The condo was as expected: small but clean and in a great location. The parking garage was smaller and more crowded than anticipated so we had to find a garage further away. Richard was nice during check-in but make sure you put in your request for a late check-out in ahead of time. Overall, a good place to stay.

Arrival was disappointing with chaotic lock boxes and a dirty, noisy, unwelcoming lobby. Security/check-in was friendly. Room was exactly as shown, clean, with basic amenities but only one fork in the flatware drawer. Cleaning personnel in adjacent rooms slammed doors repeatedly (frighteningly loudly) when we were trying to nap in the heat of the day. Perfect access to beach and Maguro Spot for the best nearby poke. For a low(ish) cost stay in Waikiki, it worked for us.

Very good property although for those that want a decent kitchen it only has a small one. Property manager is very responsive and fixed all issues within a couple of hours of being reported. A Great place to stay for either business or pleasure

Good location just a couple of blocks to the beach. A little noisy at night and food trucks next door exhaust comes into the room at night Building is old and a little tired but room had mostly been re-done. Drapes are sad, screen doors don’t work and stools at table are broken. The room was clean and met our needs. If you want luxury this is not the place, but for the price it worked out fine for us. ( We did report the issues to management)

It was reasonable and convenient check out time was the only issue, I wish it could be flexible a bit, $20 per hr was too much, my flight was at 9.20Pm, went to the airport sweaty 🥵

My wife's first visit to Hawaii, and my first time since 1993. Our stay here was fine, just fine. We were quite happy with the overall condition of the property and it was a comfortable stay. The building and condo are older and signs of aging are evident but the apartment itself had been updated. The bathroom was clean and in great shape, the living area was very good and the kitchenette allowed limited food prep. Not the fault of anyone, it's downtown after all, but be ready for traffic noise. We had no trouble with check in; the instructions were explicit and thorough. Weearned about parking kind of the hard way, but by 11:00 a.m. the second day it was all sorted out. Just remember to make that your first priority after arrival. No complaints, we'd stay here again. Richard responded quickly and answered all our questions. With the instruction sheet we had, there was little need to bug him though. To sum it all up we had a grand time all week!

Richard was great! He messaged me a few different times while we were there to ensure we were having a good trip. The kitchen has a double burner cook top, and an electric skillet. You can fully cook in there with the exception of an oven. There was a cooler on the back to use, even snorkeling gear for 1. It's not a 5 star hotel, but possesses everything needed for a great vacation without breaking the bank. There is a 24 hour convenient store downstairs, a coffee shop directly across the street, and awesome food trucks right next door. Very convenient to everything. Also parking is available downstairs for $25 a day. (Pretty good deal in Waikiki) Thanks again Richard, we will need a larger unit next time, the kids wanna go now. Lol

This was an average room at a decent distance to the east end of Waikiki. Easy to get everywhere. Parking was a nightmare, but that’s kind of par for the course in Waikiki so nothing really against this property. We would stay here again.

Unit is as described in the listing! There was just one minor issue that was resolved in one day! We just stayed there to sleep and shower so we didn’t really use any of the other amenities but bed and pillows were comfortable, shower worked, and we felt safe! It’s a few steps to the bus stop and a few blocks to the beach! It’s basically walking distance to everything - food, shopping, beach, public transportation. There’s a smart car rental and luggage storage on site and everyone we encountered during our 4-day stay was warm and hospitable. The unit has all the amenities you will need including snorkeling gear and beach chairs although we didn’t really need them. Richard was responsive to our messages and gave us all the information we needed. It’s not a 5-star hotel though so pls don’t expect it to feel or to look like one! We knew what we were getting and it met our expectations. Mahalo!

The host was very responsive and pleasant to deal with. The unit was adequate to our needs - perfectly located, equipped with everything we needed, clean.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property is very well maintained, nice and clean. Has two porches. The view is not quite gorgeous, but who cares... It had everything one might need in the kitchen. You really can cook there, don't get confused by the pictures. Have to note, in case you come to Hawaii to watch TV there may be a problem- in our case the TV was not connected to the TV box, but it did not bother us at all. The building is secure, in the center of Waikiki, short walk to the beach, entertainment everything. (Have you dinner planned ahead, because of lines. Between 6 pm and 8 pm all people in Honolulu are staying in various lines.) Overall- highly recommended. Reservation, check-in, check-out was smooth. Thank you, Richard.

Note: Vacancy calendar is approximate. Visit the owner/manager's reservation site to verify your dates.
