I loved my stay here, the location is absolutely perfect. Walking 2 mins to the beach and 20 seconds to your parking spot. View from lanai is gorgeous. My friend stayed for a few nights and found the pullout comfy. Communication was prompt and it’s nice having a hybrid rental setting with the front desk always being open. I’ll happily stay here again!

This place is very
conveniently located across from Kamaole 3 which is a great breach to catch some sun and waves. Easy access to the walking path where we saw a turtle resting our first day. Great amenities including a well stocked kitchen and newer beach chairs. The large lanai was great for breakfast or an evening drink. Its within easy walking distance to many great restaurants.

Great location in Kamaole Sands with a view of the ocean from the lanai. I'm sure we spent more daylight hours sitting on the lanai than inside! Kam 3 beach is right across the road and all of the Kihei / Wailea beaches are only a short drive away. Would definitely stay here again.

Great value for the location. Some issues with people parking in our designated spot and maintenance walking in while we were there, BUT, that is more on the property management, than the unit itself. They did deal with the parking issues fairly swiftly. Would definitely stay here again!

This stay was so great. It had some great places for shopping and eating that were walking distance. The accommodations were great, I wish we had stayed longer to be able to enjoy some more of them.

The owners of the property tried to charge me for the cleaning service for their condo. I arrived and at check in they said I had an outstanding balance for the cleaning service even though I paid in full 8 months prior. I disputed the charge on my credit card but was very disapointed how the owners tried to sneak that in. Also, the place was like a batchlor pad. Very, very basic necessities. No saran wrap or tin foil and only 1 laundry detergent box for a single load for a 10 night stay. Would never go back there.

This condo is in the perfect spot to enjoy the best parts of Kihei and Wailea. We didn't spend much time on the property and really only slept in the condo so we didn't cook and can't speak to amenities but for easy access to a great beach, park, restaurants and everything else, we loved it!

The posting is accurate. Location of unit is very convenient access to beach and also the assigned parking spot is right by the unit and entrance/exit gate. Watching sunsets from the Lanai is so enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was spacious and clean, with a lanai that overlooks both the ocean and main fountain of the property. There are lots of books and puzzles to keep you entertained if you’re staying in, and lots of beach equipment if you’re spending all day the beach. There’s a beautiful beach park across the street and everything you’d need is minutes away as far as food, shopping and the ocean.

We enjoyed our stay at this Kamaloe Sands unit. It was very clean and in a good location. The bed and the sofa, though, we’re not comfortable and the internet was spotty. The lanai window needs a full curtain. The owners communicated promptly and provided good beach resources and the kitchen was well equipped. We would stay here again but we hope that the owners can make some improvements.

We enjoyed our stay very much, especially the large lanai, where we spent time early in the morning and later until sunset. Wonderful view. Supplies were adequate, only issue was when the dryer was running, the smoke alarm would go off, so decided it was easier to take laundry home. Listing stated there were 4 beds and slept 6, but was only the one queen and a hideabed. We were comfortable and totally enjoyed our time.

We stayed on the first floor of building 10 overlooking the greens, fountains, and across to the park and ocean. For us, the angle of the lanai was very good as we never got the full sun, so we did not even have to use the air conditioning.The lanai was surprising large compared to others at that location. The unit was large too. The kitchen supplies were mediocre and unmatched. It didn't bother us, but it might others. The furniture has been well used and shows it, but we weren't in Maui to stay inside. Just sayin'.

Me and my wife loved the unit. It was very clean, well maintained and had everything you need to enjoy your stay. The property is directly across from the beach so we enjoyed those beautiful ocean views and the convenience the entire stay.
The host was very good at communicating also and at a price you can't beat. Would definitely book again!!

This property was perfect for our family of 5! The location can’t be beat and the lanai was perfect for accommodating our family of 5. We spent tons of time enjoying the breeze on the lanai while our kids played on the lawn. The condo was a great size and well equipped with comfortable beds and other nice amenities. We really enjoyed our stay!

We loved the location. It was close to the beach so you did not have to carry your beach gear very far. It was within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The grounds of Kamaole Sands III are beautiful. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was in a great location, and less than a 5 minute walk to a beach with great boogie boarding (with boards and beach chairs available from the owner) and many sea turtles swimming by. Plus restaurants in easy walking distance.
