Notre appartement n’était pas à la hauteur des photos. L’intérieur est négligé. Manque de peinture, rideaux sales, air climatisé très bruyant, robinet de cuisine brisé. Cependant, la location est parfaite, près de tout. Sachez qu’il faut rajouter 40$ pour le stationnement par jour.

Unable to enter the room until after three tries, a call to the emergency number, and two new codes. Upon arrival we noticed a bulletin on the lobby, elevator and hallway walls (dated ten days before our arrival) warning of a water shutoff starting in three days. After calling the emergency number and being told not to call them anymore, numerous voicemails unanswered texts, thankfully Chika responded and we worked with her to find a replacement room. It was much larger, on the beach, but unfortunately had no pool, and the air conditioning was not up to par.

I love the place. The view from the balcony is so awesome. You get to see both sides of the mountain and a bit of the ocean view.But I just wish that they have a better shower head. As well as some lights in the balcony. Secondly, the parking that was initailly emailed to me was $35/ night. When I got there, it was $40 and night. I just wish us well that the parking fee was included. In the whole entire scenes, we were renting it or staying in it for more than three days. There shouldat least have incentive or discount for it. Otherwise, the place is very accessible and walking. Distance to the beach and to the stores and the main roads.

This place is an excellent choice for a location close to the main shopping district, which is a very reasonable walk, in Waikiki but still have plenty of privacy if you wish to lounge by the pool. The balcony features views of a golf course, the canal, pool and deck, and partial ocean views. Perfect for that morning cup of coffee!The room was very clean, kitchen equipped with everything my sister and I needed for our Sister Vacation. Parking garage is located on the first 5 levels with plenty of space if you choose to rent a vehicle during your stay and easy to enter/exit. Laundry/pool located on 6th floor with water fill station and ice machine.This was a perfect place for our vacation and we look forward to coming back!

The room was a lot smaller than it appears to be in the photo but it was clean and comfortable (we were in Hawaii and don't spend much time in the room other than to sleep). The property is dated but the 6th floor with the pool, jacuzzi, and bbq area is incredible. My granddaughter called it the "fun floor." Parking is expensive but convenient. The AC was wonderful. If you're looking for luxury, this is not your place. If you need a place to unwind in the evening before sleeping, it will work perfectly for you.

We had many visits to Hawaii and this is our 2nd stay in this building. The room is just as described, 2 comfortable beds, spacious lanai, small kitchen appliances such as toaster, rice cooker and microwave came in handy. We were mindful of our trash and leftover and so we had no problem with roaches. The restroom does need a little update (cosmetic) but we had no problem using it. Overall, we love this building and access to Waikiki and bus stops is so easy. Can't wait to come back!

The unit was just as described in the photos. It was very clean, well stocked with towels and beach towels. Starter supplies of tissue, garbage bags, dish soap and shampoos. A large lanai overlooking the pool and views of both the canal and the ocean. There was construction which impacted the use of the lanai however I was compensated for this change. I would recommend this unit to anyone who would like to spend time at the Island Colony.

We found the property cleanliness less than acceptable. There were holes in the walls, iron burn on the floor, the bathroom tile edges were unclean and the carpet in the closet was filthy. We complained to management and they sent someone to verify our description of our concerns so that they could be addressed. Also, management graciously refunded our booking fee for the remainder of our booking once we chose to vacate the property and find other accomodations.

The property location is really good, you can easily walk to the shopping areas and the beach. The balcony view was excellent. Straightforward checkout process.
However a few things were not up to mark with the price that we paid:
- the mattresses are too old and saggy
- the closet was filled with vaccum cleaner and other cleaning tools, and left no room for us to put our bags
- air condition unit was very noisy
- the owner continuously tries to have customers download his own app for communication. All communication should be done through the vrbo app

This condo is in the perfect central location in Waikiki. The beds were comfy, lots of towels were provided, and the condo was clean. It was nice to have access to a microwave and full-sized fridge, as well as a lanai. The property management was very communicative, and the process to check in and out was quick and easy. The only downside to this condo was that the shower temperature control was a bit off. Sometimes the water temperature would change between hot and cold while showering without touching the temperature control knobs. Otherwise, it was a good place to stay for a few days in Waikiki!
