Spacious 1,200 square foot 2 bedroom 2 full bath condo with high beam vaulted open ceilings (bedroom walls do not extend up to the vaulted ceiling) and panoramic windows, across from the golden sands of Kamaole III Beach. The condo kitchen and bathrooms have recently been refurbished. Comfortably furnished with two air conditioners with ceiling fans in each room for air flow. The condo can accommodate up to 4 people. There is a fully equipped electric kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, plus washer/dryer. There is a 40 inch flat screen television, VCR, and stereo in the living room. Telephone, games, library, and private lanai with a serene view of the beach and ocean from South Kihei across Maalaea Bay to the West Maui Mountains. Elevator and private covered parking are also provided for your convenience and comfort. Condo is internet accessible to stay in touch with personal and professional communications. Gated pool and BBQ area is attractive and convenient especially with young children.

Costco can be first stop from Kahului airport to stock up on items for your stay. Safeway store, Longs, Blockbuster Video shopping centers in close proximity for all your needs. Restaurants are within walking distance and long walk along ocean accessible right across the street.

The condo was clean, comfortable and had all of the amenities listed and more! The condo is within walking distance to several gift shops and restaurants, with a beach located across the street. The assigned parking spot is located quite close to the elevator. The owner and property manager were excellent with communication before and during our stay, when needed. This place felt like home away from home and we were happy to return to the condo after our activities for the day. We will definitely book it again when we return! We had a wonderful stay here. Peggy was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed for our stay. It was right across the street from a great beach and only a few minutes away from excellent snorkeling. The condo was perfect for our family if 4. Kids each had their own bed. The Japanese style doors closed off a room just for them. They loved it. The beds were all comfy. There were plenty of towels for us to use s as well as beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards that we found in the guest closet. The kitchen was well stocked. Thanks for letting us use your place!

Very nice place, great furniture, sizable. However, there are only half walls between the bedrooms and the living room giving no sound barrier between the spaces. I had trouble sleeping while other people were awake and also would have liked some privacy. However, otherwise it is a great place to stay. We enjoyed the pool and the deck and walking to the beach for sunset.

Pro's Owner very approachable, complex manager very nice. Condo is well appointed and pool area very nice. Con's Condo is located on corner of two busy streets, so we heard cars passing by all day and into the wee hours of the morning. Now we live on 2.5 acres at home which is very quiet, so the noise was bothersome. The owner had two single beds made into a king for us, but the mattress was very old and soft. Owner did tell us about a foam that was stored in the condo which we put on the bed, however it was a queen size and did not fit that well. Safe to say, we did not get a very comfortable sleep for the 30 days we were there. Owners representative did not manage to have the ice maker in the fridge fixed prior to our departure.

Very clean and location was great. Great opportunity for fun with the assortment of beach toys already there. If taken care of it will provide years of fun for all guest's. Definitely would come back and refer to others.

We were first time visitors to the island of Maui and this was a perfect base location for exploring all of the attractions the island has to offer. It is definitely a busy location for both traffic and people. There are a multitude of restaurants and shopping locations all within walking distance, if that is your interest. Plentiful beaches for walking or relaxation directly across from the condo. Location allows for easy access to major routes if utilizing a car.

Very good experience during our 3 week stay. First day the microwave quit working but the property manager responded quickly and replaced the unit the same day. Great location for daily walks to the beach and local restaurants, coffee shops etc. definitely recommend staying here.

This is a great location to stay at in Kihei. It is literally across the street from Kamaole beach III, and Kamaole Beach II. I can't stress how convenient that is. Peggy, the owner is VERY friendly and took the time out to communicate with us to update us on the weather (there were storms a week before our arrival) and conditions.

My family loved this location for our 1st Maui vacation!!! Everything was accurate as listed and in the photos. Excellent beach just steps away and many other beaches mere minutes drive away! The condo was fully stocked and we appreciated the availability of towels and beach chairs. The condo was also close to delicious eats! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!

Owner was extremely responsive. We arrived the first week after the state reopened and she kept me posted on shifts in Covid rules as they developed.
