This property had everything we needed! From check in to check out, all of our needs were met. There was plenty of space for our family of five, it was clean and well stocked with towels, kitchen necessities, beach chairs/toys, and everything in between. We had a nice view of the water from the smaller bedroom and the lanai. It was easy to get to the pool, beach, parking garage. We would definitely recommend this to anyone and we hope to return to the area someday. Mahalo!

There were 5 of us in our stay and we had a great time. Condo is perfect with all the towels and linen needed. Kitchen was fully stocked with toaster, coffeemaker, pans, utensils and anything else we needed. Resort has a great pool and wonderful beach access right on property. We watched many sunsets from that beach. Restaurant on site serves great food, great views and has a bar with many wonderful tropical mixed drinks, wine and beer. Stores downstairs in resorts provide souvenirs for sale, clothing, personal items that you may need tp purchase which makes it really convenient. Our host Bill was very accommodating and receptive to anything we needed. Easy to reach via cell phone. He is a great guy and shares his knowledge of the island. Check in process was a breeze and he walked us through the house in case we had any questions. We are definitely coming back next time we go to Maui. This is a one of a kind property. We completely relaxed and enjoyed our stay. Condo is beautiful and recently remodeled. Very nice and clean. Thanks Bill your place is the best and you were a great host! Mahalo nui loa!

We have been planning this trip for months, and the condo and resort did not disappoint! We loved every second! The condo owner, Bill, was super helpful and greeted us when we arrived, showing us around the beautiful property. The condo was super clean and had anything we could need, including beach chairs and goggles/snorkels/beach toys. One thing we didn’t anticipate was the resort beachfront…absolutely perfect, especially for our small granddaughter. We will be back!!

My wife and I and our 3 adult sized children spent a week here in June 2023. We could not have been happier with this place. Clean unit,
obviously well maintained and updated, great location, well stocked and responsive management. I really have nothing negative to say about it at all. Even though our children are older, I think the unit is also really well set up for families with smaller children too. Manager lives in the complex, and was available for anything if we needed, although we never had any issues and never needed anything. If we come back to the island, we will try and stay here again.

The rooms were clean, comfortable and stocked with great supplies-soaps, plush towels. Kitchen was also well stocked with pretty much anything we could need. Overall, I felt pampered. And last but not least, Bill was great to work with.

The property was easy to find. Bill met us out front for a quick and easy check in. The condo exceeded our expectations. It had everything we needed to feel like home during our stay. Grocery store, restaurants, food trucks, and shopping directly across the street. On site convenience store to grab anything you may need. We loved all the amenities the resort had to offer as well. The resort and condo were perfect for a family vacation! I’d go back anytime. Highly recommend. Much aloha…mahalo!!!

Property was as described. Owner is on-site and helpful without being overbearing. Layout was exactly what we needed for 6 people (3 adults, 3 kids) and we loved having laundry in-room. Tons of amenities on property, including lots of goodies in room. Saved us snorkel, boogie board, beach chair, and towel rentals which was fantastic! We would definitely stay here again. The view was a sliver, but we saw whales! There is delivery truck noise (6:30am), but we were awake most of the time anyway so it didn't bother us. We can't wait for our next visit!!

This is the perfect location on west Maui! We loved the on site pools, restaurant, and beach! Also convenient walking distance to another beach, grocery store, restaurants & food trucks! The condo had all the amenities you could need and we greatly appreciated that it was stocked with beach towels, snorkel gear and beach chairs! Bill and his business partner Rob were excellent hosts! We would definitely stay here again!

The condo is located over the loading dock for the resort so if you don’t mind the beeping of the backup indicator of trucks all day, you might like this place. The view from the balcony you see in the listing has the parking lot cropped out.

Such a great place to stay, lots of amenities in the room. We cooked every night and had everything we needed. It was also great to have 4 boogie board, lawn chairs and beach towels. Highly recommended.

The unit itself was clean, quite nice and had been updated. There is a "peek-a-boo" view from the terrace which overloolks the service truck area and adjacenet aquaduct. The building itself is old (1970's-1980's) but has just undergone an exterior refreshment and is quite acceptable. Food is reasonabley priced, but the one restaurant closes relatively early. There is a fleet of food trucks next door which is quite handy. Unfortunately, our room was directly over the service entry. Every morning at 5:00 am, service trucks and employees would arrive on queue, park in the lot and begin their day. We would be awakened every morning with the annoying sound of trucks backing up, people unloading equipment, or the garbage trucks! There is on-going construction (updating rooms, replacing sliding doors...) that is only really bothersome in the morning when the crews arrive and have to unload. We were not in the room most of the day, so cannot comment otherwise. If I were to choose to stay in this property again, I would make sure to stay on the other side of the complex. The pools are fine and the beach is quite nice. Location wise, it is just under a 2 mile (?) leisure walk to Whaler's Village and convenient to other beaches.

We really enjoyed our trip. The owner was very helpful with questions we had leading up to our trip, and he met us when we arrived and walked us through the condo. Everything was very clean. The location was great, lots of walkable shops and restaurants (with an on-site restaurant too), and having a beach and two pools on-site made swimming with the kids a blast. I would recommend this location.

This condo was perfect for our family of four. I appreciated that Bill met us at check-in and gave us a tour of the place. We have never had that happen before when renting through VRBO, so it was so nice to meet the owner!
The condo was SO clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked, and also included paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and laundry detergent. We loved having so many items available for our beach day: chairs, grass mats, boogie boards, etc. (there were also umbrellas, snorkeling sets, and TONS of beach toys).
The complex was wonderful as well! It was very clean, had two great pools, and had friendly people working. There was a beach at the complex when we went in early July, although we never took advantage of that. Parking was quick and easy to get in and out. We went to the restaurant twice and enjoyed our meals! My only regret is that we never took advantage of the walk-up bar to buy a fruity adult beverage; they had the cheapest prices we saw over our 10+ days in Hawaii. :)

One of the reasons I chose this condo was because Bill, the owner, lives on the property. Though nothing did go wrong during our 7 day stay anyway, it Would have been easy to contact the owner if something was awry. Bill greeted us outside to show us around when we arrived and brought us right to the unit. Already I’m early stages of planning our next trip.

We loved our condo and the facilities were great. Would stay again for sure. The property manager was good but in our opinion, over communicated. His heart was certainly in the right place. However, we would have preferred just a check in before, another once we arrived just to ensure everything was ok, and that is it. Again, his heart was in the right place and he certainly meant well.

Bill is wonderful! He was there to welcome us to the property and even walked us through the 2 bed/2 bath unit. Target and Walmart minutes from the airport so we stopped there to grab food and other supplies but you really only need to buy food/snacks (fyi- there is a grocery store across the street, 2 minute walk away). Fully stocked kitchen (rice cooker, blender, pots, pans, utensils, dishes, coffee maker, strainer etc). Previous visitors also left basics like seasonings, etc. There is shampoo and conditioner, bars of soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent. There are even extras like beach gear: toys, umbrella, chairs, mats etc (need to bring your own kiddos life jackets)
Property is beachfront with direct access to the beach (not rocks). Kiddos were able to play in the water because it was not too deep.
There are also 2 gift shops/convenience store and an on-site restaurant. If you don't feel like cooking you can walk across the street (grocery store (literally 2 minute walk away), pizza restaurant, L&L AND next door a lot full of different food trucks.
Would 100% recommend staying here.

My family including 4 children had an amazing time at this property. The property owners were helpful and seemed to have thought of anything we could need and supplied it. The kids enjoyed the boogie boards and snorkel equipment for the ocean but also loved the pool and hot tub as well. Everything was clean and organized with well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. We hope to make the trip back and stay here again!

Bill (host) was extremely friendly and easy to communicate with. Check in was a breeze and the unit was perfect for our family of 4. The resort is also wonderful. Not too "fancy" that it felt uncomfortable with kids, and just the right amount of amenities for everyone...2 heated pools and hottubs, fitness room, gift shop, well priced and easy to access restaurant, beautiful landscape and direct beach access. Unlike some high end resorts that don't allow outside food or beverage near the pool, this resort allowed us to bring our own refreshments so we never had to wait for food/drink or pay for overpriced cocktails. That said, the restaurant did occassionaly send a waitress around the pool for cocktail orders...the Mai tais are delish! The unit came stocked with snorkel gear, boogie boards, towels, cooler, and sand toys. Bill was kind enough to greet us with chocolate covered macadamia nuts at check in as well...nice touch! All around great experience and would definitely stay in this unit again.

Bill is a wonderful host! He took very good care of us. The resorts is a hidden gem. The view from the balcony/patio is beautiful. The condo is clean and comfortable and the location is perfect. We will definitely rent this property again. The price is very reasonable and the accommodations are lovely. Two pools, one with a grotto. Hot tubs. Beach just a short walk out the lobby through the garden pool. We grilled twice at the gas grills on resort. Can’t say enough about this place. Mahalo Bill!

I would highly recommend this property and condo for families. The condo is located in a great location near Kaanapali beach and has a nice beach area. The pools are great with grass area available for kids. The condo felt like home away from home. It was stocked well with all the beach supplies needed including chairs, cooler, snorkeling equipment and boogie boards. The kitchen is also very well stocked. The beds and pillows are comfortable for an extended stay. Bill was always available and accommodating during our stay. We highly recommend and will definitely rent again!

So glad I made the decision to stay at this property. Bill is an excellent host and lives on site in another unit. There was great communication leading up to our stay and he was right there to meet us in the lobby when we arrived, escort us up to the unit, performed a walkthrough, and gave us some excellent tips for our stay.
The property itself is perfect for a family of four. The beds are comfy, AC gets nice and cool, and the unit has EVERYTHING you need, including beach supplies. We loved that this condo is part of a resort, providing amenities like a bar/restaurant, multiple pools, towel service, concierge desk, etc. You get the resort feel outside of your room, but a cozy place to retire and cook your own meals after a day out.
We can't wait for our next trip to Maui and will definitely check to see if this unit is available again. Mahalo nui loa Bill and a hui hou! 🤙

This property was perfect for our family of four. It is close to Lahaina and many excellent snorkeling spots. There is a grocery store right across the streets and many nearby restaurants and food trucks making this VRBO a great fit for us. Bill was a great host, was responsive to our emails, and even let my son borrow his golf clubs. I highly recommend this property.
