This place is good, and Lori was awesome. Very helpful, mostly quick to respond and proactively cooperative. The view is awesome too, with Pacific ocean looking at you from about a kilometer away or so and with golf course in your front when you sit on a comfy sofa is a pleasure.
As regards Lori, I must say she was very nice.
We were not able to watch on the smart TV they had, so next day, she got a new TV installed. That shows how good she was. We would certainly recommend and we would also come back here, if and when we decide to return. Thanks Lori for all the good work you to to help your customers.

The property needs to be updated. Mold in downstairs bathroom, broken closet doors, even with instructions we were unable to turn on the TV, upstairs bed slopes. Beautiful view of golf course with the ocean in the background. We were surprised at how few restaurants there are for dinner in the area.

The property is a little dated, but the view entirely makes up for that. Right on the golf course with ocean views. Woke up and walked out to a beautiful sunrise everyday.

Kamahana 15 was spotless when we arrived. We loved looking out over the golf course and all the birds, including a nesting albatross. Great supply of beach gear, thank you. Upstairs suite is wonderful. We'll be back!

This was a lovely location, nice views, and condo was very comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. Don't buy beach chairs as they provided us with over 6 chairs already from previous visits. The condo needs serious updating- Carpets, broken windows with no locks. Outlet in both bathrooms did not work. Kitchen needs new cabinets or at least refinishing. The potential for making this a 5 star destination is there- just needs some TLC. Although we enjoyed our stay, for the price I think we expected a little more modern accomodation.

House is fine, location is great (40 acre lawn for star gazing). Internet was often too slow or out, cell signal weak. So perfect to get away from work. Decent restaurant across the lawn (golf course). Could use more comfortable chairs but we were not there to hang out at the house.

The location is fabulous. The listing, though should say that the primary master suite/sitting area is on the second floor. The second bedroom is on the first floor and opens directly onto the living room. Also, this bedroom does not have an attached bath. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The unit was fully equipped. It is a little run down and we were never able to figure out the TV.

The condo was clean and nice layout, upstairs a bit warm even tho November, but ok for my Texas blood. Kitchen well equipped for cooking, but need to buy all the basics, including salt and olive oil type stuff (thanks to covid).. Not set up for TV viewing or streaming if that is a priority. Good location for North Kauai. We had a great time.

We had a wonderful vacation in Kauai and the condo made it that much better! Perfect location in a quiet setting but close enough to the action. We especially enjoyed the extras like the beach and picnic gear - the sunbrella saved our beach day! The coffee grinder and full-size bath supplies were a special touch. We enjoyed reading the welcome book and would have liked to add to it - suggest bringing a pen. The view is wonderful - we'd stay here again!

A wonderful, relaxing retreat. Comfortable, quiet, beautiful view with spectacular ocean and golf course views of the sunrise. Lovely tradewinds to keep everything cool. Lots of windows and natural light. Large lanai with lots of room to sit and lounge. Well equipped kitchen. Only small drawback was figuring out some light switches and bathroom shower. Very friendly, helpful, professional management team. Easy, convenient parking. Pool is a bit small, but location is very close to a number of great beaches. Lovely resort community.

We very much enjoyed our vacation in this townhouse. It was a lovely home with personal belongings of the owners which made it more special. The kitchen was wonderfully well equipped. It is on two levels with a sitting room and one bedroom on the second level - this allows for two separate spaces which is lovely.

The property was very nice. It was well equipped with most everything you could need. The location was amazing and had wonderful breezes which is important this time of year. The master bedroom was very spacious and had an ideal separate area where our 1 yr old slept in pack and play. It's a split floor which was tough with a 3 yr old as well but if you have older children or all adults it's ideal! The unit was very clean as well.

It was fantastic! The condo was beautiful inside, very open, bright with lots of nice art and pictures. We really enjoyed the outside porch with beautiful flowers and being able to just walk out to the cliff side to view the ocean and mountains. The natural air circulation in the house was impressive. The visits from the local chickens and kitty made the kids very happy. Very quite and relaxing. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect location and base camp for all of our Kauai adventures. Loved the back patio right next to the golf course and the constant visits from Nene, roosters, hens and chicks. We called the upstairs 'the suite' as it is private and expansive. Downstairs has nice bedroom/bath, well equipped kitchen/entertainment center and comfy furniture. Awesome rental!

Location, setting and views awesome. Privacy for two couples, or couple with kids. Not aware of long stairway to MB until arriving. Difficult to navigate at age 70+. "No signal" for TV or cable. Cable company couldn't fix, but tinkering gets Netflix if you have account. Equipped but no pantry basics (salt/pepper). Unit needs updating (paint interior, refinish cabinetry, change light shades and clean curtains, newer bed linens.) Faint smell of mildew, mold, dust in furnishings. Clean, but not to hotel clean standards. Recuperating from pneumonia and broken foot made my stay limiting and navigating stairs difficult. Needed a more sanitized, clean environment to recover in and to enjoy. Vacations are not appealing in neglected home settings with cloudy wine glasses and worn out furniture (foam padding coming through split fabric on small couch). Otherwise, it was convenient and in a good location.

This was such a lovely location. Your views are the golf course of the back deck and beyond that is the ocean. What else can you ask for? Lori was fantastic to work with. And lastly the location was great! Close to everything that you needed. And the neighbors were fantastic as well. Thank you so much. We hope to come back!!

We loved our stay here and would definitely come back to this property. Check in and out was easy and the neighborhood was lovely and quite.
We had just a few minor issues. The bedroom downstairs needs a little updating. The bed was a little saggy and the fan made some pretty obnoxious noises. Our friends stayed in the upstairs suite and they were very comfortable! Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was perfect for two couples.
I’m also used to other vrbos having more basics in the kitchen. There was no salt or pepper or oil for cooking. We had to buy some of those basics but then thrown them out when we left because it said to leave no food.
Despite these small issues, we would all come back to stay at this property in Princeville and likely will on our next trip to the island!

The condo is very clean. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, bowls, plates and silverware. The view is very nice. The snorkeling and beaches are very easy to get to.

Lori was very helpful contacting me as soon as I landed. Checking in was a breeze. We started our trip staying here and enjoying all the north side of the island has to offer. This place had great views, just like the photos show. Everything you need is here and there are great walking trails and roads to enjoy. The rainbows and skies are so beautiful here from the patio. Highly recommend this place.

First of all Lori was great anytime that I had questions about the property she would respond to me in a timely matter, as others had stated the property is a little out dated ( some windows & patio slider) but on the other hand it is very spacious for four adults the unit comes with anything that you might need to make to a meal it even comes with its own personal alarm clock the Rooster which we named Rodney He never let me miss those beautiful SUNRISES. The beds are great and the couch is comfy I have rented many vacations homes over the years in many countries and I would definitely rent this unit again thanks again Lori

The condo is well located, has a good kitchen with utensils, and plenty space for accommodating 2 couples. There is great ventilation and comfortable couches and chairs. The one problem is the ground level bedroom. The mattress needs to be replaced having lost support in the center and the ceiling fan does not work.

Hard to beat this property location. Watch the sunrise from your living room every day. A few minutes away from the best beaches in the Kauai north shore and from Princeville's farmer markets and shopping. We loved the high ceiling on the second floor and the home layout. We worked from the property for 5 weeks and had great support from the property manager to make sure we would have the perfect set up.
