We have an on island representative for EMERGENCIES ONLY, use only after you have tried to reach us. We pride ourselves on being responsive to our guests.
A WELCOME PACKAGE for our guests includes: Coffee/tea, coffee filters, new kitchen sponge, 1 roll paper towels, dishwasher pods, garbage bags, dish soap, laundry detergent/pods, 2 rolls toilet paper in each bathroom, soft hand soap, shampoo, body wash and hand sanitizer. Misc. seasonings, salt/pepper, condiments and other food items may be available.
SUPPLIED ITEMS: Beach chairs, microfiber beach towels, umbrella, totes, coolers/ice chests, ice packs, some snorkel and beach toys, boogie boards (which may vary) are provided for our guests use.
Extra measures have been taken to sanitize the condo, but we welcome our guests to bring extra hand sanitizer, wipes and any cleaning supplies (or purchase on island) to make yourself feel more comfortable. We also have cleaning supplies for your use.
The Palms at Wailea is a luxury low rise, low density property located in the popular Wailea area of South Maui The complex is just across the street and very near three of Maui’s best beaches: Keawakapu, Ulua/Makapu (great snorkeling and start of a 3 mile walking path to the Fairmont Kea Lani) and Kamaole III beach park.

Use our coolers, beach bags, chairs, boogie boards and snorkel gear. (supply may varies) Enjoy spectacular beaches and soft white sand within walking distance. Keawakapu Beach is one of our family favorites. It's also a fantastic running or walking beach and kid friendly. Excellent snorkeling nearby at Ulua beach. The. closest snorkeling is at Ulua Beach (which is one of our favorites), less than 1/4 mile away. Enjoy upscale shopping and restaurants at The Shops at Wailea or many other local stores in the Wailea. and Kihei area.
Close to grocery stores (Safeway, our favorite in Kihei) also Foodland and a health food store which is closer to our condo). There is also a Grocery store located next to the Shops at Wailea.

We truly enjoyed the space of this unit. The outside lanai area was larger than we thought as well as a surprising view of the sunset. Unit was well appointed and clean. Good location to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Will stay here again when back in Maui.

Description was spot-on and you cannot go wrong staying here. This condo is so close to everything needed in Waelea-lots of options to rent out there but would positively rent from Jillian again. Only thing to add is if planning a trip to the local beach, consider driving so you don’t have to carry all the stuff (umbrella, chairs, coolers, etc) - lots of parking down by the beach!

We had a wonderful vacation in Maui, and this condo played a huge part! We loved the location with close proximity to a fabulous beach where you can walk for miles, as well as to shops and restaurants. The complex is very quiet, the grounds are beautifully kept and the condo itself was perfect. It’s very spacious and wonderfully decorated with the best lanai I’ve experienced there. We spent as much time outside as we did inside when there. The condo is very well stocked for cooking and going on excursions and Jillian goes above and beyond as a host. Would highly recommend to anyone planning a vacation and would hands down love to stay there again. Thanks again for everything!

First visit to the Palms and unit 207! Palms is a beautiful property, very quiet and relaxing, the pool was excellent!
Our condo was exceptional, everything you would need at your fingertips feeling very homey! We were both so comfortable, loving the beautiful lanai and having the convenience of having our own BBQ; we sat out in both the late afternoon and evenings every day.

Jillian is an excellent and thoughtful host. Well appointed and stocked, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Traveled with two teenagers so the second full bathroom was a win. Location is excellent with a short walk to wonderful snorkeling in front of Andaz Hotel. Beautiful pool, but it closes at 6 pm, so get swimming in early. WiFi was slow making it tough to work.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this condo, the unit is spacious, in a beautiful location/complex, and well stocked for beach/toiletries/kitchen supplies. I especially enjoyed sitting in the lanai for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. It is on the ground floor, but the foliage are placed strategically for privacy.
