This was a nice play to stay for a week. I attended a conference and it was a peaceful place to say for the period. The view is nice especially for the sunsets. The place may need a bit updating though it was clean and in good condition. You felt moving to 90's. The bathrooms were updated and nice. Would recommend if people want to have long stay in a peaceful place and want to play golf. The shores take about 20 minute drive.

Ok. This was a wonderful surprise! I was aware of the pictures and listing and thought it was a great deal. When we first pulled up, the outside was busy and looked "busy"....I thought, "well it's a place to hang out hat."Then I saw the back entrance and the rest of the home. Wonderful surprise! All I can say is it is like a secret garden. The grounds are beautiful, the view is amazing! I loved the location as well Hosts were wonderful even when we got confused accessing the home at first.All in all, I would highly recommend!

Very dark when we arrived and unit building letters not lit up. No info on location of key box to enter unit. A condo complex map and location of unit was not provided. A bit of anxiety upon arrival at night.Parking pass missing from home book. It was 4 days before we got to the office to get one during the holiday closures.Unit was nice and very comfortable. Location very near the pool area. Lighting is poor in the bedroom.

This is a well stocked and comfortable condo . The pictures are very accurate as to the condition of the property. Beds were decent and the furniture is of good quality and comfortable. Plenty of cable and streaming options on the three large flatscreen tv's. The big plus for us was the location. Waikoloa village is a quiet and upscale place with a KTA grocery store as well as a new strip mall with some dining options. The Big Island is just that....very big. If you want to explore the island by car, Waikoloa village is pretty central , 20 minutes to the best sandy beaches on the Island , Hapuna and A bay . A bay is a big resort area with dining and shopping about 10 minutes away. 40 minutes to Kona , 20 minutes from the saddle road which will get you to Hilo and the Volcano park in a couple hours. Its about 20 minutes from Waimea which has two grocery stores as well as dining options and its just plain nice up there. For us it was a nice condo in a great location and we would recommend it for those that want to explore the island or be in a quiet place that isn't too busy.

The property for our stay was absolutely wonderful! Our unit was on the ground floor at the end of the property. Very comfortable and quiet with the lanai overlooking the golf course and the ocean. It has a well-stocked kitchen with appliances and utensils. Great handicapped bathrooms for my 94-year-old mom! She was comfortable and truly enjoyed the view, especially the grand turkeys that marched in front of the lanai! Thank you for a memorable vacation! I would rent this condo again!

We have been going to BI every year for 12 + years, we stay in the same complex Waikoloa Villas but in different condos depending on who's going. This complex is great for 30min from everything..Kona/ Waimea for shopping close to great beaches and the excursion in the area are great. Golf is outside your front door It's a little quieter not a lot of night life if that what your looking for.

We spent three weeks in this lovely Condo as we were celebrating a 50 Year Wedding Anniversary. This place we agree is our favorite after staying at different condos on the island. Sunsets were magnificent from the lanai. If lucky enough to again visit the Big Island, we would definitely check with Denise to see if it’s available.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Waikoloa Villas VRBO. The dwelling was well appointed with all of the necessary appliances, cookware, dishes and silverware, etc. They even stocked necessities such as a wide array of seasonings, rice, etc. The furnishings and decor were very pleasant. The property was in a very nice neighborhood and it was in close proximity to shopping, dining, the highway, and a golf course.

Loved the place and all the amenities. Especially loved having breakfast with the turkeys who came by most mornings. Lovely place. Only problem we had is my wife slipped in the shower and twisted her knee, so I’d suggest a bath mat for the shower as it was slippery for me to. Great location and easy driving to every thing on the island. Hope to be back soon

We really enjoyed our visit to the island. The condo was perfect. The condo had everything you could possibly need. We were able to walk across the street to the golf course, swimming pool and tennis courts. Views were great. Short drives to the resorts for a few dinners with friends. You can’t go wrong staying here.

What I love about this property is that it has an amazing views and is directly on the golf course. If it wasn't for the amazing views, I would have given it one star. The first thing we were greated with was the dryrot at the screen door, then the kitchen sink is horribly stained with a black cracking appearance, the countertops are old 4 inch tile with a wood trim that has separated and has dirt and food in the gap and the refrigerator finish is worn down to the metal. The bathroom isn't any better...mold in the shower, disgusting baseboards. The TV cabinetry doors are broken and wouldn't close so you are looking at electronics the whole time. Also, the information that was sent by the management company regarding WiFi was out of date. My husband works remotely so this was a huge stressor until the management company gave us the correct information. Overall, the unit is rundown and most of the furniture is due for replacement. For those of you that golf, beware that the golf prices are much higher than what is listed on the information sheet in the condo.
I'm not sure who is to blame for the poor conditions we experienced. But the management company and the owners should work together to improve their guest experience. This property should be getting 5 stars.

Home is in a nice quiet golf course. We were there Monday to Friday and had exactly what we needed for our stay. Home was packed with enough kitchen and bathroom supplies. Home had enough room for all of us to gather after along busy day. Everything was very clean and organized. Only thing I would tell future guest is that the streets getting to the house at night are very dark. And that there is a very close grocery store just 4 minutes away for any food needs.

The condo was the perfect size for two people.
We enjoyed the lanai with the screen door so we could enjoy our dinner at night, but also enjoy morning coffee with it open, watching & listening to the birds.
The condo kitchen could benefit from updates, but it is functional and has a good selection of pots and pans.
We felt safe and relaxed in this area and would stay again!

We rented this condo for 9 days in September 2024. Check-in was very easy with a key box. The directions to the place were easy to follow from the Kona Airport. The property is located on a golf course and the property offers a very nice pool, easy parking, and well-kept grounds. In September, it is warm and humid and the condo does not have AC but it is equipped with ceiling- and several stand alone fans. To be comfortable during the day and night, AC is necessary, however we were told the HOA does not allow them. The property is quiet at night until about 2 am, when the sprinklers activate to water the golf course each morning followed by course maintenance equipment driving by the windows kept open to keep the property cooler at during the night.
The unit was very clean when we arrived and the owner was very responsive to questions. Location at Waikoloa is convenient with a grocer, gas, and restaurants nearby and short drives to Waimea, North Kohala and Hamakua coast. Sunsets are also spectacular from the property patio.

A very nice condominium, well equipped with everything we needed and lots of space. Very nice furnished and decorated with a well equipped kitchen. Nice lanai with both dining table and lounge chairs.
A lot of beach gear and chairs to borrow during the vacation.
A couple of minutes drive to a well stocked grocery store and nice restaurants in Waikoloa Village. A short drive to a lot of good beaches for bathing and snorkeling.
We had a lovely and enjoyable stay and we would love to come back. It is one of the best and nicest condominiums we have rented during our many vacations to Hawaii.

Spacious, well stocked for the beach, clean, close to amenities, beautiful sunsets. The only negative was this unit does not have air conditioning. It gets extremely warm at night 28+ in the rooms even with fan circulation and wind flow from outside. Hard with young children under 5 but Cools down around 2am.
Other than that, it was a beautiful updated unit and the host was quick to respond with great communication.

The property was as pictured and described. We were not there much. But, the evenings were cool so the no air-conditioning didn't bother us. The lanai was our favorite. If you have heavy suitcases the stairs to the unit may be an issue.

The property had lots of little touches that we appreciated like boogie boards, snorkeling equipment and cooking seasoning. It's the little things that help! We enjoyed hanging by the pool and hot tub in the evening. I would recommend!
