First of all the place was not cheap. We paid 1700 for four days, and it’s at a hotel that I could’ve paid 700 to stay in. Secondly, the place looked nothing like the pictures. The only correct thing is the view was a nice and it’s close to the beach. and nice restaurants.Third, the place is very small and the bedroom, which has the only two small closets for us to hang clothes, had stacked up pillows and blankets and a kids playpen so there was nowhere for us to hang our clothes. The other small closet had a vacuum cleaner and some other cleaning supplies. There’s no dresser to put your under clothes and bathing suits in. There was no instructions on how to work the air conditioning so our first hour was spent. Trying to figure out how to get the place cooled down. We call the host and they asked us to just move everything. I didn’t come there to work. My plan was to come to Hawaii to relax we later figured out how to work the air conditioning, but there’s no instructions in the place to figure any of those things out. The following day we go grocery shopping and we can’t get the stove to work. I called the host and they texted me back the next day and said you have to leave a pan on the stove in order to for it to work. These are things that should’ve either been explained or instructions should’ve been out and clear. I was very disappointed, and I told the host that a few times. After that, the host stopped taking my calls never again would I rent from this place.

I felt like I was a local living in downtown Waikiki just for a moment. 3This cute & small apartment was clean and tidy when I arrived. And just the perfect place for a solo traveler like me. I had all the things I needed like utensils and plenty of clean towels for the beach, even a boogie board, chair, and goggles provided. Theres even a spot to rent a surf board rack downstairs during your stay!I was block away from anything I needed. The beach, the bus, food, shopping, site seeing, tour guide pick ups, car rentals, beach rentals. And when I felt lonely I could just step out onto the 1 of 2 Lanai's to people watch, it was awesome. Check in was smooth, and I felt safe during my stay there. There's for sure and old time charm to this place. But thats what makes it fun. If youre a solo traveler, workin with a budget, this a great option!!!

Property is close to Waikiki beach with many restaurants nearby. Unit is very basic with limited kitchen supplies, but was well stocked with beach chairs, etc. check-in process was a bit difficult. Had issues with accessing online platform, but eventually worked things out.

The host's messages demonstrated professionalism, friendliness, and enthusiam. The host's response time was quick (like within 30 minutes). Check-in and Check-out instructions were easy to follow. The location is within walking distance to a variety of shops/restaurants and the property is clean and spacious. My guests and I had a great time being here.

Excellent location if you like Waikiki. Would stay again. Good communication with manager. 2 blocks from the beach. Nice place. Traffic is loud near the beach at all hours. Had to sleep with ear plugs on the 15th floor. Small issues: The bedroom carpet is about 10 years past worn out. Couldn't figure out how to turn on the bedroom ceiling fans. The Roku has zero subscriptions. Bring your own logons. Owner: Please buy a cheap stand alone shelf unit for the bathrooms. Large rooms with no place to put clothes you are changing into or out of.

This was a terrific place to stay in Waikiki. Centrally located right by the Duke statue, so just about everything is walkable. The condo is just as seen in the photos, with everything a small group/family might need. The rooftop pool and hot tub were great for relaxing, and the hospitality suite was a great asset to have a comfortable place to be after checkout. We’d certainly stay here again.

Which will not disappoint The deck and hospitality area provides 360 views of the ocean at Waikiki beach, Diamondhead, hotel district and the lush mountains. The friendly staff, 2 short block proximity to Waikiki beach and the stunning sunset view right from the rental unit are just some of the reasons why we’d easily be repeat renters of this property We found the place to be exceptionally clean and accommodating and beautifully decorated. The unit has spectacular views and a good location. It is a privately managed unit in a building with many rentals. The sleeper sofa was more comfortable than most. Tip: close the drapes during the day helps with the heatUnfortunately the kitchen garbage disposal was jammed and had food in it when we arrived. It was emitting a rotting food odor. I emailed about the issue as soon as we checked in, by replying to the email from management with the check-in information. That evening I immediately replied to a welcome email from the manager identifying the issue. No response to either.The following morning, we checked with the front desk, but as a privately managed unit there was nothing they could do.The last night we were there I sent a message through the VRBO website reminding the management that the issue existed before we checked in; I was concerned they would try to charge an additional cleaning fee. Finally, I received a response telling me how to reset it myself (I had already tried multiple times) or they could send a plumber. Since we were leaving the next morning, we didn't want to deal with a plumber instead of enjoying the last of our trip. We had partially (but not completely) mitigated the odor by placing the drain stopper in the drain, however this meant we were unable to use the kitchen sink during our stay.We were disappointed in the lack of response to our initial communications about the issue. And in the tone- deaf nature of the eventual response.

Communications with property management was the best I’ve ever experienced. They remedied problems quickly and with no hesitation. I read many of the reviews. I have stayed in dozens if not, hundreds of vacation rental properties. This one is the most in need of a very deep cleaning. We stay in VRBO‘s to cook and the kitchen was very dirty. We had to wash all of the dishes, as there was film on all of them. There is grease coating the range hood, and one of the eyes of the stove doesn’t work. The building is old tired and in very worn condition. There wasn’t a day when both elevators worked.

First the good -Location is amazing , just two blocks from the beach. Throw on your bathing suit grab a towel and jump in the water.Perks , parking space with daily fee Near all the shops and restaurants 2 bathrooms, kitchen and 2 bedrooms- great for a family of 4 Beach towels provided The not so good stuff -Building is old , elevator broke down, water was out one day , smells old, needs some TLC and very noisy at night , homeless people in the alley, Limited kitchen supplies, ie no salt, pepper, coffee, etc But all that you can over look because of the beautiful ocean just steps from your room.They also only gave us one FOB to enter which was hard for a family of 4 , i requested a second FOB , told us that was the buildings policy one per reservation And then backtracked on the last day to say that the previous renter had lost one. That was really disappointing, But the location and size of the apt was great .

My family of 5 stayed here. We loved the location. Grocery shopping, retail shopping, restaurants, and ocean were all a 5 minute walk or less from the location. We all had plenty of space to spread out. Air conditioning kept us nice and cool. Enjoyed the beach supplies and wagon. Elevators were always quick. Host was always available for any questions. Looked like the pictures. Highly recommend for those that need 2 bedrooms and 2 baths!

PROS: Exactly as pictured, great location, secure, beach extras, corner unit with great views and balcony, very clean and well stocked, comfortable bed. CONS: air conditioning not in bedroom and must use all three fans provided and BR door kept open which kept very cool, but fans in the way; instructions for stovetop needed, front desk didn’t mention/allow us to use lounge with a 5 hour early arrival. Needed more prompt response in communications. Still Highly recommend.

This condo was perfect for my family of 6. Check in was very easy. The number one thing I always look for when booking something is how clean the place is. This condo exceeded my expectations. The bathroom and the kitchen were clean. I liked that this place had beach chairs and an umbrella which was very useful for my teenagers and mom. The parking garage was a plus which fit my suv rental. The beach is a 3 min walk from the condo. I would recommend this place and would come back again. The host was very responsive but didnt have any concerns or issues. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of this condo. Thank you for having such a great place for my family and I to enjoy our first Hawaii vacation.

I came here with my boyfriend for his best friend’s wedding at Magic Island. This property is exactly as pictured! Very well updated and the views of Waikiki Beach the sunset are immaculate! The apartment was very clean would definitely stay again. Loved how there were so many places to eat and explore within walking distance. The beach was a 3-4 minute walk each is great! Would just recommend a beach umbrella. Enjoyed having my coffee out on the lanai in the mornings. The host was very helpful as well answered all the questions we had.
