Excellent location, nice and central in Waikiki and not too far from anything, yet away from the busiest and most touristy parts.
The views are amazing from this top floor. You're higher than any other building in Waikiki, and there isn't a tall building directly across from the Island Colony to obscure any of the stunning vista. Some ocean view, great views of Honolulu and the mountains. Excellent to watch the Friday fireworks! Sunsets and night scene also a plus.
Having the pool deck with cabanas and sun chairs, nice big hot tub, sauna, ample high quality BBQs, laundry facilities, etc. was awesome. It would be nice if the pool/hot tub area was open until 10pm, but 9pm isn't a deal breaker. Facilities were nice and clean as well.
Some items could be added to the room's supplies, but overall it was well equipped and checked most, if not all, of the boxes. We would stay here again if we ever found ourselves back in Waikiki.

We loved the view from the balcony! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Likes the extra space in the room. Very close to all the fun things in town and walking distance to the beach!
My only suggestion would be to have a few things to help with cooking, spices and such. Also there is a coffee maker but no filters to actually make coffee. It’s not fun to purchase those items for a week stay.
Still give this a 5 star review and would definitely stay here again!

Great views, fantastic location. A couple of issues inside the unit. The water barely ran in the bathroom sink. The water in the shower started off at one temperature and changed. The wall sockets were all “loose” and needed something to prop up the cord you were plugging in. However the stay was wonderful and I would definitely stay here again.

Decent place to stay...views are amazing and we had all we needed. Floors were covered in black hair so we forwent the no shoe policy. Otherwise linens and kitchen/bath were clean.

It was a great place to spend my time... The views from the balcony were excellent... Being on the top floor was perfect.... The bed was comfortable. All the furniture was comfortable the shower would get hot and then cold and hot and then cold that would probably be my only complaint and not enough shampoo or conditioner or lotion.

Great view from my 44th floor Lanai! The studio is in a perfect location, walking distance to everything in Waikiki. It’s nice, clean, & the kitchen is well appointed. Some of the kitchen cabinets are too high for me to reach so I requested the management company for a steep stool which they provided in no time. Love this place, will come back again & also recommend to friends & family.

Excellent, quiet location within walking distance of Waikiki Beach. Well maintained building with large pool, convenience store and takeout restaurant both on site. Large balcony with ocean view. It served as our dining room. Fully equipped apartment.
One major complaint. At checkin the receptionist could not find the necessary paperwork from the Realty Company that managed the unit and there was no answer at the listed phone number. It took an hour from our arrival at 11pm to finally enter the unit!! However we were compensated for the inconvenience.

全体的に清潔で快適なお部屋でした。ただ、事前にメールで伺っていたお部屋の暗証番号では部屋が開かず、会社にお問い合わせをしたらご不在で、アナウンスにあった緊急連絡先に電話をしたところ古い暗証番号だったことが分かり、正しい番号をお支えてもらい事なきを得ました。

We are well acquainted with VRBO in many places. Before we came to the Waikiki Oahu VRBO, we stayed on the big island and it was perfect in every way. The view 44 floors up was great! The was good for the two us. The bed was very comfortable. But the bathroom and the security code door to get in needs work. The towel rack is broken no big deal except it was heavy so when it fell off it did not feel so do good. The bath tub was unacceptable for a VRBO, crack and holes everywhere we thought it was going to go leak below . We contacted Lei they told us to take pictures and I did. 2nd day we were there we made ten tries to get back into the room. This happen on the rest of the times we tried to get back in room. Eventually the door would open. If everything was fixed and a little attention was made for a proper VRBO, at least have salt and pepper we would be ok with it otherwise never again.

The property was not properly cleaned because the floor was sandy and dirty and bath tub was filthy. Air conditioner was noisy. The location is convenient and close to shopping plazas, restaurants, Waikiki beach, transportation etc. The view is spectacular which was the prime reason why I chose this property.

The unit was clean and well-equipped. The only missing was more cups for coffee. The bathroom needs major renovation. At the time of the visit pool and jacuzzi were closed which was a major disappointment. The bonus is the grocery store in the building, but The best feature is the view. Night Honolulu from 43 levels is priceless. I can recommend this penthouse to anyone just for the view. Overall we have been satisfied. Next time we will check in advance for pool maintenance

Cute and adorable studio with great views. Centrally located but surprisingly quiet since it's so high up. The AC worked great so we had a nice cool room to come back to after the beach

Outdated condo unit but everything works. Pleasant stay overall. Partial ocean and mountain views which is ideal for us. This condo is convenient if you stay at the center of Waikiki area. Everything is walkable if you like walking. Public transportation is very convenient. My wife and I will definitely stay here, again in our next Honolulu trip.

I liked staying in Waikiki and watching the downtown from the 44th floor. Outstanding view. The studio has a good design with taste, like the flooring and furniture. A bit outdated walls and small kitchen, without the fan hood. The bathroom needs a quality touch. Otherwise, good apartment for a comprehancive price.

Unit next door was being renovated and had to listen to buzz saw in the afternoons. No fault of the rental agency. Noise ended by 5 PM daily.

Awesome penthouse studio with a spectacular view. Convenient dining, shopping and beaches in walking distance. The 24 hour front desk made for a convenient late arrival and 24 hour security helped me feel safe. Biggest complaint is the tub and fixtures are a bit dated but still in decent shape and the bed moves a bit more than I am used to at home but didn't keep me from sleeping well. Overall i would recommend this property and would book it again for myself.
