Very impressed with the condo and facilities. Paul was a pleasure to deal with and was quick to reply to all my questions. Everything you need from kitchen condiments to beach accessories was supplied. Location was central to shopping, hiking and beaches. Will definitely rent from Paul again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kamaole Sands. The condo was outfitted well and the property has plenty of amenities. If the pool is not your thing, the beach is just across the street. I would have liked the air conditioning to be more robust, especially in the loft but overall it got the job done.

Unit was very clean and supplied with all the usual vacation necessities. The air conditioning was especially nice since the weather was fairly hot. Beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if we get the opportunity.

Our family’s stay here was amazing!!!! The unit had absolutely everything that we could think of. The property owners did a great job communicating with us. The resort has a beautiful pool, hot tubs, ping pong, foosball, and a gym. The location was fantastic as it was walking distance to so much Kihei has to offer. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back!

We loved our stay. There is a beautiful beach across the street. My daughters snorkeled and saw lot of fish. The property has all the amenities. We enjoyed the beach chairs and beach umbrella.

This was not our first stay in the Kamaole Sands condo complex, but it was our best. The unit is amazing. It's extremely clean and updated. All electronics worked perfectly including the fast internet. We loved that there was an entire set of "kids dishes". Everything was provided including towels, boogie boards, chairs, sand toys etc.
We could not have asked for a better spot overlooking the pool with an ocean view. We will likely try to stay in this unit for our next visit!

We really enjoyed our stay at Paul and Lynn’s place in Kihei. Ideal location for beaches and all activities. Easy access to everything around South Maui. Great pool and lovely grounds. The unit was very clean, incredibly well stocked and comfortable for our family of 5. My 13 yr old son said it was the most comfortable pullout he’s ever slept on! Highly recommend for your next stay in Kihei!!

This was the perfect rental for our family! We could walk to the beach, which happened to be the best beach for boogie boarding which was our boys’ favorite activity. The owners were so accommodating and communicated well, and the condo itself was well equipped for cooking our own meals. Kehei is the perfect location and we would definitely stay here again!

We booked this condo for 4 of us - so we could all stay in Kihei while one of us attended a conference, and the rest enjoyed snorkeling, etc. It's a nice unit, with a very well-equipped kitchen. The front bedroom (twin beds, on main floor) gets a bit warm, but we didn't use the AC unit there - the ceiling fan was fine. The rest of the unit stayed quite cool with the mini-split AC and several ceiling fans. The balcony overlooks the pool, so you hear that, but it doesn't really detract.

This condo was perfect for our family. We loved the decor and layout and proximity to Kamaole Beach Parks. The pool was great as well and many shops and restaurants close by. We appreciated being allowed a late checkout. We would love to stay here again!

I must confess that my wife and stayed in Paul and Lynn's condo 10 years ago for our honeymoon and only now am I getting around to writing the review. But before you dismiss this as old news, hear me out. The place was FANTASTIC! Peek-a-boo view of the ocean, across the street from the beach and quiet location far from the main street (South Kihei Rd.). And that's just the location.
The inside is impeccable with attention to detail in both the decor, and the craftsmanship. It is evident that plenty of TLC was put into the unit; a pattern, as evidenced from reading other reviews, that continues to this day. The kitchen is both beautiful and functional, while the bedrooms are inviting and comfortable. The open floor plan of the unit makes it great for entertaining, while the location affords privacy and relaxation if that is what you are in need of.
In short, I strongly recommend you stay here if you get the chance. I personally know Paul and Lynn and know how much they love this place. We enjoyed our stay so much, that we are going back this summer with our children. Can't wait to create new, lasting memories in Maui.

Upon completion of treatment for breast cancer 5 years ago Paul and Lynn graciously offered their condo to my husband and me for a much needed vacation. Since that first visit we have returned to Maui and stayed in this Condo every year for the past 5 years. The unit is well supplied and spotless in appearance and cleanliness. The location is great and affords visitors easy access to many activities and locations. Lynn and Paul are gracious land lords and go out of their way to make sure that each guests experience is amazing. After each stay we have been contacted to make sure that our stay was everything that we had hoped it would be, and we were also encouraged to give feedback regarding anything we thought needed attention. This is truly a very special place to stay. One where we have made so many special memories. Mahalo Lynn and Paul.

We rented 3 units at Kam Sands and all of them were wonderful. This unit was very well furnished with everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. It was within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shops. The boogie boards, beach towels, coolers, chairs and umbrellas were all used just about everyday. The condo was quiet and sitting on the lanai watching sunsets was so peaceful. We've been to Maui several times and we will be looking at these condos next time we come. Thank you Lynn and Paul! We had such a great time in Maui. The location of the resort and the location of the unit within the complex were perfect-easy access to so many great beaches and beautiful views. The unit was so clean and we appreciated the amenities.
The beds were comfortable too! We felt very much at home here. As other guests have commented, the only downside was trying to keep the unit cool but in time, we learned what worked. Thanks for being so helpful, Lynn. We will definitely recommend your unit and given the opportunity to return to Maui, would hope to stay with you again.

Lynn & Paul's condo is beautiful - very comfortable, clean, spacious, and well-equipped - we highly recommend it! It was wonderful to wake up each morning and take in the fantastic view from the lanai sipping our morning coffee. Excellent accommodations for our family of four. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

many times! Paul and Lynn have done many
upgrades including a beautifl Kitchen,
new carpet and new living and dining room furniture. Your view from this
condo is hard to beat, pool and ocean
views. We have spent several wonderful
weeks at this little piece of paradise
