We have been to Kauai over a dozen times and have stayed in a myriad of places. This one was definitely one of our favorites. The location is awesome. The couches were comfortable, which is not always the case. Everything was just like it you see it online. Laura was great to work with and the bonus of having boogie boards, umbrella, and more was great.

Everything was just right. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The location is great for exploring Kauai and it's near the beautiful North Shore which is our favorite.
The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful and Laura's communications and the material in the house, made everything go smooth.

This property was amazingly beautiful and clean. It had wonderful amenities to make the stay convenient and fun. The place had a great setup for small groups of friends/couples. Access to check in and out was easy and clear. I would highly suggest this location if staying in Princeville! Just a short walk away from some beautiful beaches, it truly was staying in paradise!

First time to Kauai and Princeville on the North Shore is beautiful. The condo is very accommodating. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Very close to Hanalei and the Nepali coast.

Everything about staying here was wonderful. Such a quiet family friendly little spot. We stayed at Laura’s place with our 1.5 year old, and utilized all of the accommodations (grilled and cooked, enjoyed the pool, etc). No issues checking in, parking, or checking out. Location was super convenient, just a short drive to several beaches. Will plan on staying here again.

Great condo...close to food, walks, stores, beaches and the towns of Princeville and Hanalei. Nice large unit, good for families, two couples or four friends. Kitchen is really well stocked for cooking, plus beach chairs and boogies boards for playing in the water. The weather was beautiful this trip, but condo might be warm in the summer months in the second bedroom. Great communication with owner, Thanks Laura!

This was hands down the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in!!! We really appreciated that because of COVID. We had family stay in the same complex and it was so easy and worth it to be able to walk to them and see them easily for the holiday. Our two toddlers stayed in the guest room, and although it doesn’t have AC you couldn’t tell at all (we are local to Hawaii and know this is just part of island life). The ceiling fan kept it cool and they provided extra fans, was totally fine. Highly recommend if you’re looking at the North Shore. Mahalo!

We loved this place! We stayed in Princeville with several other families and this unit was by far the BEST! Clean, well taken care of, decor was adorable and the kitchen well stocked. Plenty of beach equipment with umbrellas, chairs, boogey boards and a cooler. When we come back we will for sure look this place up. And the host was awesome!

We had a beautiful stay in a condo that was fully furnished, the kitchen was well stocked with all kinds of appliances and utensils, and we were very comfortable. There was plenty of room and felt very homey. We had use of the pool and the covered patio was nice with beautiful views. There are a lot of walking areas to go and view the ocean.

What a great 2 bedroom condo in the heart of Princeville! Laura was a wonderful host and so helpful and easy to communicate with. The condo was clean, stocked with all of the kitchen accessories you could need and beautifully decorated. The wifi worked great and the fridge has filtered water and loads of ice. Beach chairs and toys were provided which was great! The beds and sofas were very comfortable and the A/C worked wonderfully to keep us cool. The second bedroom does not have A/C, however there are several large tower/pedestal fans as well as ceiling fans in both bedrooms to keep you cool and comfortable. Overall a wonderful vacation in a beautiful condo!

I had a great experience with this rental - both in communications with Laura, and with the stay itself. Given the shifting nature of the pandemic, it was valuable to have a great host like Laura who is keen to make sure you have a great stay. The rental itself is felt more like a home than a short-term rental, had ice-cold A/C, great WiFi internet, and a collection of supplies for your trips to the beach. Really have nothing negative or constructive to say about my experience.

Laura is an excellent host. Her home is really nice, spacious, comfortable. The entire group agreed the the beds were comfortable. We felt right at home. Kitchen is well stocked with anything you might need and more! Beach gear was a nice surprise and made things super easy for our group. She provided helpful tips for the island. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Laura's condo. She is super attentive and responsive. We stayed 10 days and had everything we needed. A store a mile away, Hanalei Bay, Anini Beach, and the stunning golf course. The pool is clean and bbq grills were great. We will definitely be back to Kauai and would definitely stay at Laura's place again!

This property was perfect for my husband and I and 2 of our adult daughters. The location is stunning and we were very close to a grocery store, gas station, local restaurants, and a glorious walking trail. In spite of the road construction necessary to repair the road from the landslide, we also were close to Hanalei minutes north of Princeville and the amazing beaches there. The North side of the island did have more rain, but it was worth it! The views were stunning and the beaches spectacular. We have stayed on various islands in many different VRBO locations over the last 20 years, but this condo and it's owner were BY FAR our favorite! The owner not only supplied the best beach umbrellas, chairs, and boogie boards, but also games and books in a comfortable homey environment. We loved every minute and can't wait to go back!!

My partner, 2 friends, and I had a wonderful time at Laura's property! It felt luxurious the entire time and everything was sparkling clean. Better yet, the property had everything you would need from filtered water/ice to beach chairs and umbrellas (which were our favorite part). My partner and I stayed in the master bedroom and the bathroom was enormous! The entire place was extremely comfortable to lounge around in after a long day of exploring. We wish we had more time at the condo to relax on the patio and at the pool. The only 4 stars I would give is the location of the property. We thought the beach would be closer (it is about a 20min walk), but still isn't too far!
From beginning to end, Laura was excellent to communicate with and she was kind enough to give us some tips about the rental car shortage going on. Thank you Laura for a wonderful and memorable stay during our first trip to Kauai!
