We welcome you to stay in our lovely one bedroom, one-in-a-half bathroom condo, located in building #20, next to private access steps to the beach and the boardwalk connecting to the resort's three mile coastal trail, and short walk to the beautiful beaches located in Kapalua. Set along the picturesque waters of Namalu Bay, Montage Kapalua Bay welcomes you with genuine island hospitality and authentic culture.
This is a lovely bridge level unit, which means no toting heavy luggage up or down any stairs! This tastefully designed one bedroom, one-and-a-half-bathroom condo offers outstanding ocean views and contemporary decor!
The kitchen is fully equipped with "Hawaiian Bordeaux" granite slab countertops, custom African Mahogany cabinetry with optimal storage space, stainless steel Subzero refrigerator with freezer drawers and ice maker, as well as Miele electric oven, steam oven, and dishwasher, and a views! The unit features limestone flooring throughout, with the exception of the master bathroom which is honed marble, and master bedroom, which has luxurious level loop carpet. In the living room, you will find comfortable seating, an LCD flat screen TV for relaxing after a fun day outdoors and incredible scenic views of Molokai and our Maui shoreline to Honolua Bay! Take advantage of the free high-speed wireless internet, ceiling fans and central AC throughout the condo.
Enjoy fabulous sweeping ocean views from the upstairs master suite, as it's lined with oversized windows that allow lots of natural light, but also feature black out curtains, and has a small private lanai! Wake up to breathtaking seascape views from the comfort of your Cal-King Tempur-Pedic mattress!
The bathroom features an oversized mirror, granite countertops, stone bowl sink, a huge tiled, walk in shower and the toilet is tucked away for additional privacy.
4 Night minimum stay. 14 Night minimum over the holidays, unless pre-approved. There is a $260.00 cleaning fee. All reservations will be automatically charged a processing fee on total amount of rental. Daily maid service available for an additional charge and is optional. 17.42% State Taxes added to all rates GE/TAT # 071-507-5584-01
You may cancel outside of 30 days prior to your arrival for a refund of your deposit minus $100 cancellation fee. We do not refund once inside 30 days of arrival.

Great views from both floors. Waking up in the morning and enjoying the sunrise from your master bedroom was priceless. Unit is close to the access trail to the beach which was nice, 10-15 minutes walking distance to many excellent restaurants. The only downside was walking up and down stairs to access your bedroom other than that I would higher recommend this unit!!

The villa was fantastic! The view when you wake up each morning is gorgeous! We watched humpback whales from the deck every day. Very walkable to the beach, hiking, golf, snorkeling, and dining options. The property was clean and easy to check in to and use. We loved it so much, we extended our stay by two days! The property managers were great yo work with on our extension! We seriously did not want up leave, but we’ll be back for sure!

Very nice condo, beautiful property with a great location. Has everything you need, well equipped kitchen, some beach stuff. But the reason to stay here is the view from the second-floor bedroom, which is absolutely spectacular. Would definitely go back.
