This resort is open with limited amenities such as one or more pools, BBQ areas and fitness facilities. Valet parking and Bell valet services may be limited at this time or not offered at all. All amenity use is subject to Hawaii State Covid-19 rules and regulations and CDC recommendations concerning social distancing and cleaning procedures. These rules and recommendations and amenity usage are subject to change and not under our control. By reserving this condo guest understands that all amenities of the resort may not be available during their stay and agree to abide by any and all regulations and recommendations.
To ensure the safety and comfort for all of our guests, Maui Westside Properties has implemented contactless check-ins and housekeeping crews will be following enhanced procedures that meet and exceed the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines for cleaning and sanitizing utilizing our three-step "Ohana Safe Clean" Program.
Step 1. Thorough Standard Deep Clean of the unit, with additional guidance to staff for CDC compliance. Cleaning & Disinfecting with CDC recommended & EPA Approved, Hospital Grade Cleaners, and Disinfectants.
Step 2. Sanitization utilizing high powered UV-C light technology in all rooms.

CANCELLATION POLICY SUMMARY:
(a) Free cancellation up to 24 hours after booking. (b) more than 90 days prior to arrival: full refund less $150 cancellation fee and 3% of deposit paid. (c) 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund unless dates are re-rented. If dates of stay or portion of stay are re-rented a refund equal to the re-booked amount will apply less a $150 cancellation fee. (120 days for holiday reservations, reservations of 14 nights or more and reservations booked more than 180 days prior to arrival. Homeaway/VRBO service fees are non-refundable.
