Our second time here at Kamahana 23. Feels like home away from home. The views are terrific, gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. A short distance to restaurants and shopping. Great area for walking. Kitchen was well stocked and we were able to enjoy cooking meals there.

I’m a frequent VRBO user and this property was everything and more. The host provided all the amenities you needed to make the stay amazing. High quality toiletries, ample kitchen supplies. The host answered a small issue immediately. The furniture was tasteful and artwork complimented the space. The only minor issue is the WiFi, but that’s probably the island problem. At times it would fade, but not that often. The views were amazing and the proximity to the pool was ideal.I highly recommend this property and will rebook on my next visit.

Outlet in bathroom was sparking from washer and dryer. Couldn’t use it for 5 days. Had to wait for electrician bc everything was so sketchy. It was an ongoing issue for awhile. Second bathroom outlet was also burnt, and they covered it with a towel to hide it. (They only replaced one) honestly scared I was going to die in a fire. They did give me 150 refund. We stayed 9 days and paid over 2000 beware, it’s set up to happen again in the future. We chose this place for the full kitchen and the washer and dryer. There is no air conditioning and it’s so hot you will NOT want to use the oven. Comforter was also dirty and they tried to “hide” it with a blanket as well.

The place was neat and clean upon arrival. The only area that needs some improvement are the washing machine and the owner has been informed! We did not use pool. The beds are comfortable, the living space was perfectly adequate. My child slept on the couch one night and preferred it! We enjoyed the snorkeling, towels and beach chairs. The boogie boards were not the highest quality but fun nonetheless! It was a convenient location, quiet neighborhood. I would stay here again!

A lovely location on the 15th tee of the Makai course with ocean views. Condo was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was not well equipped if you plan on cooking, no cooking spray or oil was provided and you should bring sugar and milk (enough coffee for 2 days is provided). We ran out of tissues during or 4 day stay. There was a lot of noise from the upstairs neighbors, mostly from the banging of the sliders and heavy footsteps. But overall a good stay and we would book again and hope no one is upstairs

Rented the space for just my husband and I. It was the perfect size for the both of us. But as the listing says, there's only AC in the bedroom. Which wasn't a big deal as when you opened up the patio door doors there was a beautiful breeze that came off the water and golf course. Morning sunrises were lovely to have breakfast with. As others may have mentioned in their post the only downside is that there are people upstairs, I'm not sure if they own or are renting, but it felt like they were moving morning at night. It's all about mindset and we totally got used to it and it only seemed to happen in late in the night and early in the morning. But the space was very clean, the laundry was very handy and easy to use. And we really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella. The shower could use a little updating, but really this place was a gem. The Instructions to come in we're a little bit confusing but as soon as you enter the complex stay to the right where it says Kahana on the board and you will see the villas are numbered. If you continue down the road and noticed that the villas are numbered and lettered you're in the wrong complex. I did love that the rental company was available to us all the time and made us feel very comfortable and taken care of.

This unit is in a very quiet complex.It is on the second floor with the door on the 1st floor.The closet by the door has beach chairs, coolers, sand toys and snorkels.The pool was not heated so a little cold in January.There is not an outside grill to cook on , but the kitchen has almost everything we needed.No pizza pan, but it did have a pizza cutter.We used foil on the oven rack.The beds were comfy and the showers had enough hot water.Full size washing machine and dryer.There is an air conditioner in both bedrooms, but no air conditioning in the living room, eating area or kitchen.We were fortunate to be visiting when it was "window weather" . The temperature only got up to 73 or 74 so we never turned on the air conditioners.There are ceiling fans in all the rooms.A great place to stay in Princeville!!!!

We loved our stay! Wonderful host, kind neighbors, super cute place, convenient location. The kitchenette is small but worked fine for our needs. It is a mini fridge so shop accordingly. The balcony was perfect for a morning coffee enjoying the birdsong as the island wakes up. You can see the ocean from the bedroom window and get a lovely breeze.

The apartment was clean and fresh feeling. It was a great place to land in the evening. If we had been in Kauai longer, it would have been a great place for a down day. We only stayed three nights. It was quiet, easy parking. there is beach equipment, 2 chairs, and umbrella and a cooler--we used the chairs, they worked. the lanai was a nice place to sit, the breeze from the ocean kept the place cool. we were comfortable sleeping with the AC, it was around 80-85 when we were there, cooler at night. it looks as picured. The managment company was responsive and helpful.

There was a rat in the condo. The host clearly knew that there was a rat living in the open beam ceiling and didn’t do anything to remove it. She took no precautions to ensure the safety of her guests. There were rat droppings underneath the open beam ceiling. There was dirt under all of the furniture. This is my first experience with VRBO and I am quite disappointed.

the kitchen had everything we need, even the air fryer! Some of the sauces do need to be thrown away due to expiration but a very awesome experience for us! The view from lanai is impeccable. This condo is beautiful! As you walk in you are filled with light and a peaceful feeling. Firstly, the decor is Hawaiian minimalist which sets the tone for the quiet setting and golf course view. The kitchen and bath have everything you need, including a full size washer and dryer. The location is near Hanalei which makes enjoying everything at the North end easily accessible.
