We had the most amazing stay in this beautiful condo, it was absolutely perfect for our family. The location was excellent, close to everything you would ever need! The condo was stunning and you could even enjoy beautiful sunsets right from your lanai. The owners were so helpful and kind and really made an effort to make our vacation the best it could be. We would absolutely recommend this condo and we will be back for sure!

We recently stayed at this wonderful vacation rental and it exceeded our expectations! The furnishings were clearly designed with comfort in mind, making the space feel cozy and inviting while still maintaining a stylish atmosphere. The beds were incredibly comfy, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring. The well-equipped kitchen was a real bonus, allowing us to prepare meals effortlessly.
What impressed us the most was the tranquil ambiance of the place. It was quiet and clean, making it a truly relaxing retreat. Moreover, the proximity to beautiful beaches and the pool right next to the condo made it an ideal choice, especially when traveling with children. The little ones had a blast!
We highly recommend this property for anyone seeking a comfortable, stylish, and family-friendly vacation rental. We can't wait to return and create more wonderful memories in this lovely space.

Absolutely looks exactly as pictured! I have used VRBO many times, and I have to say this and only one other condo I have rented has been exactly as pictured! Owner's definitely have pride of ownership and have taken care of this condo. Communication was excellent when we had a couple of questions prior to our trip. Everything was so streamlined and easy...from access into the condo when checking in, to parking passes and the condo was stocked with just about everything imaginable! We so appreciate the beach chairs, beach towels...and even coffee pods/ and tea that was available when we ran out of our own on the last day! Wailea shops were close, as well as many restaurants. We really enjoyed taking a walk down to the beach walking path each morning and would walk about 3 miles round trip each morning (though the walking path is super close to the condo).Would recommend this condo highly!

My husband, 2 teenagers, and 3 yr old toddler stayed here for 5 nights. Beautiful condo with a ton of amenities. The large patio and loungers were my favorite, and I enjoyed a glass of wine every night on the loungers in peace, lol. All the kitchen equipment /utensils were available. Puzzles and games for the kids were a hit and the beach box outside was a huge bonus. We used the umbrellas, beach chairs, soft cooler, and my toddler was so excited about the sand toys. Great hosts with excellent communication and recommendations in Maui. Looking forward to staying here again.

From the second we walked into this beautiful villa on the Grand Champions property, we knew we made the right choice. From the cleanliness, to layout, to amenities, to the view of the pool. Everything was just as the photos depicted and we enjoyed every part of it.
Pool/beach toys on the lanai for use were a HUGE hit. Our twin 3.5yr olds had a wonderful time and we were all comfortable every second of our stay there.
Converted us to buying a Rumba as well! You can tell the owners take pride in their property and like to keep as clean and updated as possible.

Very clean, easy communication with the owner, walkable distance to the shops, restaurants and beach. Pool can get a little loud, but the staff is quick to respond to groups being overly loud. Loved sitting on the lenai and listening to the birds in the morning while enjoying a cup of coffee.

This lovely condo is exactly as pictured. We were very comfortable and impressed with how well stocked it was for anything we needed, including all of the beach gear (chairs, umbrella, toys, etc.) The deck is very big and comfortable with a view of the pool. We are avid snorkellers and were thrilled with local Ulua and Maluaka beaches.
If we are back in the area one day, we hope to stay again!

Firstly the overall Wailea Grand Champions property is gorgeous!…very well maintained!
The unit was decorated beautifully in beach decor! Two huge primary bedrooms with ensuites that were also very roomy! Tile Flooring is perfect for the environment and the lanai was double the size which made it easy to have both a lounge and eating area right above the pool! Grandkids loved the pool!
Jessica & Paul were the perfect hosts! Would definitely stay here again!

This is a great vacation spot for families with small children in Wailea. Conveniently located to the beach and the Shops at Wailea and lots of nearby dining. The family pool is just steps from the condo and is a real perk for the kiddos. The condo itself is meticulous and thoughtfully furnished. A comfortable king bed in the main bedroom and two double beds in the second bedroom. High speed internet and nice TVs throughout the condo. We enjoyed meals and cocktails along with the pleasant view from the balcony. The bathrooms are nicely updated and the showers are spacious and have great water pressure. The kitchen was well outfitted and had everything we needed. Communication with Jessica and Paul was a breeze and they were extremely responsive and delightful to interact with. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend!

What an awesome place to stay when in Wailea. Perfect for a family of 4. Near all the beaches and activity in South Maui. One of the best parts and biggest surprise was the beach box. We knew there was one, we just didn't know how much stuff would be there for us! Loved the chairs and boogie boards. Highly recommend staying here!

Stayed for 1 week with my wife and 2 adult daughters. Everything was terrific. The pool right outside could get a little noisy on occasion, but nothing out of the norm. The Quiet Pool is just a very short walk. Walking to the beach would not be practical but many incredible beaches are within a few minutes drive.

Maui is beautiful and the location of this condo allows easy travel to various beaches. Other than location, the condo is clean, well stocked and we liked the showers and separate bedrooms/bathrooms. Perfect for a family of four. Nicely decorated with air conditioning (an item overlooked in previous Hawaii bookings). Owner is very responsive and the unit is very close to the pool/grill area).

The place is just as advertised , very well equipped and has a great island vibe. Wonderful area in Wailea with excellent restaurants and shopping. For the beach it is walkable but we drove to baby beach, about 30 mins away, which is amazing!

The beach house was great - clean, well decorated, and equipped with everything that we needed. However to call it a "beach house" and "beach walkable" is really misleading. The house is a solid 15-20 minute walk from the beach, making it too far to walk while carrying to supplies and gear that one would typically take with you to the beach.
We booked specifically for walkability, so this was disappointing.

While the pictures of this Condo are excellent and speak for themselves, they understate what hosts, Jessica and Paul, actually deliver. It goes without saying that the unit is bright, spacious, well appointed and immaculately clean. It was surprising how every little detail was managed, well beyond all expectations. As important, our hosts starting delivering from Day 1, when we first visited the VRBO site and started planning our Maui vacation. They made helpful recommendations planning activities. Their communications were not isolated and continued well after booking and even arrival. All of their suggestions worked well.. They were highly focused on communications, including making certain that check-in was seemless. We could go on, but are out of space.

The property was perfect! As soon as we pulled into the parking lot we knew we were going to have a great stay. The space was perfect for our family, the pool and hot tub area was great for us to relax and barbecue, and the people were very friendly.
The beach was a short drive down the road, shops were close by, and the surrounding area was beautiful.
Our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable. We're already planning our trip for next year and we're planning on staying in the same location. I highly recommend staying here. You won't be disappointed!!

Loved our stay! Our host Jessica was very good at communicating and making sure that everything was done to perfection! The condo was extremely comfortable and very well decorated. I own a furniture store and interior design firm so I’m pretty particular. The sofa was so comfortable that I even asked the owner for the manufacturer so that I may look into carrying it at my store! We would definitely stay here again! My husband and another couple stayed in this magnificent villa for a week. It was our first trip to Hawaii for all four of us. Wow!!!!! Was it ever worth the wait!!! This villa is beautiful, updated and meticulously maintained with everything top of the line. The bed.... the most comfortable..,I even wrote down the brand of sheets... so soft..gotta get some! This villa is close to shopping, restaurants and beaches. We did a lot of beach hopping and easily saw 5-6 beaches that were all very close... 5-20 minutes away. Many places to grab a nice dinner or enjoy a happy hour.
The pool is clean and well taken care of and steps from the front door. The parking, too, is right by the door. It was so easy to carry, load/unload our gear and treasures. There was nothing in the villa that we didn’t have. The owners have literally thought of everything! Each bathroom and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Everything for the beach and pool (even beach towels, toys, chairs) are provided! Everything was amazing and comfortable! We highly recommend this villa. It’s truly a great luxury stay for a great price! It made our trip so worth the wait! We will definitely return! Kudos to the owners for making this place spectacular and even leaving a binder full of fun places to explore! They really thought of EVERYTHING you ever dreamed of!!!

We absolutely loved this condo! We have stayed at many rentals over the years but this was the best by far. The condo was immaculate and beautifully decorated. It was amazing to wake up in the morning and sit on the lanai with a view of the pool and plumerias. The owners are extremely responsive and had spot on recommendations for restaurants, beaches and activities. The condo was well-stocked and very kid-friendly with beach toys, life preserver vests and boogie boards. We can’t say enough good things about the owners and this condo. We almost stayed at a hotel but feel so fortunate to have found this gem!! Would highly recommend staying here; we hope to return again in the future.

If you're reading this review right now it's because you're not sure if you should book this place. Well let me tell you, do it now before it's gone if you want to be in Wailea!! The condo is decorated super fun and beachy which just enhances your stay in beautiful Maui! But what truly makes it worth the stay is the attentiveness of the owners and all the little things they have provided for your comfort. Our family of four (two teenagers) was between purchasing two hotel rooms and a condo. I'm so happy we did the condo so we could all spread out yet still be together. There is so much great stuff (food, beaches, tennis, golf, etc.) nearby you won't miss the hotel. Thank you so much for making our vacation wonderful.

Fantastic home. Exactly as communicated. Very clean, very comfortable, and very well decorated. It's clear that the owners take pride in their home. The location is fantastic, as we could walk to breakfast and dinner at the Shops at Wailea each morning, and the beaches and restaurants are all within 6-8 minutes drive. Additionally, the owners have provided a packet of information on places to eat and things to do. We are very picky people, and would definitely stay here again. Wonderful vacation.

The condition of the condo was exactly as described on their website. Very clean. The entire property felt very secure and well maintained. Supplying the beach equipment was a huge plus. The pool area was excellent. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. Supplying tips for local activities and dining was very helpful. The only feedback for improvement would be to consider adding a dehumidifier to decrease the dampness from the Maui climate. Overall, we had a delightful experience and would highly recommend this property.

We just spent about a week here. It was the most blissful and relaxing vacation we ever had!! We took our toddler and he enjoyed standing in the balcony waving to the people swimming in the pool below especially the pretty ladies. With the door closed, we could barely hear the noise from the pool. The noise from the pool had no affect on my son in the bedroom during his nap time. We appreciated all the beach toys and towels that they had available. The location is great. Just a short 5 minute drive to Wailea Beach and amazing restaurants. The condo itself is very family friendly. I could not think of a single negative thing about it. Honestly we were super thankful that this unit had AC. Coming from California, had to adjust to that slight Hawaii humidity. I wouldn’t walk anywhere cause there aren’t a lot of sidewalks in Wailea but the parking lot assigned is directly in front of the door so that makes life easier. And on this side of the island, they have Uber. The owners mainly Jessica was great at communicating and following up with us throughout our visit. Jessica the property manager was even able to get in a bit earlier because our toddler was ready for a nap. They have washer and driers on the balcony which came in handy and if you didn’t bring toiletries, they had some on hand. We are definitely staying here again in the future!!!!

We had a fabulous time at this villa. Besides the fact that it was immaculately clean and bright, the decor is beautiful. The colors and furnishings exude the island feel and truly bring the outside in. Everything we needed was there. From beach towels to a fully-furnished kitchen we lacked nothing. The beds are so comfortable. It is apparent that the owners are experts in hospitality. There is also a washer and dryer so we didn't have to bring many clothes to last us for 11 days. This place is spacious and welcoming and we would highly recommend it to our friends who may be planning a Maui vacation. We appreciate the quiet, non-commercial feel of this area. It really feels like home. A quick walk gets you to the beach or the Shops at Wailea. Thanks for a perfect vacation spot. We plan to return.
