved ice to apologize for the inconvenience. It was very thoughtful and much appreciated. We would definitely rent this property again!!

This condo is perfect for families and/or adults. The location to southern beaches in winter is great. It is very well equipped and with beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, large cooler - everything you need for the beach. We liked the separation of the 3 bedrooms, the large bunk room, and each group having their own bathroom. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo, we had a great time.

The property was beautiful and extremely clean. My family of 6 stayed and had all the amenities we needed. Close to so many places and the owners were great in showcasing what is available on the island. They sent a detail over view of things to do all throughout Kauai. Very easy check in and out. Throughly enjoyed Christmas in Kauai again this year. Condo was great. Very well equipped. I would suggest updating the listing to include all the little extras, especially for kids. We made use of the bikes, snorkel gear, beach gear, books, games, streaming services, and a lot of the other niceties. This was the best equipped condo we have stayed in. The owners were great to work with, especially when our original plans for 2020 were derailed by COVID. Highly recommended!

We stayed at the property as we were on the beautiful island to watch our son (Senior in high school) run for the cross country state championship. Living on a different island we have visited before and stayed in hotels. This experience made the visit very different. The property made our visit so much more because it was like being at home. The house is beautiful and the personal touches made us feel very welcomes. Anyone who has a chance to travel to Kauai should stay at this property it is one of the best properties we have stayed at during out travels. Thank you to the management and the owners. Everything about renting this VrBO was easy - except leaving. 3 bathrooms was perfect considering how many times we had to shower after the beach, hikes, and all our other activities. Beautiful and quiet. Felt like home.

This is a very well appointed property in a great location! We enjoyed riding bikes around town and checking out the many nearby beaches. The condo was comfortable for our two families. Kids loved the bunk room and it was nice to have bathrooms for each of the rooms. The pool was great and gym had nice equipment including weights and TRX (open 8am-9pm). The fridge did not have a water dispenser, but there was a pitcher we kept filled for cold water. Close by shipping and dining, definitely within walking distance. Beach is just about a mile away.

This was a great property for our family. It was large, clean and located in a great neighborhood. The only thing that would be nicer is if it was a little closer to the beach. But, the Poipu Beach (with plenty of parking) is only a quick 5 minute drive and there are other beaches in the area as well. For the price, this was an incredible find for our family of 8 and we would gladly stay there again.

This condo has absolutely everything you need. The owners have thought of everything that you need from ice chests to boogie boards, snorkel gear, chairs for the beach. We had fun watching movies and playing bingo. There are comfy robes to wear in each room. The beds are super comfy and the place is decorated beautifully. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend it to everyone I know. We all loved this home so much and the owners we’re always available but we didn’t even need to ask for anything. The outdoor patio is perfect for having breakfast and we had a pet rooster the entire stay we named hey hey. What a beautiful Place!

We stayed here October ‘21. This home is one of the best VRBOs we’ve ever stayed in. It is a beautiful property, great location, and they have all the things you might need. It was clean, the beds, all of them, are very nice and comfortable. It’s stocked with all your needs like TP, shampoo, soaps, etc. we enjoyed all the beach gear. The owners were easy to work with, nice and friendly. Would recommend to my pickiest friends!

We were very happy with our stay! Condo is big, clean, and close to everything in Poipu. Having 2 parking spots is convenient, and there were lots of beach toys/coolers/etc. available for use. Vacationing with a big family is so much easier with 3 bathrooms, a washer/dryer, and a huge kitchen island to cook on.

The property is very new with high-end amenities and beautiful touches from the host. The bunk beds room with beautiful mural of the waves were a hit to our 2 and 5 year olds. The balcony leading out to plush green lawn is so very relaxing to sit on. We cannot tell you how much we appreciate the hosts' attention to details, from the number of family games, baby toys, plush cushion, hair dryer wrapped inside its own pouch, plenty of towels to use in each room (which all smell spa-like by the way) , sand toys, cooler, bicycles, scooters, etc. It is true they have EVERYTHING. We came from one pleasant surprise to another and all due to Susan and Elise. Thank you again. We can't wait to come back.

This was our second stay in the PiliMai condos. It is a great location just a mile from Poipu beach. Easy to get to the west part of the island as well as not far from Lihue. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. This 3 bedroom condo was perfect for our family of 6 and we would definitely rent the same condo again when we return to Kauai.

We LOVED this condo. The location is very convenient to everything in Koloa and Poipu. The space is very nicely designed, with local art in each room. The kitchen is large and fully stocked. The bathrooms feel luxurious, with nice towels and toiletries. There is a garage with bikes and beach gear. The neighborhood has a great pool with hot tub. The hosts were awesome. They shared a list of recommendations that were spot on for beaches, restaurants and more.
The space is very comfortable for a larger family. We have 4 kids / teenagers and it was nice to spread out. They loved being able to explore the Poipu area by bike.
We loved this place and are already talking about booking a return trip!

We had an amazing time staying here. The house is even better than we could have imagined. Beautiful comfortable furniture with a great layout for two families. Great location walking distance to shops, little fish coffee, Kauai juice shop, whalers general store, and the beach. Very short driving distance to the best boogie boarding beach in the entire world, Brennecke’s, and the best scuba shop, Fathom Five. And very close drive to all kinds of other fun excursions and hikes. And, the house comes with all kinds of fun beach stuff including boogie boards, 5 comfy beach chairs, beach umbrellas, coolers, beach balls and even a wagon to take everything to the beach. It was awesome!!! The owners are very responsive and give great advice. This is a fantastic place to stay.

I don’t even know where to start. The owners are great!! The townhouse was also great, perfect for our family. One of our favorite parts was that they had so many things for us to use, snorkel stuff, bikes, boogie boards, cooler, and much more.

A group of 8 adults decided to visit family friends on Kauai. It was the very first time for a few members to see Kauai and it was an amazing experience at this VRBO house. The cleanliness and thoughtfulness in providing much needed amenities was a tremendous blessing. Although we were only able to stay for the weekend our group would not hesitate to book our stay here again in the near future! Great condo location! Close enough to the beach that you can get there quickly but far enough away the kids could play outside without tons of vehicle or foot traffic. Very clean, exactly as described in the rental information. We took our 9 year old twins who put some miles on the scooters that are provided to use, very thoughtful addition to typical items at a rental! We would definitely stay here again. This is truly a luxury home. They have thought of everything! Upon arrival, I was completely relieved, and thankful, to see advil. The rooms are perfect for families, or even several adults. The kids had a blast with the games. The only downside is that I didn't hide the chalk from the chalkboard from our seven year old! He had a blast one rainy afternoon drawing pictures. I tried to wash off all his little handprints :( He absolutely loves the house, the pool, and the jacuzzi. The kids were excited to see the boogie boards, cooler, and other sand toys. The condo is about a 5 minute drive to the beach. You will love the easy communication with the owners. Mahalo🌺❤️🌴🌈
