A contemporary tropical theme lends tranquility to this recently remodeled 540 sq.ft. studio in the beachfront Colony Surf at the quiet end of Waikiki!

This condo overlooks the volleyball court of a private canoe club next door. You can enjoy tennis courts in nearby Kapiolani Park (home of the Honolulu Zoo and the Waikiki Aquarium) as well as the convenience of a quiet swimming beach at your back door and world-famous Michel’s restaurant on site. You're just a short walk into Waikiki and bus service is also available to Waikiki, groceries and shops in the area.

Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival. For same-day reservations, Check-In Time is guaranteed for 5PM.

No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking/Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to a $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal or if anything needs replacement due to tar, ashes, or burns.

Location ideal, next to the Outrigger Canoe Club, beach, Michel's, and how can we not mention Diamond Head and Kapiloani Park. Close to some wonderful eateries. But really outstanding, friendly and responsive service by Captain Cook's Byron Wickard. (Need a rice cooker, I'll get you one and have it to you tmrw!) Mahalo!!

Bryon was very pleasant on our arrival and everything went smoothly staying there,that we didn’t need much help on anything. Preecha, the front desk manager, is so very nice and always helpful. The security and all the staff is very friendly. The location is perfect and the Kapiolani park is right there for walking or running. It’s away from the busy hub but perfect to get anywhere.

Reviewer Comments: A pleasant stay -- as close to the beach as possible without getting wet!Comfortable studio suite overlooks the low buildings of the Outrigger Canoe Club & Sans Souci beach beyond. Very quiet compared with Waikiki locations. Suite is clean & well appointed and suitable for one or two persons. Beach access is convenient.The only aspect that marred our stay -- and, to us, it's a big one -- was the rental agent. When we enquired relative to securing the same month next year, we were told that the apartment had already been rented. Others with whom we discussed the matter all confirm that it is customary to ask the current tenant whether they wish to renew before turning to other possibilities. A courtesy that makes sense. The agent involved in renting this suite to us extended no such courtesy to us. As a result, we would be extremely unlikely to rent anything through her -- or through Captain Cook Resorts -- again.

Reviewer Comments: This condo is in an excellent location with an easy walk to the huddle and bustle of Waikiki while basking in the sun and fun of a private aloha. The apartment was chic with nice views of Diamond Head and the Pacific Ocean. It is adjacent to the volley ball courts of the Canoe Club which appeals to sport enthusiasts. I would like to return for another vacation. Aloha
