We had a great vacation in Maui. The apartment was clean and had everything we possibly needed. Our weather was extremely warm so we couldn't sit outside as much as we might have liked. The beds were super comfortable. Better than any place we have ever stayed. Almost hated getting out of them in the morning! Would definitely return to this property and highly recommend it to others.
Be aware that there are 27 steps from the parking lot.
Top Floor is great for views and quiet but there is no elevator so please be aware of this.
Suggestions to owner:
Slider to deck from main living area is almost impossible to open/close. Not sure if it worn out or off its tracks? We used the bedroom slider so it was no issue.
We would have liked a couple of nice non-stick fry pans for bacon and eggs. This is not unusual for most VRBO's we rent.....Normally I buy one at Wally world and leave it behind but we ate out quite a bit. Only 1 lounge chair on patio....2 would be nice! Last suggestion....run at least one A/C for a couple of hours before expected guest arrival. We arrived during the late afternoon and the apartment was stifling hot. We had just carried 3 bags of luggage and the groceries we bought for the week up 27 steps several times so we were sweating profusely until the A/C's kicked in.
With these minor exceptions....we still loved the property and our stay. Monkeypod restaurant is awesome and close by....advanced reservations should be planned.

We had a terrific stay at this property. The location was amazing. There were a variety of activities for everyone. We spent a lot of time at Ulua Beach which was right down the hill. The view was also stellar. Thank you!

This condo is perfectly located for spectacular sunsets! Each night we were treated to the most colorful, unobstructed sunsets.
The condo is clean, well appointed, and comfortable. The pictures used in the description were spot on. We had everything we needed for meals or just hanging out on the lanai. Having the convenience of laundry at the unit was a welcome benefit.
As active people, there were plenty of places to walk or run. The pool was clean and quiet. The community is in walking distance to an outdoor mall, Starbucks, and restaurants. It’s a short drive to the Kihei restaurants and night life.
Importantly, I we had the pleasure of meeting Sherri! She is a great host, with the gift of southern hospitality in the island setting. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!

This was our second time staying at this beautiful place. It was as amazing as the first time. The condo is nicely updated, has everything you would want and is just perfect for 2 couples. Sherri & Bill are wonderful hosts, we will be back for sure!

We loved that this unit had two mater sites. We were traveling with one of our adult children and her spouse, it was great that they also had their own bedroom and on suite.
The third for balcony provided exceptional views at sunrise and sunset. Being able to see Lanai in the distance made an amazing tropical experience.

This is a comfortable, high-end condo with plenty of space for our family of four. Extra towel, comfortable beds and stunning g views. Lots of retail and restaurants you can walk to. Most days, we jumped in the car to explore all of the beaches and towns of Maui. Exceptional!

Great location, property has all the amenities of home with an ocean view. Extremely clean and comfortable for our family of four. Updated furnishings and linens make you feel like you are in a 5 star hotel. Looking forward to our next visit!

This was in a perfect spot for my golfing gang. Right between 3 golf courses. Shopping was just down the block along with an ice cream store and small grocery store. It is equipped with everything you need to go to the beach and have fun too! We loved it. The local manager was great to work with. We had a running toilet and she had someone out to fix it right away. Thanks!

Just spent last 10 days at this 3rd floor condo, but really only 2 flights of stairs, with terrific ocean view from back lanai. Can’t say enough good things - beautifully decorated, well stocked kitchen. Two comfortable king beds and both bathrooms really nice. We’ll equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and coolers. Two pools, good parking spot, nice washer and dryer. Very responsive owner and manager. Can walk to beach, restaurants and shops. Certainly one of the best values in Wailea. Owner has tried to anticipate every need.
