The apartment was clean and fresh feeling. It was a great place to land in the evening. If we had been in Kauai longer, it would have been a great place for a down day. We only stayed three nights. It was quiet, easy parking. there is beach equipment, 2 chairs, and umbrella and a cooler--we used the chairs, they worked. the lanai was a nice place to sit, the breeze from the ocean kept the place cool. we were comfortable sleeping with the AC, it was around 80-85 when we were there, cooler at night. it looks as picured. The managment company was responsive and helpful.

There was a rat in the condo. The host clearly knew that there was a rat living in the open beam ceiling and didn’t do anything to remove it. She took no precautions to ensure the safety of her guests. There were rat droppings underneath the open beam ceiling. There was dirt under all of the furniture. This is my first experience with VRBO and I am quite disappointed.

the kitchen had everything we need, even the air fryer! Some of the sauces do need to be thrown away due to expiration but a very awesome experience for us! The view from lanai is impeccable. The house is actually on the golf course and you will see golf carts running around, which is not really a big deal for us. Loved our stay!!!

This condo is beautiful! As you walk in you are filled with light and a peaceful feeling. Firstly, the decor is Hawaiian minimalist which sets the tone for the quiet setting and golf course view. The kitchen and bath have everything you need, including a full size washer and dryer. The location is near Hanalei which makes enjoying everything at the North end easily accessible. If you have any questions, the management quickly responds.We highly recommend this property!

The house has a dreamy view of the ocean in a wonderful neighborhood. The host left notes all over to help with the logistics of the house/trip. We had a wonderful time enjoying slow mornings and breakfasts on the porch. We didn’t get too lucky with the trade winds but the house has great fans and AC. We loved the golf course in the back overlooking the cliffs for beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Would recommend to a friend.

My husband and I stayed here for 11 days during our honeymoon. The condo was very clean and in a good location. We spent many mornings walking across the golf course to see the beautiful sunrise. The kitchen is fully stocked, and there are plenty of bathroom items. There were chairs and an umbrella to use for beach time. We had a lovely time and would recommend staying here.

Lovely property and views. Unit receives amazing tradewinds and everything we could want was included in the rental except beach equipment like chairs, umbrella, and cooler. Owner did state in the instructions that they try to keep up with that stuff. However, it is difficult with multiple renters over time. There were two boogie boards in great beach towels. Communication with the owner was excellent. The only thing that kept us from getting five stars was that the unit was a little dated in furnishing, and it was starting to show. That being said, the bed and pillows were amazing! Overall great value for the location and the quick communication with the owner. We would definitely stay here again and we are very grateful to have had the opportunity to experience it.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property during our first trip to Hawaii. It was clean, spacious and the bedroom AC was great! The kitchen had a lot of appliances that were helpful during our stay while cooking. We enjoyed spending time on the patio watching the sunrise and sunset and the location was the perfect distance to beaches and restaurants. The only downside to the property was the neighbor noise, which is really not in your control. We had some louder neighbors who stayed next door towards the end of the trip. The walls are a bit thin and sound travels. Just something to mindful of, but it did not ruin our trip at all. We would gladly stay here again! It was beautiful!

We had a wonderful stay at this Princeville 2bd/2ba. The home was comfortable, clean, and very well equipped. The view was outstanding, the privacy was a big plus, and the north shore location couldn’t be more beautiful—exactly what we were looking for in a relaxing reset surrounded by lush greenery and gorgeous beaches.Inside, the full kitchen stocked with dishes made it easy to cook meals, and having a washer/dryer was very convenient. The ceiling-mounted shower head was a nice upgrade, the memory foam bed provided excellent sleep, and the mini-split AC was a huge plus for comfort. We also appreciated the newer smart TV, outdoor BBQ, and all the thoughtful touches that made the place feel like home away from home.The only minor thing we noticed was some lifting in the laminate floors, likely from humidity or a prior water issue—it didn’t bother us at all, but worth mentioning.Overall, this home was cozy, private, and well cared for. It had everything we needed for a great stay, and we’d definitely return.

We really enjoyed our stay here in Princeville! The condo was spotless upon arrival. The bed was comfortable and the furniture was tasteful. The views were amazing. The trail down to Sea Lodge Beach was convenient, as was the proximity to Hanalei. The kitchen was stocked to include essentials for making basic meals. It would be nice to include a few items to make coffee were included (i.e local beans or some k-cups). Otherwise, everything was fantastic and we would 100% stay again.

We had an incredible stay at this Princeville location! The place was clean, well equipped, accommodating, and had gorgeous views from the backyard lanai. Just 50 yards from cliffside ocean walks! Our family of four appreciated using the small residential pool and all the amenities. The hosts provided beach chairs, boogie boards, and plenty of towels, not to mention a full kitchen. Location is close to plenty of "secret" beaches plus other amenities and activities. We loved it!

We absolutely loved our stay at Pamela's Princeville condo. Location was perfect and provided local access to so many stunning local spots on the North Shore, and the property was stocked with all the beach equipment you could possible need! We loved catching the sunrise every morning from the patio which overlooked the coast. The kitchen was also incredibly well stocked with various spices, cooking oils, etc. The lack of Air conditioning really wasnt an issue and we visited in mid July and the sleeping temperatures were still very comfortable! We loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again.

This property would have been a 5 star stay if we had hot water. The place is beautiful inside and out. Very open and airy. First thing we saw when stepping outside on the patio was a baby and mom albatross. This was the highlight of staying at this place. We witnessed the courting dance of the male and female albatross. As for the total lack of hot water our entire stay was a HUGE disappointment. I made multiple phone calls and spoke to different people each time. The lack of communication between staff caused unnecessary delay in getting the problem solved. As I was sick and had hiked Kalalau trail, a hot shower was extremely high on my priority list. This management failed to get the problem solved before we left. The shower knob was stripped. Which I explained to the first person I spoke with. They did refund us $100. Which I believe wasn’t adequate for the cost of the stay.

We loved our stay at this condo. It’s very comfortable and cozy, clean, and well-stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed to do a lot of meal prep. We really appreciated the extras like beach chairs, towels, and sand toys. The location is great, about 10 minutes to Hanalei Bay and close to the highway to explore the island. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and all the residents we met were very friendly and welcoming. The pool is fantastic and we were often the only ones there.One tip - if you’re arriving on a late flight, know that the area is very dark, so a good flashlight will help as you’re getting your bearings and finding the condo for the first time.

This beautiful condo was a wonderful stay away from home. It is sitting right on the 15th hole of the golf course with a view of the ocean. The trade winds keep the cool air flowing through this unit and has a very nice and very private lanai where you can bird watch, drink coffee, eat meals, watch the sunrise over the ocean and breath in the lovely tropical air. Keep the screen doors closed as there are ghecko's, they are cute and friendly. There are cardinals, geese, egrets all over the course. And the true treasure which absolutely made our trip worth while was the baby albatross (Mukalele) nested in view of our lanai. We watched her stretch out her wings, preen and be fed by both parents. I cried when we had to leave her behind... We wished her a safe flight around August and when she is fully ready to fly. It was a true nature show here. We found peace here. I cannot say enough good things about this wonderous place and our hostess, Pamela. We recommend Wishing well shave ice, coffee and Acai bowls for breakfast. We found local farms stands, and shopped the local shops and snorkeled both Tunnels and Anini beaches. We watched the sun set on Hanalei pier and enjoyed the Brazillian food truck as well as Holy Grail Donuts. Life on Kauai doesn't get better than this. This condo has a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and spacious bathroom and shower. it has two very nice lanai area's and an extended living area. Thank you (Mahalo) Pamela... So very much!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Located right on the golf course, we took advantage of morning and evening walks since the golf course really wasn’t busy. Great sunrises and walking trails in the neighborhood. We walked each day down to the resort at the end of the road for a dip in the ocean with great views of Hanalei Bay. The only downside was an upstairs neighbor who appeared to walk on her heels, but that was the only blemish on an otherwise fantastic stay.

The condo was clean and nicely furnished. One of the A/C units was duct taped and not fully working but was replaced by the owner the day after we arrived. Even with the repair and a bonus box fan he brought, the unit was uncomfortably hot for 5 of the 6 days we were there. If trade winds are a thing, they did not blow during our entire stay. The shower door was missing so we had to fight off a shower curtain all week in the master bath. There is no beach access unless you want to hike through private areas and past no trespassing signs- so plan to drive about 15 minutes. Bugs were also a problem (and they are masked by the countertop pattern), so were were not able to buy much food or fully use the kitchen. We even packed up our belongings to allow for insect treatment during our stay and saw more bugs after treatment than before. We had a fantastic condo later on another island which only confirmed how difficult our stay in this one truly was. If you are sensitive to heat or humidity, do your research. This unit is located in a super rainy area and main living space (kitchen/dining/sofa area) temps were running about 85 F at best. Kauai was beautiful and we were able to see most of the island, but we did not have a comfortable place to relax at the end of a long day.

The location property was nice. Beautiful views. The overall property is a quiet setting. However the conversion of this townhouse created issues of paper thin walls and faulty electrical switches. The shower drain was clogged on day one, which we fixed. Definitely not a place to stay 7 nights in.
