This is an easy access, ground floor, end-unit condo with lanai and wet bar. This condo is within a short walk to pool, hot tub, and BBQ areas. The master bedroom has a TV, king size bed, a walk in shower and opens onto it's own separate lanai. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 twin beds which can be converted to a king size bed making this a great rental for two couples. All rooms have ceiling fans. The kitchen is equipped with all the comforts of home making it easy to cook-in should you wish. The spacious living room has a queen sleeper sofa and opens onto the tile lanai which houses a wet bar, table and chairs for 6, and a ceiling fan. From the lanai you have a view of nicely landscaped grounds and a glimpse of the ocean in the distance. Sit on the lanai and enjoy a quiet cup of morning coffee while wild turkeys strut by, or relax and enjoy a sunset drink after a day of exploring or swimming at a nearby beach. You will find beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, and snorkel equipment for your use. We enjoyed the property for half a month. Though some of the ceiling fan motors were needing change, the portable fans made up for it. This property was homey and made our stay enjoyable. With the great location within the estate, enjoying the lanai was the highlight.

Overall great place to stay especially with a family. A good clean location with a grocery store nearby. The only complaint is that the couch bed mattress is not good, better to sleep on the couch itself. Other than that it was great, would stay here again.

We have stayed at this lovely condo previously and always leave wishing we had a few more days. The condo is spacious, comfortable, and has all the amenities of home. The property is well maintained and peaceful. It is a short distance to some of the best beaches on the island, whale watching, and hiking. Sharon, the property manager, is just a call away if there are any issues. We would stay here every visit if it was available.

Back to the Big Island again and staying at the Waikoloa Villas. Love staying at this property. This is the first time we have stayed in this particular condo and were not disappointed. The unit has had some recent renovations and was well stocked with all you need including beach gear. Would return again!

We stayed for 8 nights in August to attend my sister’s wedding. The condo was wonderful and exactly as portrayed in the VRBO website. The location was perfect for us, close to my mom’s house and close to the rest of the family’s condo’s too. Waikoloa Village has a grocery store super close to the condo, an easy walk. It’s also centrally located to visit most of the other areas of the island. We had a great time here and would definitely rent from Paul again.

The location, the amenities, the cleanliness and the SIZE of the condo were much better than we are used to... there kitchen was amazing and the master bedroom -- whew! We highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning in the future.

This was the third time we have stayed at this condo in Waikoloa Village and it just keeps getting better. The kitchen has recently been remodeled and has everything one needs to cook if desired. The condo is spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The owner is very thorough and checking in was a breeze. The property manager is available if any questions or problems arise. The condo is conveniently located between both of the pools and hot tubs at the complex, which we enjoyed daily. Not so wild turkeys frequent the area and are fun to watch. We hated to leave and look forward to staying here again.

This property was another pleasant experience for us and we've rented in the Waikoloa Village complex five other times, so this speaks volumes for how this rates. The unit was beautifully furnished, fully stocked with all the creature comforts one could and would need. Our favorite feature were the most comfortable beds we've slept in ever. Each bed had mattress toppers so it is like sleeping on clouds. Love having two baths, two bedrooms, washer, dryer, WiFi, a cooler, beach chairs, and so much more and the unit was unbelievably quiet. It beats a hotel any day in our opinion. The beach and shops are not far away. This is a winner.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property and we really like it in every aspect. It’s a great location, roomy, very clean and easy to just relax in. The on-location property manager was easily accessible for a few small Issues like tv remotes, etc. Will definitely stay here again. So

Excellent, wish there was a rail in the back shower as the tub is high. View from the top of lanai was fabulous

We were very happy with our stay. The rooms were comfortable and the fans did a good job of keeping it cool. We didn't have any issues at all. The condo was well stalked with everything we needed and the beach equipment was very much appreciated. We had to travel to both the Hawi and Kona areas so the location was great.

This property was perfect for myself, my sister-in-law, and my Mom. We were celebrating her 80th birthday! It was about 5 miles from Hwy 19, which was great for a quiet atmosphere. The grounds were beautiful and really enjoyed the turkey visits. I only had couple of issues....1) the floors were not clean and 2) the check-in instructions should include how to operate the door (while I felt dumb, I was exhausted from a long trip to get there and having to turn and HOLD the key to open the door, just wasn't on my radar at that exhausted moment). Also, that would save phone calls to the owner and property manager. Overall, however, it was a great property and I would definitely recommend it, if you want to easily access those beaches (in my opinion they are the best two beaches on the island) and the Hawi, Waimea, and Hilo areas. Not a bad drive to Kona either.

Husband, kids and I had a great time in Waikoloa. Enjoyed staying in the condo. Appreciated that it was on the ground floor so kids could step out and play on grass. Close to pool and BBQ area. Beds were comfortable and the view from condo was great. We walked to the local market a couple of times and enjoyed the bakery goods. We plan on staying in this condo again when we return!

We have been familiar with Waikoloa Village for a long time as we keep coming back to spend our vacations on the Big Island for a number of years. However, this time the vacation was very special! To a great extent, we attribute this feeling of something out of the ordinary to the very place we stayed in – a wonderful condo in a picturesque, quiet location, with all imaginable comfort provided. No traffic noise, barely any people around except of a few neighbors now and then, a swimming pool at a hand’s reach. We, my wife and I, felt as if we were at home: the same cleanliness, neat order in the living room, kitchen, and bedrooms. We have a habit of enjoying our first two cups of coffee in the early morning hours. Yet it is a special pleasure if you drink the coffee from a fine china cup, which we did. Thank you our dear hosts for making us feel at home! The pictures on the walls reminded us where we actually were: in Hawaii. Also, what added to the comfort – an easy access to the internet, two TV’s (one with HD capability), so you can watch on the big screen whatever you have on your laptop or an iPad. Even something like an iron press and an ironing table were available: that was my wife’s concern before our arrival; it was diffused, however, once we had moved in. One last thing I would like to mention: after a long day spent at a beach, going sightseeing, driving around a lot, we used to enjoy sitting at a table on the lanai - which is a sort of an extension of the living room – having a glass of a good wine while getting impressed by amazing colors of the Hawaiian sunset – all this in peace and tranquility. Once again we express our appreciation and gratitude. Thank you Paul, thank you Christine! Zina and Yuri San Diego, October 2014

We had attended a family reunion in Waimea and having the condo at Waikoloa Village had been a very good choice for us to stay at. We always travel with our handicapped son and the accessibility at the condo was perfect. He was able to stretch out on the carpeted floors at night and the shower/tub made bathing him easy for us. The pool and the view of the golf course made the stay even better. Great accommodations, highly recommended!!

We enjoyed our stay overall. We booked at the last minute, and the owner was extremely responsive and nice to deal with. The condo was clean, and the master bedroom, living room, and lanai were very comfortable. The kitchen was a nice size and had lots of dishes, pans and tools. However, the pots and pans, coffee mugs, and knives need updating. We had a mouse problem initially (as did many other units in the building), but the building manager was extremely responsive and had a pest control company take care of the situation right away. The mouse issue is due to an extremely rainy summer and is village-wide, not a reflection on this complex or unit. Other smaller issues (slow leak from bathroom toilet, bad lamp) remained unresolved. The condo had a lot of nice little extras including cleaning supplies, shopping bags, beach chairs, beach towels, and coolers, but the coolers were quite musty (were stored with lids down in an outside closet). We enjoyed the pools and barbecue, and the lovely grounds. Access to golf is also excellent, and fantastic beaches are a short drive away. The neighbors were very friendly, giving the complex a nice vibe. With just a little more updating and TLC, I would give this unit a review of excellent.

We traveled to Hawaii island from Oahu as we often do but we absolutely loved this vacation rental! Lots of space for everyone in our party and a beautiful location and home. We've stayed at numerous rentals in the area and by far feel this home is a must stay! We will definitely stay here again if available. Our highest compliment goes to owner Paul. He was super accommodating and extremely friendly. Nothing negative to stay only extremely positive! Scale to 10 I give it an overall experience if 11!!!!! Thank you for sharing your home away from home with us and making it a beautiful, convenient, relaxing, and wonderful experience! We'll be back!
