Our Unit#308 is non-smoking and air conditioned ONE BEDROOM condo features island-inspired décor and charming teak furnishings; two separate ACs (one in each room), two smart TVs, kitchen with an electric cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender and cooking utensils.
A bedroom with a California king size bed. A full size pull-out sofa in the living room. Oversized lanai runs across the total width of the unit, approximately 170 sq. ft

Pool/ Hot tub, Gas grills (in pool area ) are available for guests use.
There is no onsite laundry facility available, however, a few laundromats are located in the nearby area.

The Islander on the Beach sited on the eastern coast of Kauai only 8 miles from the airport, midway between the north shore and the south shore of Kauai near the Coconut Market Place with shops, restaurants and entertainment. The location provides an easy access to a number of sights and services throughout Kauai.

We loved the condo! It was perfectly located so we were able to drive easily to anywhere on the island and explore. The condo was right on the beach which was beautiful and we loved having the coconut market right by us to easily walk to for dinner. Veronica responded quickly to messages. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again!

Great condo! Perfect for the two of us. What you see in the listing pictures is spot on. The view looking over the pool area and to the ocean is amazing! Great communication and effortless check in, plus you have your own reserved parking spot. Location for us was ideal. Coconut Marketplace and restaurants steps away. Definitely would stay again!

The unit was perfect for 3 of us. The king bed was very comfortable and my son said the sofa-bed was comfortable.m, too. Plenty of towels for not having a washer/dryer. The unit had toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion! All you need to do is bring some clothes. Very convenient having a designated parking spot right out front! The view was amazing and the pool bar was a nice touch. We will definitely stay in Veronica’s place again!

Property was perfect for wife and I. Amazing views of ocean and pool. Very spacious balcony. Room was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our week long stay. Location was ideal for exploring the island. Many shops and eateries within walking distance. Veronica was awesome host. Highly recommend!

This gorgeous place was everything and more than we expected. Perfect for a couple like us celebrating our anniversary. The Kapaa location put us 40 minutes from either Poipu or Princeville. The unit was immaculate when we arrived, well equipped/appointed, and there's a lovely beach with loungers only a few steps away. The Coconut Market shopping center, which has an ABC store, restaurants, and gift shops, is within easy walking distance. We can’t say enough about the views from the lanai. Every morning, we woke up to the sunrise from the lanai, or a short walk to the beach to see it. The sound of the ocean was always there and was so relaxing when we returned from our daily adventures. The bed was very comfortable, and the furnishings were perfect. It was extremely Kauai. A small kitchenette with every small appliance and utensil needed to prepare a meal. One last thing: this unit has a reserved parking space right in front of the entrance, saving us so much time and frustration when returning at night. While others were driving around looking for parking, we pulled up, unloaded, and were in our room. Veronica was an outstanding host and quickly answered our questions before, during, and after our stay. We will be staying here again the next time we visit Kauai.
