Summary:
Step out to your lanai, catch an ocean view, and make the beach the first stop of the day. Kauai Kailani 103, a ground-floor condo, sleeps four and puts a small family in the easygoing Kapaa and Wailua area, where coffee, casual lunches, shops, and the shoreline are all part of the neighborhood. Spend a morning by the nearby outdoor pool, then walk or drive toward Old Kapaa Town, the Ke Ala Hele Makalae coastal path, or Wailua River for a change of scene. Back home, the updated interior and full kitchen make dinner simple, while the washer and dryer take care of wet suits and towels. A new microwave and ceiling fans handle the everyday details without fuss. This is a comfortable place for a couple or family of four who want an ocean view, beach access, and the local rhythm of Kauai's Coconut Coast.

The Space:
This ground-floor, one-bedroom condo sleeps four across two beds and has a private lanai with an ocean view. The updated interior includes a full kitchen, new microwave, cable TV, and a washer and dryer for easy beach-life logistics. Ceiling fans and the location near the outdoor pool help keep the day feeling breezy, whether you are cooking in or heading out for Kapaa.

Guest Access:
Guests at Kauai Kailani enjoy access to the communal pool, elevator, and a game room, along with beach access just steps from the building. Disabled parking is available on site, and the grounds feature gardens and outdoor seating for relaxing between beach days.

The Neighborhood:
Kapaa and nearby Wailua bring a lived-in, easygoing rhythm to Kauai's Coconut Coast. From here, you can follow the Ke Ala Hele Makalae coastal path for an oceanfront walk or bike ride, look for breakfast in Old Kapaa Town, and head toward Wailua River for a paddle or waterfall outing. Beaches, local eateries, and small shops are part of the everyday landscape. It is a great fit for families who want Kauai to feel approachable, local, and easy to explore.

Getting Around:
Kapaa sits along Kauai's Royal Coconut Coast, about 15 to 20 minutes from Lihue Airport. A rental car is recommended for exploring the island, though the main strip along Kuhio Highway is walkable, with beaches, shops, restaurants, and the popular coastal path all within easy reach on foot. Grocery stores and casual dining are close by. Parking is generally available at condos and along the street, making this an easy, low stress base.

Other Things to Note:
This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning. This property is managed by Heavenly Vacations.

We loved the location and being able to walk steps from our patio to the water. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Already planning our next trip.

This condo with ocean view is lovely. Kapaa is a convenient location. Love the unique reefy coastline. My mom uses a walker, so I appreciated that there are no steps, stairs or carpet.

Not extremely impressed.Rust on lamps, refrigerator, window frames. Pitted fixtures in bathroom. Bed is not comfortable at all, neither is the couch in the livingroom. Biggest problem was the AC did not cool the main bedroom at all. Fans in the hallway was somewhat of a help, but not much and in the way when walking.Showerhead needs a good cleaning and the shower curtain wraps around you when showering. Diswasher ran on heaviest cycle, still had to hand wash the dishes as the were not clean at all.

Beautiful ocean view, very convenient to stores, shops, and dining. Screen door was broken, looks like it’s been for a while as an old “parts ordered” sticker was on it. Living room sofa was a bit discolored/dirty. Beach chairs/ portable umbrella, and cooler were nice to be able to use. Over a good stay for the value.

We love this condo! The ocean front view is amazing and we enjoyed seeing the sunrise everyday. It’s very clean and central to everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend!

Condo had a beautiful view of the beach and the accommodations were very comfortable. An electrical breaker needed to be replaced on the third day but response was quick and efficient.

Not as glamorous as the ad made it look. Older building with lots of wear and tear in the unit. Could use a coat of paint. Kids upstairs started running around at five am. Thin walls you can hear everything. No a/c! Fans in every room. Ceiling fan in bedroom did not work. Called maintenance and they never came to fix it. After multiple calls to property manager they offered $120 refund for our inconvenience. Still have not seen refund, checked out yesterday.King mattress was old and lumpy. No were to put luggage except in closet but no suitcase stand. Had to call to get pool code. Pool was slimy and not maintained properly. Lanai could use scrubbing! (bird poop) Musty moldy smell. Can tell it is a damp environment. Over priced! Won’t stay there again.
