It is a great location with the most amazing views and very large inside and it is an easy walking distance to Waikiki & right next to the Outrigger canoe club. The multiple fans & trade winds keep the place a pleasant temperature. The team onsite & Sachi have always been wonderful.

This condo is fully outfitted with anything you might possibly need for whatever activities your stay in Honolulu might include. The decor is lovely and the view is outstanding. I really enjoyed watching the sea turtles swimming just offshore from my windows and had a perfect view of the incredible sunsets every evening. Mollye, the property manager, was extremely responsive if I had any questions.

Condo has everything you need for the perfect Oahu trip. Panoramic views of the ocean & Diamond Head, with a secluded beach for watching stunning sunsets. Ideal location in a quieter beachfront part of Honolulu, but still walking distance to all the best restaurants, hotels, & bars downtown. Management was very helpful and was quick to address any questions. Would absolutely stay again.

We love staying in #407 at the Colony Surf. Our only concern is the condition of the bathroom.we had the plumber in while we were there as the toilet wasn't working properly.Also the drains in the sink and shower didn't drain well.

This was hands down the best VRBO experience I’ve had. Tom’s beach condo was perfect—bright, airy, and beautifully appointed. The proximity to the beach and local attractions made it easy for me to explore and enjoy everything Oahu has to offer. Tom was incredibly thoughtful, providing me with everything from beach towels to insider tips on the best spots to visit. I left feeling rejuvenated and already reserved my next visit here at Tom’s little slice of paradise! Can’t wait to get back there.

My husband and I have stayed in this condo for the month of March for the second year in a row. The condo has been consistently well-maintained, very clean and nicely furnished. The linens and towels were in excellent shape and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and serve meals. It was a joy to be able to watch the gorgeous sunsets over the ocean from the comfort of the condo or to sit on the beach in front of the building. The property manager was prompt and courteous when responding to any questions we had before, during and after our stay. We would highly recommend this condo to friends and family.

Hi Justin We are still requesting a credit for our stay & we needed to Leave Early due to conditions of this unit There a number of maintenance & cleaning issues 1) dishwasher not working & there's sitting in the dishwasher for weeks (gross) 2) No air conditioning & the door vents won't open/close 3) the clothes line in the shower is broken 4) the rain shower has a slow leak/drip 5) one of the chairs bottom liner has fallen....just needs to be tacked up 6) printer does not work....the ink may have dried up 7) the coffee maker is VERY dirty & we could not use 8) we only received one door entry fob (for 2 people) so we had to coordinate every time we went somewhere 9) the kitchen sink is dirty....needs a scrub brush for the edging 10) the storage closet is very dirty & cluttered......with so little storage in the unit.....it is very disappointing 11) there was only enough hand soap for a week (which is pretty tacky when someone is staying for a month) 12) the fridge was very dirty....had to clean before using it 13) the door on the shower is dirty & the glass shelves 14) the shelves in the bathroom had not been cleaned in weeks 15) the lamp shades by the bed are very dusty Let me know if you require any more information Thanks, Allison (We left early & received no credit)

We hate staying in central Waikiki - too noisy, but Colony Surf solves that problem. We have rented at CS in different units about 6 times. First timers in this unit or others on low floors on the side might be bothered by the volleyball noise...but for us it is a welcome reminder that we are in Hawaii at the Colongy Surf. No need for AC as the trade winds flow right through. Captain Cook has by far the most easy and flexible rental policies, and they do a great job "on the ground."

We have stayed at the Colony Surf many times. Every visit has been excellent, including this one. This particular unit is outstanding. It is on a lower floor so the volleyball courts can get loud early, particularly on weekends.

This property was everything we needed for a month stay. It wasn’t right on Waikiki where everything is always a hustle and bustle…yet it was close enough to walk if we needed to. View is great with big open windows. Kitchen was spacious enough to cook full meals as needed. The parking spot was CLUTCH. Hopefully this property will be available when we come back! We’d stay here again without a doubt.

Perfect Hawaiian escape. Tasteful 900 square foot condo with all the conveniences. Wake up every morning to the magnificent views of the Ocean and Diamond Head. The full length of the window seat to lounge on was great. The trade winds were great and air conditioning wasn't needed. Throw in convenient stress free parking,an elevator that takes less than a minute,I could go on, and on. Perfect stress free vacation

This adult condo was beautifully decorated and stocked well with everything needed for a 30 day stay. It was super comfortable and perfect location on the beach. I can't say enough of about this place and the Manager, Mollye. I stayed 6 weeks and it was not enough. I have stayed in a lot of condos in different venues and this was the best!. Easy walk to Waikiki but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet of parks and beaches on the Gold Coast. Quiet with the exception of waves. Views of whales, turtles, monk seals, paddlers, sailboats, Friday night fireworks and the best sunsets in the world. I loved my end of day wine and sunsets. So many activities at your fingertips. No pool but the ocean is your pool. No gym but the park and walkways offer plenty of exercise. Recommend highly for stays over 30 days. I would not recommend renters with little kids though as the windows are wide open and the condo sits on the 18th floor. You can't go wrong with this place otherwise.

Our stay in this property was everything we could have hoped for. One wall of windows in the apartment faced the beach so we could listen to the waves and enjoy the gorgeous sunsets. The property was spotless and appeared to have been recently updated with upscale cabinetry and appliances. The kitchen was very well-equipped for cooking. There were more than enough bath and beach towels that appeared to be new. The property manager was readily available when needed and was very helpful when our arrival was delayed due to illness. I would recommend this property without any hesitation to my friends or relatives.

We enjoy staying in #206! It is just minutes from the beach, and we have fun snorkeling. Being on the second floor is a real advantage for unloading groceries and walking to the condo. Kapiolani Park is right across from the Colony Surf which is very nice. Diamond Head is just across the street, too. Having a parking spot, in the ramp, is ideal. Having laundry and a nice shower is great!

This was our second time to make Colony Surf PH 6 our “home” for our stay on Oahu. We are planning on returning next year. The unit is lovely. The furniture, the bedding, the photos and paintings around the unit all combine to give a comfortable aloha feeling. With just 2 of us to cook for, the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The unit was immaculate, clean and refreshing. The view of Diamond Head, the blue green ocean during the day beautiful, while after dark the view of the Waikiki skyline was spectacular. What’s not to love having a beach right outside your door!Our unit manager was always available to help us if needed. The Captain Cook office staff were wonderful to work with and could answer any questions we had.
