The property is well placed and big enough for six adults. The beaches are close and we used it to explore all over the island.

My friends and I were very happy with this property. It was clean and very comfortable. From the lanai, you could see Shipwreck Beach. It is about a 10 minute drive to Koloa and a bit shorter to Poipu Beach, where you can see Hawaiian green turtles come ashore at night to rest. A couple of house keeping issues came up, ie a clogged shower drain and a blown fuse, but once reported they were fixed promptly. My friends and I would definitely stay here again.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at this unit and didn’t mind the walk uphill from the parking lot. The receptionist was friendly. The rooms were comfortable. The location is close to Poipu beach and made it easy for us to visit the beach every day. Most of the restaurants and grocery stores are about 2 miles drive. I would stay here again if I ever visit Kaua’i.

Overall, we loved the property and the location. The master shower temperature adjustment was a little finicky and the living room furniture could use an upgrade. But we would definitely stay there again.

This is a classy place near Poipu Beach and within walking distance of Shipwreck Beach. Prior to arrival the management accommodated my request of swapping a king bed for two singles (this was greatly appreciated). The unit is very tastefully decorated, is beautifully landscaped and has a well equipped kitchen.

Great condo, felt a little bigger than pictured. Nice views, and good service. The check-in process wasn't 100% clear... we drove around a bit before we figured out that we needed to check in with the Suite Paradise office off the main road. But once we found it the women working the counter there were very, very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything outstanding- but did not like the lack of bedroom and bathroom privacy. I.e. no curtains / blinds to close off bedroom and bathroom windows.

Great property for a family reunion with a delightful outdoor dining space and a very, fully furnished kitchen. If you like books, there is plenty for all ages and genres, from Babar to Tom Clancy.

The property was perfect for our needs. The pictures of the kitchen made it seem bigger, but no problem, perhaps you could sharpen the knives, they are extremely dull . Not good for cutting the delicious pineapples. Loved watching the sunrise from the balcony!

We really loved the beautifully decorated house. Especially the lanai in the shade was great - we ate every breakfast al fresco and had the impression to sit in a tropical botanical garden, surrounded by flowers. To get to the Poipu beach we recommend to have a car. It is walking distance but we always bring lots of gear for the kids. The pool is also a few minutes away but very nice and clean. We enjoyed the comfortable beds and the nice bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped and perfect for cooking. The only thing that we missed was an umbrella and a cooler. We bought both and left it in the apartment ;-)

Location, location, location. This is the perfect place to stay, the pictures are exactly what the home looks like. You are a short walk to the beach, you have beach views from the house, lots of windows and 2 decks to enjoy the outside. The place is very relaxing and quite, a short drive to the west coast and north for hiking, a short drive to the east and north coast for more hiking. Stop at ALL lookout points for breath taking views and waterfalls!

We enjoyed our stay greatly. The location was excellent being walking distance to multiple beaches, hotels, and pools. The place itself was perfect for our group as it had everything we needed and was extremely clean when we arrived. I'd highly recommend staying at this property if you are looking for a place in Poipu.
PS. The sunrises from the property are perfect!

we stayed for a week and we really enjoyed our stay. The house was cleaned and fully equipped for a family. The staff were very polite and responsive when we asked to fix the light by the BBQ. The only concern that we had was the windows, especially in the bathroom by the master bedroom, we couldn't close it and during the night gets chilly.

Loved our time here. Ocean view from the living/dining room and master suite. Twin beds in both of the other rooms. Super quiet and friendly neighbors. Can’t wait to come visit again!!

The condo was clean and beautiful and in a fantastic location, we were able to walk to Hyatt and Poipu beach daily. I would have given 5 stars but there is a new condo under construction ten feet away with a LOT of noise from 8-5 all day long. I would definitely come back and stay here again but only when the construction was completed.

The condo was beautiful, spacious, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The property was nice and the management were very accommodating. Walkable to beach, Hyatt resort, and just a couple minutes drive to shopping and dining. It was exactly what we needed for a family of 4 adults and a child. The only negative is that they are building a new condo immediately next door, so the noise is unpleasant and when you’re sitting on the lanai you’re looking at a bunch of construction. :(
