Amenities like parking, pool, beach, staff all great. Room was a bit dated but clean. The bed was terrible however, it felt like an 20 year old mattress, which hurt your back. Beside booking process was not good because we ended up paying 8% more because of system issues on the bookers end. Beside this, we did enjoy the stay since its a beautiful place.

This was hands down one of the best vacations that we have ever taken as a family. The resort and staff were absolutely amazing! The room was just as described. Great food as well! The Four Seasons and Aulani Disney Resorts are just a short walk away! We got to enjoy lunch and djnner there as well. The Monkeypod is only an 8 min walk and they’re known for the mai tais - 10/10 recommend. We will be definitely returning!

I am a Marriott timeshare owner and have stayed at this property before in a 3 bedroom condo. Was travelling this time with family and needed another room. Very surprised at how small the space was. It is basically a hotel room but ok if you just need a place to sleep. The property is beautiful with a great walking path and many restaurants and amenities close by.

Really enjoyed my stay, and I highly recommend. This place is so beautiful! There are many activities for adults, less so for younger kids. BUT, the kid pools are fabulous…and where we spent the majority of our time while on the resort. The room had plenty of space and amenities for 4 persons (I stayed in a studio). I checked in later in the evening, and checkin was smooth. The valet and customer service were top notch…very friendly. Checkout was very fast/easy as well with the option to use text to checkout. That was very convenient. My ONLY complaint is that when I requested to reserve on VRBO, the room I requested (which was cheaper) was no longer available. The property owner was very quick to respond to my request, but since the room was no longer available he offered me another room at a higher price. I think VRBO could do a better job with this. Otherwise, it comes across as property availability is misleading or somewhat of a scam to get someone to pay for a higher priced room. I’ve used VRBO in the past and didn’t encounter this. But, read others complain of the same issue which really has me question if the original room was a “thing” or not. Nevertheless, the property manager did have excellent communication. My family ate at Longboards one evening. Highly recommend the poke nachos. The food was delicious, gorgeous scenery especially at sunset, and live music set the most perfect Hawai’ian vibe. I would stay at this resort again!

The property was beautiful. However when we booked the reservation we paid more to have an ocean view. When we got to the room we had a view of the mountains and a wall blocking any ocean view. When I contacted the property manager his response was “Marriott considers any view of the ocean no matter how small of an ocean view”, we could not see the water from our balcony. The front desk was kind enough to move us after the second day to an oceanview room. After we showed them the emails that we paid more to have a view of the ocean.

From the first interaction with the owner to the checkout, it was Top Knotch. We arrived at night, and the views were terrific despite being dark. Waking up the following day to see the full view of this beautiful location was breathtaking! Mountains, ocean, and the perfectly manicured lawns all in one view are something my family and I will never forget. All the staff made you feel at home, and the property didn't feel overcrowded. I highly recommend this location, and if you are reading my review, I hope your stay is as awesome as our experience.

We booked a last minute trip to Oahu and were glad to find the studio for 4 (king and sofa bed). The grounds and amenities were just what we needed to relax and recharge. Daily sunrise walks along the multiple lagoons became our morning routine to start the day. The island is small enough to do day trips from Ko'Olina as well. We had an unexpected change in plans and needed to stay one extra day. The Marriott front desk team was able to help us out. The bell hops helped us move rooms with minimal disruption.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Marriott in Ko Olina. They was really nice and we especially enjoyed our relationships with the staff, particularly Oscar, Susie, and Jordan at Longboards. They went above and beyond.

The property was very nice. The actual room was clean but no ocean view. The booking process was frustrating as the room was listed at one price, then when I booked it the price doubled. Right after I booked the price showed way lower again. That should be more clear, honest and easy to understand and navigate. We did really enjoy the Ko Olina village property. It’s beautiful with amazing beaches, pools and activities.

The Ko Olina resort area is a great place to stay on Oahu. Away from the busy big city of Honolulu, but easy to get to wherever you want to go on the island. The man-made lagoons are a nice way to enjoy the beach on the western shores, and there's a great waterfront walkway along the resort community to stretch your legs at sunset. Lots to do on the report itself, and while this is a Marriott Vacation Club (timeshare) you can still book your stay through brokers are on VRBO for a pretty good deal.

Marriott Ko Olina is a beautiful location for R&R. My husband and i went for our early morning walks sunrise setting, made our coffee and sat outside the balcony that was partial mountain/bay views, rented a car ( free parking with in/out privileges) and explored the Island and each time we got back to our hotel, it was nice and quiet and relaxing. Other days we stayed at the Marriot location and swam in the lagoon and had dinner at Longboards ( if you don't want to wait to dine in, just order to go and you can still sit at the designated self help area and still get a beautiful view while live music is playing. Mahalo!

Great room- very clean - professional staff. Would have liked to have tad larger fridge. Only draw back was one of the pools was closed for refurbishment which made the “reflection pool” a place for uncontrolled kids. Otherwise, place was a beauty!!

We stayed here with our two boys (ages 4 and 7) for 4 nights. We loved the resort - awesome pools for kids and delicious food at the restaurants. The resort is beautiful and all of the resort workers are very helpful. Great activities for kids. Great location for going into the city or up north. The room was nice - super comfortable beds, an amazing view and a kitchenette. Truly a lovely spot. We will definitely come back again!

This was our first trip to Ko Olina as we usually stay on the Big Island. We always associated Oahu with Waikiki and a big city. This part of the Island is amazing! The Marriott Ko Olina Beach Club is beautiful. It was beyond our expectations! The villa was more than enough room for just the two of us. The staff throughout the resort is welcoming, friendly and helpful. The amenities are spectacular. The pools, beach, restaurants and market are far superior to the other resorts along the other lagoons. It never felt over crowded even on holiday weekend. We can’t wait to come back for another stay!

March 2023
Unit was as described. Basic necessities including: coffee pot and supplies; small microwave; mini fridge. Bonus was free laundry and detergent!! MVC offers a slew of amenities. Grounds were well maintained and the surrounding area was beautiful. Definitely buy your supplies prior to arrival. If without a car, there is a market within walking distance. Prices are cheaper there compared to the resort, but you’ll still be paying a location fee! Enjoy!

October 2022
The property is beautiful, amenities are many and very thoughtful in terms of what you might need for your stay and the staff is very helpful. Two points I would like to make. The floor in my room needed a good sweeping as there were food crumbs and nail clippings, just to mention what I could identify. Secondly, the dinner I had at Longboards was not good. Other than those 2 points, it is an awesome place to vacation.

My experience with VRBO was top notch. The rental was exactly as described. Marriott in Ko’Olina on Oahu was a perfect vacation for our family, away from the crowds but close enough to do everything.

This room is not a mountain view, it is the 3rd building and faces the harbor. It reminded us of a hotel room with a small kitchen area. It was the perfect for our stay. The room is clean and had a microwave, small fridge, air fryer, coffee maker, the ice machine is on the 3rd floor. The sliding glass door to the small balcony is a bit tricky to open. The balcony is for one person but the right size to dry swim suits! The building has an outdoor gas grilling area, hot tub, and water slide/pool (lots of kids). Very clean and modern. The property has 3 pools, we spent most of the time at the reflections (quiet) pool. Watch out for the chair police in the morning. You cannot save a chair more than an hour and they watch it. Limited wait staff at pool side (understandable) but very easy to grab food/drinks at Longboard. The beach/lagoon is well kept and monitored for guests as there is a public sidewalk between the beach and main property. The main fitness area is one of the best I have seen. Modern equipment, all running. Covered parking for guests. Spots can be tight so we went to the lowest level and hardly had anyone next to us. The luau performance was fantastic; food was ok but hey, the performance was fantastic. They have local vendors selling their items after the luau. Also have the market on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Was charged an additional fee upon check out, did not expect additional 💰 at check out. I do have my guest folio and was charged VOCC tax, LSD and WKM every 🌙.

This report is still claiming COVID to be able to offer almost no services at all. Prepare to not be able to find food or drink almost all hours of the day. If you do want a drink from the bar will likely have to stand in line for a half hour. Make your own coffee as ther is only one place to get it and it will eat up your morning waiting in line. This used to be a great place but clearly management here is taking profits Instead of providing a great experience. Definitely no longer Marriott quality standards. I would avoid until they get their game together. Additionally the rooms are way beyond needing a refresh…… pretty beat up.

The Ko Olina area on Oahu is second to none. Beautiful beaches with a lovely walking path from one end to the other. (About 6,000 steps full circle) This is our fourth visit to the area and it won’t be our last.

Our family of 3 had a wonderful stay at this property. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable and the property was so nice. We loved the ability to use the grills. Everything was easily accessible and the staff was so nice. Parking was included which was nice as well! Thanks for having us. We will be back again!

January 2022
The resort property and staff were very nice with the multiple swimming pools and a protected man made lagoon that my 5 year old enjoyed. The parking was easy. The room itself was fine although nothing special. Our “ocean view” room was really more of a “working harbor” view with a very small balcony. The kitchenette with mini fridge and microwave was well equipped and we picked up most of our meals from the market store at the resort. We only ate at the casual Longboards outside restaurant once with mediocre food (wasn’t going to try the fancier place with a kid!). There was no housekeeping service due to COVID but you could request clean linens. I also had to request a broom and dustbin to clean up the sand we tracked into our room. I didn’t find out until halfway through our stay that there was a free guest laundry with provided soap. In general, I wish more information about the property had been provided. They had removed all that info from the hotel room. Overall, I would recommend the resort.

The property was good ! Only negative was that the sofa bed is small and so are the rooms. These rooms are little tight for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids.

We couldn’t have asked for a better location for our short getaway. Even with a Mountain View balcony the view was still breathtaking. Everyone at the Marriot was super nice and welcoming. Booking through Vrbo was quite easy and made our checkin process a breeze. Aloha and Mahalo !🤙🏻

Rental was for 6 days and had a room swap halfway through as first rental for 3 nights and second rental available for last 3 nights. Both rooms were great and exactly what we needed for the overflow of our party! Resort staff is fantastic and incredibly helpful and friendly as well. All pools and gym were open during my early Sept stay and I would definitely rent from again!
