The two homes sleep 8-12 guests in a "main" house and detached guest cottage. This enchanting Kailua Estate is located in the premier part of the bay where the sand is at its widest and the turquoise-blue waters are most inviting. An expansive ocean front lawn provides ample privacy and is ideal for relaxing and recreation where the worries of the world are left behind. Following recent renovations, the home contains just the right blend of modern comforts in its updated kitchen and baths, with elements of charm carefully preserved from a richly felt past.
The main home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 baths overlooking the large grass lawn with the beach and ocean beyond. Two sun-decks offer space for casual dining and a place to relax overlooking the ocean. The two bedroom one bath guest cottage sits adjacent to the main house, with private entrance, living area and a modernized kitchen of its own.
Fully air-conditioned, with modernized amenities, both homes are comfortable year round and ideal for extended family stays.

The facility was great! All of my family members and I were very comfortable and the setting was wonderful. I would highly recommend this facility. I would recommend that VRBO make it more clear as to what the property damage insurance requirements are. I bought Insurance, but it wasn’t enough. I had to go back and cancel and increase the amount.

This rental was perfect for us. We traveled with five adult kids and it was a perfect size. The guest house really allowed everyone to find individual space if needed. We loved having our own beach space and access. The houses look pretty basic from the outside but are beautifully renovated on the inside. The beach and Kailua Bay are stunningly beautiful and wonderfully uncrowded. Light sand and turquoise water. We loved walking down to the Kalapuwai Market every day. Loved being walking distance to town. Our two teen girls walked to town every day, loved the boutique shopping. The welcome basket of snacks was lovely. The games are great, we played scrabble every day! The huge television and incredibly comfortable sectional in the main house were perfect for movie nights and World Cup watching. This house is expensive, but it was well worth it and surpassed our expectations. We did ask that the foliage by the beach lanai be trimmed a little more because when sitting down we had no water view. Overall fabulous, I hope to be back.

From the moment I booked the house everything was smooth and so professional. Immediate answers to any doubt/request. Upon arrival the house was tidy and clean. We were a group of 11 (1chd 1toddler) and the accomodation was as expected according to explanation and photos we had seen. Fully equipoed kitchen! We enjoyed outdoors ver much. Sofa and big tv enabled all of us to have movie nights all together. Spacious parking for to the big suvs we have rented.

WOW! This property exceeded our expectations! Both the house and the cottage are fully someone who likes luxury upgrades, this place did not disappoint! Both houses were stocked with everything you need.Sometimes we rent a place for the 11 of us and the house isn't set up for 11 people. This property was well stocked with enough dishes, silverware and seating for everyone. Even outside! The yard is enormous which we loved because our family loves outdoor games! There are beach chairs and boogie boards and towels a plenty.From bidets and lighted mirrors in all of the bathrooms, to comfortable beds and bedding, this place has it all. Is it pricey? Yes. Is it worth it? Abolutely!

Our family of 12 stayed here from March 4–8 and had an amazing experience. The property was exactly as described in the listing and honestly even better than the photos. The home was very clean, and the check-in and check-out process was simple and seamless with great communication from the property management team. The location on Kailua Beach was perfect, sun rises were breath taking and everything was within walking distance, including local shops and Kailua Beach Adventures rentals. We would absolutely recommend this property if visiting the Kailua, Honolulu area.Thank you for an amazing stay!

Just amazing! The privacy, the amenities, the beach access, all of it. This property is the One. Do yourself a favor and rent it. The pictures look good but dont do it justice. The yard is huge and private. The cottage is beautiful and allows for a separate home for a family/teens/etc. the gift basket ipon arrival was so thoughtful.
