The condo was clean and updated throughout. We appreciated the split A/C in each room so that everyone in our party could adjust to their preference. Most things to see and do were within a 30 minute drive. If I had one suggestion to offer, it would be that we could not figure out how to get the TV to connect to the provided WiFi. Nonetheless, we had an amazing family vacation! Would definitely stay again when travelling to Maui.

Overall a good experience. Property is nicely decorate and comfortable.But we experienced some major problems.- Shower head in the master bathroom fell off and almost hit my head when I was taking shower.- Annoying sands inside the washer/dryer machine- Dryer machine needs some works, twice my short pants cord stuck on the machine.- Most of the pans were not in good condition: scratched and rust. Those needs to be replaced.

This was the perfect place to stay! We had an amazing time - the condo was very spacious, clean, nicely decorated, and in a quiet perfect area. Beds were super comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well. It has a very nice pool area just a short walk away. The beach is also within a walking distance, but there’s also parking lots available. Shopping and restaurants are just a short drive away as well. We would definitely return here to stay again.

This is our 2nd time staying at the Palms, 1st time we were in an upper unit, this time a lower unit. After this stay, definitely prefer the upper unit with the views and proximity to the pool. The unit itself is well appointed and has everything our family of 5 needed for the 8 days we stayed. The site manager, Beau, was very very helpful, and had some great tips. I'll keep it short and sweet, great units, and would stay again. For the price you can't beat it compared to some of the expensive Hotels just down the street. Also, these units accommodate 5 comfortably compared to a cramped hotel room (try booking a single room for 5 at a Marriott or Grand Wailea, eye opener. We'll be back soon, not sure when, but we'll be back.

We had a great time staying here and this listing absolutely lived up to it's description. It felt very spacious for our family (2 adults, 1 kid) and we really enjoyed the lanai as a place to eat breakfast, read a book, or just relax. Would definitely stay here again.
