Nicely remodeled condo. The complex pool and hot tub were nice and relatively uncrowded. Walking distance to beach. Easy access to Wailea and Kihei. Enough room for two adults and two young children.

Vacation rental was perfect for our needs. It was equipped with more amenities than I’ve ever had with other rentals including a full kitchen, outdoor set and grill, and all the beach gear you may need. In addition the property was very clean and the furniture was very comfortable. Great location, close to anything you may need in Wailea or Kihei.

This was a last minute stay due to the wild fires situation in West Maui. After evacuating a resort in Kaanapali Matt set us up at this The Palms property and it literally made a difficult situation much better. The unit was very comfortable, modern and the lay out was very functional. We had 2 kids with us and even with the murphy bed setup we still had plenty of space. If we have an opportunity to visit Maui again, PMI would be on the top of our list.

This was truly the most beautiful vrbo that my boyfriend and I have ever been in. The home was cleaned to perfection, and the location was perfect for going to the beach, grabbing coffee in the morning and getting a bite to eat. There are a group of food trucks about a mile and a half away ( happy belly, Thai me up, wing kings, a coffee spot, açaí spot) all next to each other, and we both agreed that with some of the best food that we had during our stay. Also, just down the street from the shops at Wailea and monkey pod which we ate at twice! Matt was such a wonderful host and an excellent communicator. He was very easy to correspond with, and replied immediately to any questions! We will absolutely be staying here every year now every time we come to Maui. Thank you for sharing your home with us for the week, we look forward to coming again!

Nicely appointed accomodations with generous supplies in the unit, unlike many other rentals (bathroom tissue, dishwasher soap, paper towels, plastic garbage liners, laundry detergent). This should be the standard!Unit was clean, comfortable and as advertised. PMI management company was exceptional, making check-in,check-out easy and being readily available should you need to contact them. PMI was very responsive. Had an issue with the beach unbrella and a new one was delivered immedately. PMI ensures everything under their control is addressed so you can enjoy your time in Maui.

This place is absolutely GORGEOUS! My daughter and I agreed that we’d never seen a more thoughtfully stocked condo...from the amazing fully equipped kitchen to the most cozy comfortable living room to the high end bed and bedding, everything was absolutely top notch. The lanai was a dream, with nice seating and lounge chairs. The decor throughout was just stunning and the entire place was spotless. Sadly we were only there for 5 days and had a lot to do in a very short time, so we didn’t cook or grill - only had time for some quick breakfasts. We did drive around the corner to make use of the lovely complex pool.Parking was very conveniently located just steps from the condo door, so we loaded up the provided chairs & snorkel equipment and explored Keawakapu Beach, which was a 5 min drive. We visited in mid-September and while cooler than Texas, we were thankful for the A/C units which cooled the place down in record time. I would most definitely recommend this condo - all you need to bring is a toothbrush and your bikini! Sincerely, Karen & Claire

This is an amazing property. Super clean and modern. The kids and I really enjoyed the spaces there and also the pool. We are really happy because they had beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, etc.
The only 'negative' is that the outdoor 'patio' didn't have much green grass for the kids to play. So if you have older kids, it wouldn't be an issue.

This was a beautiful condo with a great lanai! The view was lovely and perfect for a slow morning, enjoying a cup of tea. The location is great! Beach was about a 10 minute drive away, and anything you need for the beach is at the condo. I would definitely stay again!

This rental was beautiful and sparkling clean. The kitchen was well stocked with quality essentials and everything worked well. We loved the location, and the privacy, spaciousness and views of the large lanai. The furniture and bed were very comfortable. (We did not use the pull down bed so cannot comment on the comfort of that.) We enjoyed the thick, luxury towels, blankets and bedding. There was also a great supply of beach necessities . . . beach chairs, towels, umbrella, snorkel mask, cooler, etc. The pool area was very nice, clean and relaxing. Due to everything being in perfect condition, we did not have any communication with management other than a couple of email reminders from them. We loved staying here and would highly recommend it to others who are visiting Maui.

We have never booked a condo before, and were a little nervous. We needed extra room to travel with our toddler, who still requires naps and downtime. We knew would spend a lot of time in the room, but didn't want to have to worry about being quiet the whole time while she was asleep. This rental has changed our opinion completely and may only book condos in the future!Beautiful and well appointed, new furnishings and appliances. Great AC system! The condo is well equipped with kitchen appliances, beach equipment and everything you could possibly need. We even appreciated the thought that went into ensuring the showers were tall enough so we weren't ducking to wash our hair. Rooms are spacious, with a sizable primary room and bathroom. There is a Murphy bed in the living room, but we didn't use it. Beautiful lanai with a outdoor table, rocking chairs and reclining chairs, which we enjoyed daily. You can see the ocean when sitting in the two rocking chairs, and you can hear it at night if you open your windows. Because the unit was a ground floor and we have our toddler who can climb out of the pack and play, we didn't leave the main sliding doors open, but would have loved to hear it at night. Additional bonus, parking and garbage are located close to the unit, and the unit is a corner unit on a very quiet side of the property. Couldn't hear the pool at all, which was very peaceful and relaxing. Lots of privacy, but still only minutes away from fine dining, Kihei and beautiful beaches. If we're being nit picky (only so people don't think "what's the catch?"), the shower pressure could have been a little stronger and the coffee machine is a little weak. I just brewed (2) 6oz pods, instead of a 12oz cup. But this is really just personal preference and doesn't take away from the unit at all.We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this unit. Matt and PMI was great to work with, and responsive. Couldn't have asked

The property was just as pictured. Clean, extremely quiet, A/C in main living area and bedroom. Comfortable bed. Great kitchen. The property is walking distance to the beach but there is also a parking lot at the bottom of association that is directly across from the beach access trail. I would recommend the owners placing a map of the property/association showing the location of the pool and nearby surrounding beach access points and roads. Short distance from several upscale hotels and shopping. The front desk is only available for help with checkin of other units and they will not book anything for you or help you with ideas for activities. They will refer you to a booking company. My only recommendation is that the owner place a tall chest of drawers next to murphy bed in the event that there are more than 2 people staying in the unit. Would definitely stay again.

This property is beautiful, clean, quiet, very comfortable, and pretty well organized. My only concern was related to a repair that was found to be necessary in the guest bathroom…while they left me a note to advise someone would have to drop by the next day to repair, there was NO specific communication about what time etc. As such, the next morning I was in the shower, and I heard two male voices…I admit I panicked momentarily, being a woman travelling on my own I felt incredibly vulnerable to be naked in the shower with two unannounced men in the condo. A phone call to arrange a time, a knock on the door followed by waiting for me to answer rather than just walking in (perhaps they did knock, but I didn’t hear it), or if you do walk in then have the sense to leave if you hear the shower!! Overall, very good experience and I would consider staying there again.

This condo was clean, spacious and beautiful. The kitchen was stocked with ample supply to cook from home, and there were plenty of towels! We used the Murphy bed for a few nights and with that in use we still had plenty of room. The patio was our favorite part of the condo. Spacious, quiet, nestled into the garden— a wonderful oasis! You could hear the ocean in the distance too. The pool was a little hike away, but the beach access was just down the hill and across the street. The beach chairs, boogie board, umbrella, and cooler were very nice to have. The campus itself is quiet and atop a hill for watching great sunsets too. All in all it was a great place to stay!
