Summary:
Begin with a walk around Waikoloa, watch egrets gather by the lake from your lanai, then cross the street for groceries, coffee, or dinner at Queens' Marketplace. Waikoloa Beach Villas M32, a top-level condo, sleeps six in two bedrooms and looks over the golf course and water, giving the whole trip a slower, sunnier rhythm. The open-air gym, heated pool with waterfall, and hot tub make it easy to mix a resort day into your beach plans. A built-in outdoor Viking grill sets up easy dinners at home, while Kings' Shops and A-Bay are close for another outing. With air conditioning, tall ceilings, a full kitchen, and in-unit laundry, it works beautifully for a family or friends who want beach-resort convenience without the bustle.
The Space:
Tall ceilings give the top-level condo an open, breezy feel, while the lanai frames the golf course, lake, and visiting egrets. The built-in Viking grill makes dinner outside especially easy. Inside, air conditioning, a full kitchen, cable TV, and a washer and dryer support a comfortable two-bedroom stay for up to six guests after a full day in the Kohala sun.
Guest Access:
Guests at Waikoloa Beach Villas enjoy access to the shared pool, hot tub, and open air fitness gym, plus beach access and golf course front grounds. The complex offers a private garage, elevator access, and beautifully landscaped surroundings throughout.
The Neighborhood:
Waikoloa Beach Villas sits within Waikoloa Beach Resort, one of the sunniest and most convenient pockets of the Kohala Coast. Queens' Marketplace is right across the street for a movie, groceries, coffee, shops, and casual meals, while Kings' Shops adds more restaurants a short walk away. Anaeho'omalu Bay, known as A-Bay, is close for sand, a swim, or sunset along the lava-rock coast. This is a strong choice for families who want beach days, restaurants, and everyday errands close together.
Getting Around:
Kona International Airport is roughly 20 to 30 minutes away, an easy drive up the Kohala Coast. A rental car is recommended to reach beaches, restaurants, and the resort area's shops with ease. Waikoloa Beach Resort keeps some shopping and dining walkable, while nearby beaches and Waikoloa Village are a short drive. Parking is generally available in resort lots or on site at most properties.
Other Things to Note:
The gym is open air, no key needed. Elevator in the building. Stays over 28 nights may be eligible for a fee waiver. This property is managed by Heavenly Vacations.

The space was really Beautiful! A couple of things that made it not get 5 stars was that we booked as a family of five staying for five days and there were literally only 4 beach towels, no washcloths, and so we did a lot of laundry. Also it says sleeps 6, however, the pull out couch is broken so one of my children had the bottom of the mattress falling through to the floor every night. The door code didn't work when we arrived, but we got ahold of someone right away and they were able to provide a key from the lock box. It was very nice having a garage, but there were quite a few roaches and when we opened our car after the first night one ran into the car and disappeared š³.

This is a beautiful condo with everything we needed for our stay. The location was great and close to shops and beaches. The community pool and hot tub were also very nice. We would stay here again!

Waikoloa Beach condos is definitely a little slice of paradise in a perfect location, right across the street from a great shopping center with restaurants and close to many attractions. This specific unit was clean and comfortable. The property management company was available and communicative. The only suggestions we had were to upgrade to a smart TV where we could stream our own services. The dishwasher may also need a little work. Otherwise, we had a fabulous stay!

This condo is in a great location with the community pool nearby and the shopping centers within a 5 minute walk for that all important morning coffee. We utilized the beach chairs which are in the garage, but there were plenty of other beach toys as well. I can also report that the carpets were clean, so that maintenance that a previous guest noted has been dealt with. Overall, this is a wonderful condo to use as a home base for exploring the island.

This condo is located right across from the Queenās Market and central to many great beaches. HÄpuna is our favorite! It was clean and quiet. The pool is very peaceful. Out family enjoyed our stay. We did wish that there was access to beach equipment such as chairs and umbrellas and that check out was at 11am which seems to be the standard rather than 10am.
