We celebrated my 70th birthday with our grown children and their families at Kamaole Sands. We rented three condos, one to accommodate each family. Ours was this two bedroom that was well stocked with everything we could possibly need. It was recently tastefully remodeled and we just loved the decor. We often had family dinners together.I really liked the large set of square bowls, and large Square plates. This condo came with beach toys, beach, chairs, and thick beach towels. It was on the ground floor, which worked out great for the grandkids to be able to run over to see us. The code instead of a key for entering made it so easy. We loved how how convenient the pool and beach was that we never needed to drive. I would definitely stay here again!

This condo was the perfect stay for our family of 4 for a 3 week vacation in Kihei. The AC worked great - almost too well sometimes - the condo was well stocked with everything we could have needed for our stay. It was clean, no problems at all. PMI is a great management company to work with as well. The pool is literally steps from the back lanai. BBQs are close. I would highly recommend this condo to everyone! Mahalo

The property was beautiful, location was superb, only hang up and why we wouldn't come back to this unit was the bed in the main bedroom was extremely uncomfortable (old mattress most likely) and the bed frame itself made ALOT of noise, with the slightest movement. Also the second bedroom had a bad mildew smell to it.

Had a lovely stay at Kamaole sands again. The proximity to the pool from our suite was perfect for kids. We had a couple of hiccups but Matt was very quick to respond and address. Only issue would be the mattress quality in the main bedroom. It was not very supportive or comfortable at all.

We had a great stay at Kamaole Sands 2-101. The ground floor unit was perfect for our children to head outside to play in the grassy area. The unit was equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, pool noodles, boogie boards and a cooler - everything needed for a day at the beach. The unit was very clean, although the dishes all needed a was before we could use them. The grounds of the complex are very well maintained and there are many clean bbq's available for use. The location was perfect to walk across the street to hit the beach or watch the sunset, and it was an easy walk to many shops and restaurants (don't skip the Cinnamon Roll place!). We would definitely book this unit again.

The condo description was very accurate. We rented this 2 bedroom unit for our daughter’s family of 3 and it was perfect for little kids, with the grassy area just outside the patio door and lanai. The pool is only a few steps away and a favourite with a small child. The kitchen was very well stocked, with oil, vinegars and a few spices. We really enjoy this area on the south end of Kihei Road where the traffic is more quiet.A morning walk south on Kihei Road past the hotels of Wailea, returning on the boardwalk and beaches route, is a perfect start to the day.Kamaole 3 beach is just across the road, where turtles can be seen riding the waves and whales can be viewed breaching and playing in the ocean.

This was the perfect spot for us and our grandkids. The beach was across the street, nearby restaurants and stores, all within a short stroll. The unit was well equipped with everything we needed. It was so convenient to have our own washer and dryer in the unit. The property management company was responsive to any questions that we had. The unit was clean and well maintained and on-site staff helpful. We found the best ever cinnamon rolls at The Cinnamon Roll Place on S. Kihei St, just 2 blocks away!We would definitely recommend this place for future stays. The only downside was the price as it was pricey for the four nights/five day stay.Thank you.

Lush green beautiful grounds! 5 minute walk from the ocean which was right across the street. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed and then some. The only down side was one of the AC units broke and leaked water throughout the living room. It was fixed within a few hours and worked the rest of the time. I highly recommend this condo and would rent it again in a heartbeat.

The resort was beautiful, location was excellent, 20 mins to most of our excursions/ events. The beach across the street was close and amazing, everyday we saw Sea Turtles. The accommodation worked well for our family, ample kitchen supplies, beach towels, chairs, etc. This made our stay comfortable and relaxing, and met our needs and was an affordable accommodation.

We have a wonderful stay at this beautifully appointed condo in Kaneole Sands! Our family of five adults lived comfortably during our stay. The location couldn't be better - an easy walk to the beach OR the pool.Just a short walk to restaurants, or take a short ride for additional offerings. The management company was responsive. If you are going to stay at Kamaole Sands, you need to book through PMI! We try to get to Maui at least once a year. This year we reserved 3 ground floor units from PMI. Easy booking, great communication and clean condos, in the best locations, with all of the latest amenities. This notion was replicated by the reception desk when we were checking in. They had nothing but great things to say about PMI.

Great accommodations. Having a washer and dryer is very convenient when traveling with a toddler and trying to pack light. Unit had easy access to the pool. Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay at 2-101. There was a lot of room to roam and the condo was easy to keep clean due to the tile floors. The location close to the BBQs and Pool were perfect. The only "complaints" were that we had to purchase facial tissue, ziplock baggies, paper plates, and toilet paper. We stayed for 10 days, so it's understandable we needed these items. It would've been helpful to have a pen and pad of paper to use as well. The front desk was kind enough to lend them to us. Lastly, there were bowls in the drawer that were still dirty from a previous renter. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we look forward to staying there again!!

We were very excited to come spend our two weeks of spring break at Kamaole Sands. We were a bit disappointed with the condo's general condition. Specifically the squeaky bed, sticky sliding screen door, lack of/shape of kitchen utensils and smelly towels. It was requested that we change out the kitchen garbage on a daily basis but we were only provided with 3 garbage bags. There was barely enough toilet paper and only 2 rolls of paper towels. For the amount we paid to stay it seemed that the property should have been better equipped. Also, we were there for 2 weeks and felt that this length of time should include a cleaning of the condo after the first week. We did however, find that the management company was very attentive and professional.

This is our third time staying at Kamaole Sands. The grounds are beautiful, the location is perfect, and I feel it’s a great bargain. The beach directly across the street, Kamaole 3 is the perfect beach for snorkeling, boogie boarding and watching sunsets. Kihei is a laid back beach town with every convienence you’ll need. The condo is clean, and equipped with all the necessities and even some extras like boogie boards, cooler, over-sized beach towels and chairs. Building 2 is adjacent to the pool and we loved being on the bottom floor as the kids could play on the grass right off the lanai. We won’t hesitate to return!
