great location, in a quiet neighborhood on the northeast end of the beautiful Princeville, so you don't have these roosters to wake you up early AM! it locates on the side of Makai golf course with a stunting view of the ocean just steps away, actually, you can see the ocean from the bedroom window. the ground is well maintained with a beautiful garden, they have few resident albatrosses dancing around, with their furry new baby. the unit is well organized, kept and clean, filled with all the amenities that you could need in the kitchen, also has plenty of beach activity equipment as well. the host Pam is very prompt, courteous, and extremely friendly. love to come back someday and stay there again on the garden isle

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. It worked perfectly for our plans on the island. Some of our favorite things:-very cool in the evening with the windows open and the breeze.-no excessive chicken noise in the AM. (my first stay in Kauai in 2019 came with roosters aggressively waking us up at 5am)-chairs, ice chest, etc. for beach trips-location: convenient close to Hanalei Bay, a partial ocean view, and beautiful sunrises.

This location on the north end of the island has the most spectacular views of not only the ocean but the golf course as well. Walking distance into town for dinner and local shops! The bed was very comfortable and the linens were soft..you can see the stars above from the window at night. It made for a great night's rest along with the ocean waves crashing in the distance. Sounds are carried easily due to the year built, but all in all great stay. The host was very accessible which made for an easy check-in and check-out.

Location of the property was excellent, enjoyed the many great walks and beaches. Nice and quiet, no disturbances. Downside was that the unit was a little dated and needs some maintenance work on the window screens, leaky bathroom fixtures, and one air conditioner that was not working properly. This was a very well stocked condo with a premium view of the ocean. I brought earplugs just in case of unexpected noise (I bring these along for the plane and all vacations because you just never know when you will have a noisy upstairs neighbor or barking dog), but the condo was so quiet I didn't need them once. The condo's pool was a nice bonus and hardly any people around. The owners are very responsive and when I messaged them with an issue inside the condo they responded immediately and sent help. Much appreciated. It was very clean, plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen items, literally everything you could want. Thank you for letting us stay.

Cozy with wonderful views. The condo has everything you need to have a wonderful stay. The lanai looks out over a huge umbrella tree and fragrant flowers are all over the property. Coffee on the lanai in the mornings with the many tropical birds is a joy! The area is very quiet and peaceful. The bedroom has windows all around the front and side, with a view across the green golf course to the ocean! The kitchen is small but is fully efficient. The washer/dryer in the unit is a great amenity. The fans keep the condo cool and there is no need for air conditioning. It actually gets very cool in the evenings due to the ocean breezes.The swimming pool on the property is well maintained and we enjoyed it. There are stairs to the second floor condo as you enter the unit but even with my back and knee issues there was no problem getting up and down the stairs. Pamela is a wonderful hostess and owner! We loved our stay and highly recommended this property!

The location of our stay was perfect. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Not having A/C was not really an issue as we went in November and the tradewinds along with fans located in the unit were more than helpful. There were a Lot of notes/Post-Its located around the unit which was a little overwhelming and privacy felt like bit of an issue as the owner was staying right next door, however she was very nice and helpful. The walls are very thin and the only real place to change is in the bathroom. The property itself is very quite which makes for easy sleeping at night. The unit is a bit dated but they have kept it up nicely. All-in-All I would recommend staying here.

It's been an amazing week of love, adventure, rest, gratitude, and renewal. We celebrated our anniversary and couldn’t have chosen a more perfect place to call home. Every morning, we woke up to see the sunrise from the comfort of the expansive living room. It was like God was painting a picture that changed from one moment to the next.
Sanctuary is the best word to describe it here. The luscious green golf course in the foreground and the beautiful ocean in the background, and hearing the surf in the distance and being serenaded by so many birds. Thank you for sharing this special place.

Truly a wonderful place and location to stay in Princeville on Kauai. It had the amenities you look for in a vacation rental. We never found ourselves saying something’s missing.
The layout was very accommodating to the wonderful breezes that filled the pace day & night.
One minor concern, operation of locks that secured lanai screen doors. They worked but not easy to learn or engage.

We have stayed in Princeville many times plus other locations on Kauai. Compared to other condos that we have stayed in, this is one the best.
Some people have commented about the heat, but it is a fact in Kauai that it gets warm and most places do not have air conditioning. We kept the ceiling fan off in the bedroom during the day so that the heat stayed high and wasn’t pulled down. There were plenty of fans provided and pulling air in through the bathroom window kept the condo cool. It can depend some on the trade winds also.
Other than a few tiles around the shower, this was the best maintained condo that we have been in. The kitchen was well equipped.
We had the opportunity to meet the owners during our stay and they are quick to answer any questions you may have.
There was a different feel here because not every condo in the complex was a rental with a constant parade of people moving in and out.

The condo did get pretty warm during the day, but the AC in the bedroom was a good relief from the heat if needed.

Great apartment nearby the golf fields. The location is beautiful. Peaceful and quiet. The community is very friendly and you can walk surrounded by green areas and also enjoy the swimming pool. This place is minutes to Princeville small shopping village with nice restaurants, exceptional ice cream shop, a supermarket…etc. And the most important thing is the apartment which is so well taken care of! (Please future visitors, take care of this place so we can come back again) The apartment has everything you might need to make your stay in Kauai very comfortable and our communication with the hosts have been wonderful! Aloha overall place was great, our second time here. the air conditioner in the bedroom when put on smelled bad, I found the air filter has not been cleaned for a very long time. Caked on dirt and lint, I cleaned it up as well as the area inside the unit and worked very well afterwards. I emailed pictures twice with no response, I figured some kind feed back would be in order and thought it was rather odd. Possibly having some type of cleaning supply available for spills etc would be good as well. Better beach towels would be nice. Will we come back? Yes, this complex is peaceful and the pool is amazing. Mahalo.

We absolutely loved the condo, the setting, how it is equipped, and how peaceful the surrounding areas are! Lots of light, and it provides everything you need! The fans and open patio doors provided plenty of ventilation to feel comfortable (no AC- but it was ok). Anyhow we felt right at home, and will probably return someday! This condo sits right on the 15th green of the Princeville golf course, which is a perfect place to watch the sunrise in Kauai. It's in a perfect location, close to everything on the North shore. The amenities were a blessing, having boogie boards, snorkeling gear, beach chairs, umbrella and cooler make this condo perfect for your vacation. Would definately stay here again!!
