Great all around stay at Coraltree. We stayed in 11C and everything was clean, comfortable and as expected. The facilities were amazing. Pools were great and you can’t beat the walkable private beach access (2min walk on paved trails/roads). We will be back! Aloha!

We’ve stayed at Wailea Ekahi multiple times. It’s such a great place to stay. Their pool next to the beach is amazing! So many restaurants near by or you can cook or grill cause the rentals have full kitchen and grills! Highly recommend this place!

Absolutely loved the unit! Very clean, convenient to everything, loved the lanai and ocean view! Only complaint is I was not clear this was a condo unit and I went to the HOA office and they were super unhelpful and unfriendly. However when I messaged (I guess the management company) they were very helpful in gaining access and answering questions. Would definitely stay here if I return!

The kitchen was very well equipped, and the lanai was perfect. We had a "peek-a-boo" view of the ocean from our lanai, which was beautiful. The bedroom has wonderful high ceilings, and the space was perfect for two of us. We loved this condo!

We were there during the three days of storm Kona so unfortunately all pool & BBQ facilities were closed. As well as access to the beach.
Horrible trees down the landscaping cruise will definitely have their work cut out for them cleaning up but otherwise the grounds looked immaculate.
We had a problem being locked out of our unit, as I left my cell phone inside, and it took almost 45 minutes on a Friday evening at 7:00 p.m. to get the access codes resent to my husband's phone.

I liked the property overall, but not this particular unit (18C). The road noise was very loud, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep, and there was also a persistent electrical noise coming from the wall in the master bedroom. When we contacted the office, we were told to use earplugs, which wasn’t a satisfactory solution.
We also couldn’t enjoy the balcony—having breakfast or even a cup of tea or coffee wasn’t pleasant due to the constant noise from cars driving right next to the unit.
Next time, I’ll definitely double-check the specific unit before booking.

On site review post area love self checking and self parking. Very good price for accommodations and free parking. In the area is lovely. That’s where my pleasant experience ends.
Here’s the truth about the accommodations and what we experience. We arrived late in the evening after a very long day of travel. If your person who likes privacy, this is not the place for you. The blinds are completely sheer and being this apartment was on a ground floor. Anyone can stand outside your window and watch you in your bed sleep it is very concerning especially if your person likes to sleep with a few lights on in the TV. So saying that we couldn’t get comfortable wasn’t understatement because the living room room has the same type of curtains. When calling the staff and complaining about this, they offered to set up some kind of makeshift blinds. The other item is I’m a person who suffers from asthma. The condo that we stayed in had a very antiquated air-conditioning system that could only be activated for six hours at a time so if you went to sleep, forgot to crank the AC timer on on the wall you would wake up to a sweltering bedroom. The other item they don’t tell you in their ads is that only 50% of the house has a C so when you were in the bathroom, trying to put on your makeup, you are sweating the entire time. As the little AC units do not call the unit off.

Wonderful peaceful condo resort. Clean and comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked. Staff were friendly and provided cleaning halfway through our stay. Resort grounds were beautiful!! Nice pool on the beach with a wonderful covered seating area with kitchen and bbq area. Gorgeous Maui sunsets! We were able to see some humpback whales from our lounge chairs.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was very spacious and clean, parking was easy and it had everything we needed from the kitchen to the washer/dryer. It was a quick walk to the beach which was awesome. It was also very quiet we enjoyed having breakfast and watching the sunset in the lanai. Towards the end of our stay, the AC stopped working unfortunately but the property manager was very responsive and had it fixed right away. My family and I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Wailea Ekahi Village. The unit was clean, spacious, and well stocked for all of our needs. The beach chairs and cooler were perfect for hanging out at the beach, and we also loved the pool by the beach pavilion. The full kitchen and laundry facilities were great for time when we just wanted to relax in the room. The lanai area overlooking the beautifully landscaped grounds was a peaceful place to enjoy being on Maui. Finally, the registration process on arrival and check-out on departure were easy and efficient. We will definitely stay here again and give it our highest recommendation.

The condo itself had fabulous views of the ocean. The cleaning staff that comes in mid week, forgot to clean the kitchen counters. They were sticky from breakfast, and you could see the outline of a breakfast dish. I didn’t wash down the counters because I knew the cleaning people were gonna be there - very aberate any best. The only other comment that would be negative is that no one ever swept outside the unit. The public walkway was filled with palm fronds that we had to walk over push & push aside & many leaves which were never cleaned up during the week we were there. Location was fabulous, love the daily texts, and again the condo was lovely. Thank you.

I stayed here for 6 days for my honeymoon. The room was fairly comfortable and served us well. The positives: full size kitchen with dishes, dishwasher, washer and dryer were provided, along with necessary materials, such as soaps, shampoo, detergent. Easy parking and room access with a keypad... no keycard is needed. The negatives: bathroom has no isolating door or ventilation fan. All noise and smells enter the main room. There are no extra towels in the room. Only a few large towels in the bathroom.
Also, the air conditioner is located right above the bed and blows air at the bed all the time...instead of cooling the room. I couldn't sleep comfortably with the ac on.
Overall it was good. I might stay here again if necessary.

Ekahi is an exceptional property for a family vacation. Unit 38B offers plenty of space for at least a family of three. Pool and beach access are walkable; however there is a bit of an incline on the way back. The kitchen is well equipped to handle making meals. I would absolutely visit again and recommend to family and friends.

We stayed 9 nights at the Wailea Ekahi CoralTree residence collection in Kihei in June. The property was easy to find and the instructions from the property managers were easy to follow. The unit we stayed in was clean and comfortable for our family, with a king bed in the bedroom and a fold out couch bed for our son. The kitchen had small bags of Maui coffee, filters and creamer by the coffee maker and basic things like paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent. It was handy to have the washer & dryer in the room. The building was older and showed some wear and tear but was in good condition overall. The pools were great, one closer to our unit and the larger main pool were both kept very clean. The grounds were beautiful with landscaping, trees and flowers. Having the beach access right beyond the pool was great. The location was very convenient to stores and restaurants in Kihei and Wailea. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Maui.

The condo was spacious and comfortable, we loved the Lani, the walk down to the Pavilion with pool and beach access was a bit challenging for someone partially handy capped. You do have to park down by the public beach which had minimal spots, but our unit was close by the beach, so we could also walk there. The property and the managing group were great. On arrival we went to the address advised by Expedia only to find out that check in is a 10 minute drive away in a completely different location. After flying 12+ hours this was the last thing we needed, it was extremely stressful on members of the group (we booked 4 units) and was a very complicated and inconvenient problem to fix.
The check in details need to be included as once we got to where we needed to go (yet another taxi) and then got back the place itself was great.

Absolutely fantastic property. All the facilities and amenities one or a family could possibly ever need for a short or extended stay. Everything has been thought of to satisfy the needs of a tenant, from the kitchen and it’s utilities, to the internal laundry facilities, the bedding and towel supplies as well as the all purpose beach chairs. Would definitely recommend the property to a family or two couples wishing to stay close to the beautiful area of Wailea. Fantastic location of walking distance o local shops, restaurants and other resorts. Cannot wait to visit Maui again and again stay in this wonderful condominium.

Excellent property, but some units are very dated. We stayed in 9A which had great proximity to the beach, but this unit was like stepping into a home from the 1960s. I was expecting central air but there were room units and the living room one didn't work. Despite that, It was very spacious and had a washer in-unit which was nice. The shag carpet really needs to go, it smelled terrible. The only other thing that bothered us was that there are no hot tubs at the pools.

We had an amazing stay at the Wailea Ekahi! We had 5 condos across the property. They were all lovely and clean. Having kitchens and laundry in unit was so helpful. The bbq grills right down the lawn from us made family dinner so fun and easy. The resort itself is so beautiful! We loved the pool/patio/beach area. We spent a lot of time just hanging out there with the kids and grandkids. We swam with turtles right there from the beach!! Check in was easy. Everyone was helpful and kind. We loved it so much we are looking to buy a unit in the complex.

The property has not been updated in decades, and smelled stale even after opening the windows. TVs were difficult to work, no instructions available, and then the instructions did not work and we had to call for service twice in 5 days. Furnishings were beat up and old. Bathtub drain was a problem. Window coverings were ancient slatted wooden blinds. Very dark rooms.
