We attended a family reunion of 25 who all rented in this complex. The complex offers nice amenities (pool, outside grills, tables), and this one bedroom unit is great, with a partial ocean view. The kitchen is open and adequately equipped. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable. Very well appointed. The plastic blinds fell off twice (plastic sun baked and two panels broke), but a call brought a repair right away. The parking is underground….tight but convenient to the unit. Location is great and within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and beach. Fabulous!!

Our family of three was very pleased with central but very quiet location. The beds were comfortable and kitchen was completed with many small appliances and spices. We enjoyed the pool and barbecue too.

Property is very updated inside and had everything we needed. Locations is perfect as well so many many food options nearby. My only complaint would be the A/C in the bedroom is very loud and blows on the window blinds. Shorter blinds or a different kind would make all the difference.

Great condo. Clean and exactly as described. In very close proximity to restaurants and tourist shops. A short drive to boat for diving with Kona Hanu Divers. Check in process was easy and check out requirements very reasonable. We had no issues so did not have a need to contact owner or property manager during our stay. I highly recommend.

This condo and property location is perfectly placed. You are just a few walking minutes away from all the shops and restaurants along the main strip. The pool is nice and the condo was equipped with all basic essentials. The property managers were very responsive and checked in on us to ensure we had all that we needed. We would stay here again!

Y’all when I say 5 out of 5 stars I mean it.
1. Location. Location. Location.
Depending on how you want to spend your time you can almost get by with no car with this spot.
You can walk from the place to the downtown scene of restaurants, bars, and shops.
2. The renovations are really nice and impeccably clean.
3. Coffee maker, blow dryer, washer & dryer, dishes and spices to cook with.
4. Lanai is relaxing for the mornings or evenings.
5. Place is quiet and people are friendly.
6. Lots of towels, wifi, and personal parking spot by the elevator.
7. Loved having two bathrooms with both a shower or bathtub.
Would definitely rent again.

The property was well-maintained, secure and property management was very responsive when I couldn't figure out the TV remote. It was clean and kitchen well-stocked with utensils. Great location - walking distance to many restaurants and beaches.

Very nicely updated. Everything you need is there. Close to downtown Kona but very quiet. Underground parking a nice benefit. Good grilling options which we enjoyed.

This property has a wonderful pool and the property managers do an excellent job of out side and building maintenance. The covered garage is a plus. The building was built in the 70s and no attempt was made to utalize the trade winds. It has one exposer, south, with no cross ventilation so it can be hot. The AC is an older model and noisy. The kitchen has minimal plates and bowls so the dishwasher must be used after every meal. Also there are no serving bowls or salad bowls. It is an easy walk to the downtown and many resturants.

We had a great stay at this condo. We were celebrating our 50th anniversary. It was exactly as pictured and described on the VRBO listing. Very nice upgraded unit. They had it stocked with items to start with- coffee, bottled water, paper towels, toilet paper etc. The management company renting this unit very easy to communicate with. We enjoyed the large lanai deck. We especially liked the location- very easy walk into town and you didn’t need to drive and worry about finding parking. Also very quiet for sleeping. Would stay here again

Love this place. 11 days of relaxation. Property was clean and spacious, especially for my 1 year old daughter. Loved everything about it. Your own parking space. Elevators a few steps from parking as well as unit. Love the keyless door. The remote controlled fans and lights in the rooms. AC all around. Clean pool. Quiet surroundings. Property management was awesome. Great communication in person and through email. Needed a late checkout time and allowed us to do so. Property is 10-15 minutes away from target and Walmart. 30 minutes from airport. All in all it was perfect. Would definitely do it again. Thank you.

The condo is gorgeous!!!! Loved staying here! Perfect location, very quiet, which I like, lovely furnishings. Love the bed, so comfy! So happy to have a parking spot in the garage and elevators! Wow, I wish I could have stayed her for the month that I’ve been in Kona!! It is the best place I stayed while here, for sure!! Amazing views, close to town, beaches, groceries!!!! Love love love this unit!!!! It’s the best!

There was construction noise every day in the afternoon. Saturday morning before we left someone was loading a trailer of construction debris.
The bedroom closet was filled with beach chairs and equipment. The closet was unusable for hanging clothes or storing suitcases.

Well furnished 1 bd 2 ba condo! Boogie board, beach chairs, beach towels, even a first aid kit! You can see the ocean from the lanai. Having dinner there or at the pool area where you can use the gas grills was simply wonderful! Wifi worked well, ceiling fans and lights had remotes. We walked to the restaurants and farmers market. It was great to be close but not on the main road with daily traffic. Honestly a great place to stay.

The place was neat, clean, well supplied and in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was a short 5 minute walk to the downtown area with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with our morning coffee and also for a couple of dinners enjoying a bit of ocean view. The management company was very quick to respond to my questions. I would highly recommend this apartment.
