Despite not having an ocean view, the lanai had a lovely tropical setting. The condo had so many extra amnentities and Pat was super responsive. While we didn’t walk down to the Shops at Wailea, we could have easily and all the beaches we like were a very short drive.

The Wailea area of Maui is on the southwest part of the island. It is generally sunny and very quiet. Some of the communities on the island are more bustling. If you want just some rest and relaxation, in my opinion, it is worth the extra money to stay in Wailea versus Kihei. Although we have stayed in Kihei before and like it as well.

Pat is a wonderful host. Communication was very easy and friendly. She even enabled a late check out for us, since our origin flight was canceled and we had to stay until the evening.
The appartement was perfect for our stay on Maui. It is very clean, well equiped and very spacious. Nothing was missing. We enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony for breakfast or in the evenings. The beds are very cozy with a choice of pillows.
I can absolutely recommend this place. We would return anytime.

Pat’s condo was extremely comfortable, quiet, clean and well equipped. It was accessible to all parts of Wailea and Kihei, and made for an excellent location for a long vacation. Pat was very good to work with, accommodating and communicative. Highly recommended.

Condo located in a private setting. Very clean. Very comfortable. Large private balcony with a beautiful view of trees and flowers. Condo was supplied with lots of spices, condiments utencils etc., (unlike most I've stayed at). Patricia was very accommodating with questions I had. She responded right away. Very Quiet area. Will most definitely be staying there in the future when traveling with my family.

Beautiful location in Wailea. The property was safe, parking good, pool access was close and private with shower and restroom. Nice private view from our balcony. It is close to shopping and restaurants and first class golf. We had one issue we needed to talk to Pat about and she was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. It needs a little updating but we were very pleased with it. Highly recommend this property!

Smooth process booking and checking in/out. The property is located in a very central location that was easy to navigate. Parking was great. Beds were comfortable and kitchen is nice to have. Would stay here again if we return to Maui.

This was honestly one of the best condos in the area with walking distances to the shops at Wailea, amazing beaches, pools, restaurants, etc. Pat is an incredible host and our stay was amazing!! Definitely recommend staying here!! 6/5 stars!

We were thrilled with Pats beautiful condo in the Grand Champions complex in Wailea. Our stay was from November 29 to Dec 14.
The unit was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. We also really appreciated all the beach accessories which included boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas.
The two large bedroom suites with their own bathrooms worked out perfectly for our visit as our adult kids flew in to join us for part of our stay. The beds were very comfortable and there were ample towels.
The lanai was lovely overlooking a jungle like display and perfect for our morning coffee.
The complex had two lovely pools with bbq areas both very conveniently located to the unit. It was also very quiet at night.
Pat was a wonderful hostess and very easy to contact and talk to. We totally appreciated her attention to detail. There was even a lovely welcome basket full of treats for us upon our arrival.
We highly recommend this lovely property for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay on Maui! You will not be disappointed! Mahalo Pat!

From the booking process to our stay…Wonderful! The condo is located in a fabulous Wailea location and even within the complex. The unit is spacious, has an in unit washer/dryer, parking stall conveniently located in front of the unit, a/c, plus very comfortable and serene. Everything and more for a great stay! Beautiful location, close to beach and shops. Clean and very roomy. Had beach chairs, boogie boards which was perfect for our family. My family had a wonderful stay in March 2022. The unit was spacious, clean and well-organized with everything needed for cooking your own meals. Pat (the owner) was very responsive to any questions that we had and was wonderful to communicate with. The unit was equipped with beach towels, beach toys, boogie boards and beach chairs. We have stayed in many different units at Grand Champions and this was our favourite!!

We had a great stay in Wailea at Pat's lovely condo. The location is central to a lot of activities on the island, there are plenty of great shops, restaurants, and beaches nearby. The pool area was great to have, and we often found ourselves unwinding from a long day of hiking or driving in the hot tub. It was a great home base for us.
The condo was as described. They also offered a lot of extra helpful items - like seasonings and oils for cooking, scissors and other tools in the hutch, and plenty of plates, cups, a Brita filter, pool toys and chairs, and tupperware. Everything was in good condition save for two cabinets beside the oven that had broken hinges, but that wasn't a big inconvenience by any means.
Check in and parking were both easy. We were missing a guest parking pass, but we were easily able to obtain one from the guard and Pat was helpful in getting us straightened out. Likewise when we had a bit of a miscommunication regarding the amount of guests and the listing was changed from 6 to 4 guests max. I can see why, though - the rental is set up most comfortably for two couples, as the only bathrooms are located inside the bedrooms. Still, we all had a nice and comfy time. Thanks Pat!

Patricia’s place is amazing! My husband and I stayed at the condo with our 3 children (ages 3,5,8). The condo has absolutely everything you would need from beach toys, umbrella, chairs, etc. to fully stocked kitchen. They even had a cute unicorn dish set that my daughters loved! It’s a 5 minute walk to the shops and 10 minute walk to the beach. We would definitely stay there again!

Excellent condo. Spacious layout and huge lanai. Lots of trees and vegetation. Very secluded. Well appointed with welcome treats that were well appreciated. Great place for two couples with both bedrooms on main floor. Clean and well maintained. An update to the condo would be advantageous. It sounds like future renovations are in store anyway. Thanks for the wonderful stay. We would visit this area again someday!

My family just had an incredible stay at Pat's condo. The condo is in a great location and close to the pool, restaurants and the beach. Pat was so very easy to work.. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking if you want to cook. There is a BBQ located in the pool areas. Pat had all the beach items you need including beach toys for children and noodles. It is perfect for a small group and we loved the two master bedrooms and having our own bathrooms. If you need a condo in the Wailea area please consider Pat's condo!

We stayed at Pat’s condo for three nights at the end of July. Our three young children, my husband, and I had plenty of room to spread out. The home was very clean, well stocked with kitchen items, air conditioning units in each room, comfortable beds, and a really beautiful large lanai backing up to trees and flowers. It was a quick drive (under 5 minute drive) to Wailea beaches. Overall we had a great time and had no complaints. Thanks Pat!

When I booked this property it indicated there was a sleeper sofa/futon in the Mstr bedroom. When we got there, the sofa was covered in stains and unsanitary. I emailed the owner and she denied ever listing it that way and then blamed VRBO for the mistake. However, I checked the listing before emailing her and it was still listed that way. There was also a pillow covered in stains which concerned me! Throughout the house signs indicated “don’t use” certain items, such as a bathtub. There were tiny bugs all over the bathrooms and kitchen. The owner left notes which said to take out the trash daily to avoid “critters” but “critters” were already there the minute we walked in. The cell coverage in this area was bad but made worse by the fact that internet service was virtually as slow as dial up. I’ve rented through VRBO multiple times and I’ve never had to give a bad review. However, I feel that I must make note of these inconveniences.
