It was a lovely condo but missed being on the water. Overall it was a very nice place .... It might have been nice to have AC... we didn’t get much breeze through the house but thankfully there were a lot of fans to keep us relatively comfortable!

The process from start to finish was so easy to understand. We questioned “No AC” but learned right away why. The temperature was comfortable and the multiple oscillating fans in all the rooms provided the best nights sleep I could’ve asked for. And to top it off, the location provided a beautiful sunset from our backyard. Just lovely!

We enjoyed our stay very much. A very quiet condo, with wonderful views from the lani of evening sunsets. Condo was very clean, with an updated kitchen which was very well stocked. The king size bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. There was a constant gentle breeze that kept the condo from being to hot, along with the ceiling fans in each room. The outdoor pool just a few steps away. The grocery store was within a short walking distance with very friendly staff.

.Very pleasant ground floor unit on the golf course and near the pool. Well maintained and fairly clean. Bdrm windows needed cleaning to see out. Couldn't figure how to use the TV; mgr had to come in and show us. Other than that, well equipped and comfortable. We would stay here again.

Place is as advertised and shown on photos. Property manager thought we were arriving later so place wasn’t quite ready when we checked in (no window coverings in one bed room and TV was not working). This was no big deal and property manager (who is great and very responsive) took care of it right away (TV next day). Great location off #9 fairway (par 5) - close enough to walk from clubhouse which I did couple of times. Great ocean view from balcony and we were treated to amazing sunsets every night. Quiet and perfect place for us. Only complaint was on our second to last day they had exterminator spray for bugs (monthly service?) - that was a little annoying since we didn’t want exposure to those chemicals. But place is nice and property manager is very nice, responsive and helpful.

What I liked best was the view and roomy lanai. Great sunsets. Also, it was a nice open floor plan. Good location to visit Waikoloa Beach Resort and Several nice sandy beaches.I did miss not having an air conditioner.It had been updated some, New living room chairs would be an improvement.Overall, it was a nice condo in a good area of Waikoloa with 2 pools in site. Nice views and pretty landscaping.

Happy with our stay at the condo. Comfortable and clean. Pictures accurately reflect listing. Property is beautiful and well maintained. We enjoyed the pool and grill amenities. Appreciated the extra fans in the bedrooms. A couple small recommendations: lighting over the dining table, a working vacuum cleaner and plastic cups for the pool area.

Between Wiamea and Kona. Near super restaurants and KTA market. Wonderful sidewalks to walk and/or run on for exercise. Condo had everything you need for a great get away. All was clean and user friendly.

This was a wonderful condo to stay in. It had everything my family needed to relax and enjoy our vacation. We loaded up on groceries before arriving and the kitchen had all the items necessary to prepare our food. The bed in the master bedroom was super comfortable. The sunsets from the lanai were picture-perfect.❤

The condo is great. The HOA needs to paint the curb edges white and add some solar path lights to help

We were a party of four middle aged couples who have been to the Big Island many times but this was the first time at this complex. Though the location of this complex was quite far from the ocean, it was a beautiful setting and lovely golf course. While the unit we stayed in was comfortable in size and the beds were good, the furnishings in the living room had deep holes in the old leather chairs making them unusable. The kitchen was well equipped but the entire unit was in need of a serious clean. In particular the master bedroom mattress pad and sheets, shower and toilet room, as well as the floors needing vacuuming/washing and the door tracks in the shower (and elsewhere), as well the outdoor kitchen had months worth of dirt and dead bugs. If these issues were remedied we'd recommend staying in this unit.

The property is located in Waikaloa Village proper, which is up the hill (as we called it) from the beaches. It was 3-4 miles "up the hill". With everything named "Waikaloa Village" around there you might think this is located right on the beach next to the Hilton. For some reason we had the wrong address of the unit itself and ended up down the hill near the beaches thinking it was down there. This was our fault but wanted to call it out. This is an apartment/condo in a community called "Waikaloa Villas" which is in Waikaloa Village. The location is great for getting to the beaches and the sites on that part of the island. There is a grocery store right around the corner, which was great. We toured the entire island from this location, and it was totally fine for us. We didn't mind 90-minute drives or more to get to other parts of the island as it was just a great way to see the island. We ziplined on the other side of the island and just made a whole day of it driving almost all the way around the whole island that day. The unit itself has some strange furnishings in it giving it a funny vibe. We had two teenage girls in one room sharing a bed. That bed squeaked with the slightest movement on it. My wife and I shared the king bed, and it was quite comfortable. The mattresses were nice on both beds. The pull-out sofa worked for our 12-year-old just fine. The bedding on the king bed could have been better. A different blanket would have been nice to have. The bedspread was all we could find, and it was not heavy enough (We were there in December, and it did get cool at night). The lighting was strange, too. It was just dark in there during the evenings after the sun went down. The interior is not what I would call "high end" or "resort like". It could be freshened up for sure. But it was clean. The kitchen was nice (and well lit). We were able to cook a lot of meals there and the dining table was big and round and held the 5 of us comfortably. There were beach towels provided, which was great. There were some boogie boards to use which our kids absolutely loved. There was a cooler, too, which we used (A big one and a little one). It was right on a golf course where turkeys roamed (And gobbled early in the mornings). We had a fabulous vacation, and this condo didn't take ANYTHING away from that. But if you are looking for a resort-like interior, this isn't it. If you want something close to the beaches, this is a great spot. We would stay again!
