We were there for a week. Lots of rain which is very unusual however the location was close to everything we needed and close to the beach when the sun stuck its head out.

Great stay! Dont let your parking pass expire, 35$ non refundable fee (penalty) even if you load up more time. So because i made the mistake of not putting all my days on the initial parking voucher I had to pay a penelty 35$ and add the extra day 40$ so 75$ to park that one day because i did the math wrong and paid for 7 days and not 8 initially. Asked the parking company for the 35$ penelty fee back they said no asked my host for my hotel stay ( which it isnt there responsibility) as a courtesy to give me a 35$ credit as a good will gesture they were not willing so it was frustrating. But accomadations are as described and all else was great .

We would stay here again. This was the perfect couples getaway. The views are beautiful from both the living room as well as the balcony. There is a full kitchen. The condo was clean with some nice personal touches. The building itself is great with both amenities, pool, hot tub, small store and the building employees are helpful and nice. The location was perfect - you're a short walk to the beach, amazing restaurants, bus or rentals. We had such a lovely getaway! Thanks so much!

Only issue, and reason for not giving 5 star, was the check in process. The door code I was given didn't work correctly, had to frantically email and call numbers for over an hour till I got ahold of the property manager. She got me a different code that worked, and no further problems. Overall a great little place and good stay.

The view was perhaps the best possible with the balcony setting giving the southern view of Diamond Head and Waikiki shops/beach, and the Living room giving the western view of Waikiki shops/beach and both allowing direct viewing of the ocean. We spent every morning and evening on the balcony enjoying the sunrise, and sunset with the living room windows that open fully allowing fresh area throughout the unit.

Great place and really good location. Close to food, coffee and shopping. We used the parking here for the majority of our stay which worked great for us (USD$40 for 24hours, come and go as you like). It was also super close to pick up locations for tours when we didn’t have a car.
The room is exactly what we required. The kitchen was clean and had all the comforts of home including a coffee machine. The furnishings were comfortable and modern. This room has a deck on the 35th floor providing astonishing views of the city.
The hotel building has a beautiful pool and convenient laundromat and store.
We would definitely stay here again and hope to do so one day.

condo has all things needed for stay. Everything works. The Balcony (lanai) was fantastic, with great view of canal, city and peek at ocean. cupboards were adequately stocked. The bathroom had plenty of spare towels stored in one of dresser drawers. The internet and tv worked great. lots of places to shop and eat within few blocks walk. We did not use the ac but preferred the windows open and fans running (provided). Only thing that might be bothersome is this building has residents living in it. Some tend to smoke (marijuana) on balcony's and tends to drift into the room. If you are offended by the smell, it might not be the place for you.

This is a great spot. The price can't be beat. The restaurant downstairs is very tasty and convenient. I enjoyed the balcony and the hot tub. The room was pretty nice, but did have some areas that needed a little TLC. Our main concern was that the air conditioner was very loud and did not keep up well. We were often too hot. There was no thermostat so you have to leave it on to sleep but if it runs all night you might get cold and the noise may make it difficult to relax. The hosts were very responsive and checked the AC for us, but that is just how it is.

Everything was as described at this rental. We did not find we were missing anything we needed in our room and everything was in good working order. We liked having the inside table space to use when the sun got too hot on the lanai. The little dishwasher was such a bonus to run dishes through nightly. We really enjoyed the BBQ's and pool area. There is a lovely little store in the building that didn't feel ridiculously expensive. The building felt safe, well organized and everyone was helpful. No issues that we had to deal with the management company on, but everything was smooth through booking and check in. We have already recommended this place to family!

Excellent location, nice and central in Waikiki and not too far from anything, yet away from the busiest and most touristy parts.
The views are amazing from this top floor. You're higher than any other building in Waikiki, and there isn't a tall building directly across from the Island Colony to obscure any of the stunning vista. Some ocean view, great views of Honolulu and the mountains. Excellent to watch the Friday fireworks! Sunsets and night scene also a plus.
Having the pool deck with cabanas and sun chairs, nice big hot tub, sauna, ample high quality BBQs, laundry facilities, etc. was awesome. It would be nice if the pool/hot tub area was open until 10pm, but 9pm isn't a deal breaker. Facilities were nice and clean as well.
Some items could be added to the room's supplies, but overall it was well equipped and checked most, if not all, of the boxes. We would stay here again if we ever found ourselves back in Waikiki.

The booking and check in process was very easy. The unit is satisfactory to unsatisfactory. The deck area (where we spend most of our time) has dirty walls. The pillows on the patio furniture are thread bare. The microwave was old and rusted out and needed to be replaced. The kitchen dishes and appliances need to be thinned out and some replaced. The bathroom vanity collection of items need to be cleared out. More cleaning tools needed for long term stays. Pillows need replacing. Couch bottom cushion is very uncomfortable. While we were here the air conditioner and microwave were replaced promptly. Would we rent here again? For sure ....few updates are needed to make overall experience better.

Arrive after 24hrs travelling from UK, arrive 11pm door code does not work, emergency number goes to voicemail, after a long time they contact the hotel with new code, so we are in. Just when you think nothing more could happen, they change the door code AGAIN a day before we're due to book out, have to contact AGAIN to et a new door code so we can get back in. Contacted Ali Beach Monday.....it's now Wednesday and no acknowledgement of complaint...nada....zilch...book at your own pearl

A few more coffee cups and glasses would be nice.
Overall, excellent value, comfortable, great view.
4 digit access code on entry did not work. Luckily Lei Hawaii Realty (host) had supplied us with a backup 4 digit code. Thankfully it worked, and we used it for our entire holiday.

Pluses: Location was within walking distance to everything in Waikiki. The ocean view and size of the deck were great. Well stocked kitchen (no kettle but use a pan to boil water). Nice to have for some lunches and breakfasts. Spacious unit.
Minuses: There was a bit of traffic noise even on the 35th floor but that's to be expected in the big city.
The couch that folds down to be a bed is very uncomfortable, so I'd say best to only have someone sleeping in the bed.
There were some cosmetic issues that if fixed would have made this a 5 star rating: big holes in the bathroom wall where a towel rack should be hanging, peeling laminate on the kitchen shelving, and no dishwasher. Also, there were paint cans, tiles and the vacuum stored in the closet so there wasn't anywhere to put your suitcases, which was tough for 3 people. The dresser also had a few drawers filled with extra blankets/pillows so you couldn't use the drawers. Some drawers didn't open very well.
After all is said and done, would probably stay again if the cosmetic issues were fixed.

I truly love my stay at this place. The owner was very helpful and was able to accommodate me with some things I needed help with. The place please clean and had everything we needed. The view is amazing. I have been in Hawaii earlier this year and I can say this was the best time. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my family and friends. My boyfriend and I definitely enjoyed it. Better then a hotel.

Driving to the appartment I feared we were going to be miles from anything, couldn't be further from the truth. Having checked in very easily we went to explore and get something to eat, within 5 to 10 minutes walk there are literally dozens of bars and restaurants serving anything you could want. The appartment is well stocked for 2 guests, and if you are staying more than a couple of days it is well worth going to the mall for a grocery run as the local stores are limited and pricey.The beach is 10 mins walk away and the area is very busy but the traffic noise is not a problem on the 39th floor. The two best assets of the appartment are the fantastic balcony with great views and a cooling sea breeze in the evening, and the 3 minote walk to the bus stop where buses serve the whole local and island areas. By far the best way to get around is a mix of easy walking and very cheap bus fares. The appartment is superbly placed for everything you would want and is priced really well for what it offers.

The bed was clean and so were the futon/couches. Amenities arent a high priority for us, so the space provided what we needed. The bathroom needs an upgrade, but that is okay. The cold and hot were fighting each other so the water kept going really hot, mid, then cold. If you want to take a bath, this is not yhe space for you. Overall the space was nice.

This rental unit was not a safe place to stay. The front door was not secure. It looked like someone had tried to break into this unit. Called the property manager but it really was not fixed properly. I did receive an email after I got home from Hawaii that stated that they were going to have the door replaced. The room is quiet old but the room was clean. Good location but the beds also need to be replaced. They are well used and very lumpy. Water pressure was good in the shower. Air conditioning was very noisy as was the ceiling fan in the bathroom. Could not sit out on the lanai because the air conditioner dripped water and with the breeze, you would get wet. This property is in need of repair and an update.
