We had a great stay at this Waikiki condo. The unit was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, and the location made it easy to walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The host was extremely responsive and quick to answer any questions, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Waikiki.

Quaint and cozy. Perfect for two on a getaway to Oahu for a weekend or longer. Easy walking distance virtually anywhere worth seeing in Waikiki, and close enough to the highways for the longer trips around the island. We loved our stay! Give it a go!

I’m surprised I survived . I came to use VA pacific islands health care for 2 ablations on both sides of my neck. The upstairs neighbors were so very loud. Always home stomping and banging on the floor. The harassment from above ruined the place . Beware , the upstairs will do this again

All in all the property was great. Easy check-in, very clean, timely communication from host and great location. Parking on the other hand was little to be desired. There is parking available, however it is at an extra cost (35 for 24 hrs) and very limited. As long as you're back around 4 or 5pm you should be able to find a spot. Also, make sure you bring your own beach towels as there are none for use at the property.

The apartment was very clean and cozy. This was my first Vrbo and the experience was amazing. The decorations were cute and it made the space cozy. Super short walk to the beach. It was not hard to find parking underneath the property if you are back around 6-6:30 window. We loved it all around!

Great value! Very secure building. Everything was clearly communicated by the host, it was clean and fresh, lots of beach gear and very close to the beach. Parking under the building for a fee but you really don’t need a car in that location. Close to all the hot spots. Very secure baggage storage by a vendor located in the lobby.

The laundry is gonna be down for at least a month. The room is perfect, my son and I stayed without any issues. The luggage hold was in the hotel ran by a third party who isn’t too helpful and seems a little shady. But the property we stay in was perfect for our 7 days.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The location was amazing. We were within walking distance of the beach and everything else we needed. The room was very clean and even came with some essentials like sunscreen and beach towels. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great! The host was very kind and easy to communicate with.

Pictures are a little deceiving but all in all in was a nice room. A/C wasn’t great but by morning the room was at a comfortable temperature to how we like it to be able to sleep. Exterior sliding doors are a little dated but security never seemed an issue. Great location for everything in Waikiki. Walking around seemed safe and had many choices for food and there was an ABC store on every block. They don’t just carry alcohol, carried about little of everything it seemed.

Once we figured out how to access things (parking and the building itself), this condo was great. Though the garage and lobby are a little rough, the unit itself is clean and well-appointed (there are a few things I'd add to the kitchen). The A/C units were great to have. Having towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and a good-sized cooler was great! The location is easy, with quick access to the beach and shopping. There's a hotel across the way with a rooftop pool and a band that plays most nights. If you love music, you'll appreciate it. If you want quiet, this might not be your place. They stopped by about 10:00 each night though. We loved it. Overall, I would definitely recommend this condo!

Unfortunately there were termites during our stay and we had to request another cleaning round to be made at arrival due to dust, hair, and crumbs found on the floor and furniture. We had a wonderful stay at this unit in Waikiki. The location is excellent, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shops.
The check-in process was very smooth, and the host was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay. He quickly and sincerely responded to all of our questions, which we really appreciated. He also kindly arranged an early check-in for us after a long trip.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our needs. Everything worked as expected, and we felt safe and relaxed during our stay.

Great location near the beach, shops and restaurants and its on the bus routes so getting around is super easy. We didnt rent a car until the day we left and used it to see the rest of the island. There are beach chairs, an umbrella and boogie boards on the lanai but we didn't use them. Nice place to stay. Thanks again.

Peter was a great and attentive host! The suite was very clean and comfortable. The AC worked well to keep us cool from walking all day. The bed was comfy with soft sheets so we slept well through the night. There was body wash, shampoo/conditioner, & sunscreen that were all provided as well as a full size fridge and basic kitchen essentials if you wanted to make a meal.
The location overall was amazing. We easily walked everywhere we needed. And it’s right by the Spam Musubi cafe and Maguro Poke which was convenient for us.
We would def stay again!

Clean, comfortable, functional, relatively good location relative to Waikīkī Beach. But cannot rate it higher due to two features beyond owner’s control. The garage is small with 15 spaces for a 100 unit building. It is cramped and if all spaces are full I’ve seen cars having to back out up a difficult to maneuver space and ramp because it’s so small you can’t turn around. I paid 50/night a block and a half away at Waikīkī Banyan Parking garage instead. Second disappointment were the balconies. The parapet walls are so high that when seated you can’t see over them. But there’s really no nice views to look at anyway.

Everything about the unit itself was great, clean, well stocked with everyday needs provided. Our host Peter was always there and willing to answer any questions and would go the extra mile to assure our needs were met. He was great. We did feel safe with the security available in the building and the general loaction. However, parking was a nightmare. The public parking under the builing was dark, damp, very steep enterance and exit. It smelled of garbage and was dirty. The Kuhio Tower itself in in need of repair. Because of the storm the power went out and we had to used the fire escape stairs. The stairs were steep, narrow, wall paint peeling and dirty. It is too bad such a beautiful unit is in such a run down building.

Great location in the east end of Waikiki with very close access to the beach and tons of dining options amongst restaurants and many food trucks. Condo was very clean with a very comfortable bed. Check in and check out process with Peter was very smooth. Would stay here again if in Hawaii.

Property was exactly as described. Excellent location. Parking situation worked well. Apartment itself was exactly what we were looking for. A nice clean place to base out of while we explored the island. Good amenities, kitchen was very usable. Some reviewers have complained about the age of the building, it might be a little older but I don't think it is run down. It is a nice shape and staffed at the front desk. We wanted a nice place close to the beach, with a kitchenette, and a good price. This met all of those. Will recommend this property to my friends
