This condo was super comfortable and clean. It came with all the amenities you would need for an amazing beach vacation. It had plenty of beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and coolers which was a huge bonus. We stayed for a week and it was very roomy with the high ceilings and the ability to open the patio sliders. The kitchen had everything and more to be able to cook a few meals in which was nice. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The location in Keauhou allowed us to explore the south of the Big Island easier - hike to Captain Cook Monument, South Point…
The condo was very comfy (once all the fans were whirring, windows and doors open for a nice through breeze), clean, nice view over the golf course and ocean, and fully stocked for cooking. The upstairs loft is very cute and cozy - we didn’t need to use it, but so nice! Definitely coming back!

Our family of 5 relaxed comfortably in this well-stocked, clean condo. It is quite spacious with lovely decor. We truly enjoyed the peacefulness of the area. The pool was a short walk away and just lovely--clean and only a few folks were ever using it. Would stay again!

The description was spot on! This is a wonderful place! Spacious and well-stocked with anything you could need. It was a bonus to have outdoor space on the balcony. The pool and hot tub were clean and the perfect temperature. There is an art/craft/food fair at the Outrigger just down the hill where we found some souvenirs. We drove to many beautiful beaches.

Loved this condo and how well stocked it was, that was a plus! It does get pretty warm but the exhaust fan was a major help. The balcony was roomy and so relaxing and I loved the nice size table out there for meals. Kind neighbors, and the design and aesthetic of this place is just beautiful!

We stayed at this condo for a week with family. It was very comfortable although a bit humid and muggy the first couple days. Only the two downstairs bedrooms have AC units- there are ceiling fans in the main part of the house as well as a whole house exhaust fan, which unfortunately I didn't discover until the second to last day. 😄 The big exhaust fan would definitely have helped on the hotter days but the girls upstairs still said they slept ok.
One thing I would've liked is a couple serrated knifes in the kitchen- slicing a loaf of bread we bought was interesting… Also no pasta rake for spaghetti- otherwise it was pretty well stocked. Loved having filtered water at the sink!! Super quiet location on the far southern end of Kona. Extension cords with plugs and USB ports at both bedsides was a really nice touch!
The spiral staircase to the loft is narrow and steep so be aware not for physically challenged folks.
Also one thing to note: the master bathroom has zero outlets.
We loved staying here and spent most of our time on the large lanai with the geckos 😊 If it was my condo, I'd replace the hanging pendant lights on the lanai with ceiling fan lights- that would make it even better on those muggy, still evenings.

The condo was very nice close to stores, restaurants and golf course steps away. We enjoyed our stay and used the pool facility. Very nice pool area too bad the condo association won't have a weekly event by the pool to give an opportunity to meet and visit with others at the condo just a suggestion. The unit was clean and had everything we needed, including parking and a pool. I wish the grill would have worked properly, the burners burned painfully slow. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and plenty of beach towels. There was a wagon but unfortunately one of the wheels was broken. We would stay there again. A.C. units in the bedrooms but there are only fans in the common areas.

Property was described perfectly and pictures were accurate for unit and views. There was everything we needed and then some as far as towels, toiletries, pool/swim toys. Laundry was a big plus for us with the family. We used the pool, spa, parking was as described. We had no issues at all and owner was very responsive. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Talk about a beautiful property! My sister and I looked for weeks and finally decided on this one. Good decision!! The photos are right on. Our balcony overlooked the golf course and ocean, and the sunsets were amazing. Having the BBQ on the balcony and not having to go to a common area was convenient. The full sliding glass doors/windows created views from the whole living area including the loft, which was a nice added bonus. Cathedral ceilings gave the condo a very roomy feel, and at no point in time did we feel crowded.
Two king bedrooms with bathrooms were perfect for two couples. The one bathroom was a little cramped by the shower, but having laundry on site was worth it! The comfort level of beds, couches, etc., was perfect.
The unit did not have central air, but floor units in both bedrooms. We would turn on the air late afternoon in the bedrooms and the ventilation fan in the loft. Then when we went to bed, shut off the air and the big fan and opened the windows. We slept like babies!
The unit also had every appliance, all the beach gear, towels, paper products, etc. that you needed, and basically all we bought was food. The pool was a little cool (apparently just refilled) but refreshing after a hot day exploring.
Chrystal answered all our emails promptly, not that we had to contact her much, as everything we needed.

We had a wonderful week at this property! We loved the area and condo association. Everyone was so friendly and it was small and quiet. The unit we were in was beautiful, updated, gorgeous view and we enjoyed sitting on the huge deck and watching the sunset. Loved walking around the whole area and it is so convenient to shopping, coffee shops, restaurants, etc. and close to the town of Kona to go to restaurants. We enjoyed hanging out in the unit, relaxing and cooking, as well. There were a lot of amenities available. The check in was super easy and Chrystal was very responsive and available. We hated to leave this beautiful spot!

Wide open floor design, spacious lanai with gorgeous view, so many extra amenities in the house, very convenient location to all activities such as beaches, restaurants, and shopping center, but away from hustle and bustle tourist places…
My favorite part of the stay was waking up in the early morning, sitting at the Lanai, and drinking hot tea while watching the sunrise and listening to the birds chirping.
We usually leave in the morning for outdoor activities , and come back in the evening. We leave all the lanai sliding doors open, let the ocean breeze cools down the entire living room, we were very comfortable without AC. There is small AC unit in each bedroom if you like cooler temperature while sleeping.
Be sure to ask Chrystal for recommendations on local restaurants, we tried the ones she suggested, and loved them all.

This is a very nice, clean, well stocked apartment in a lovely quite location. Beds were comfy and once we had worked out a windows open ceiling fan on timing strategy we managed to keep the apartment at a warm but manageable temperature! The AC units in the two main bedrooms were very welcome and the fan upstairs was also helpful.
Maybe something to note if traveling with children is the steep spiral staircase to the loft may not be child friendly and the pool is a 'no fun' pool as my teenagers called it!!

What a a amazing stay. Crystal has the house incredibly well stocked with everything you would need on a trip to Hawaii - beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, a wagon, boogie boards. The house is also well stocked with all the necessary items to make it turn key and an enjoyable experience from cleaning supplies to toiletries. Everything was exactly as it needed to be. On the few times I had a random question Crystal responded immediately and was a fantastic host. Location is fantastic - easy to get everywhere and the community pool in the complex was amazing for afternoon/night swims with the kids. Would absolutely revisit.

Very nice place. Nicely decorated and well stocked. Exactly as shown in the photos. Clean. Pretty view. Also the house had everything we needed - just like staying at someone’s home. For example, it was nice to have more than one roll of paper towels, and toilet paper and have a fully supply of soaps, trash bags, and stuff like that. The in room air conditioning was great for us. I actually turned off the ceiling fans in the mornings and late evenings as it was too cold for us with them on - the island breeze was just right. We liked being outside of the Kona congestion and ugly tourist things but close enough to visit our family in Kona.

There are not enough superlatives to describe the experience my group had with the property.
Demographics of group: 4 adults and 1 infant.
The location is perfectly located on the island. It is far enough from the main portion of Kona, but still close enough to drive there. You get to have your own relaxing oasis while still being able to drive into town to be a little livelier.
The condo is located alongside a golf course, overlooking the course with the beach in the background. We spent every morning drinking coffee, working, while looking at the pristine view of the environment. This also includes sunsets, where you have an unobstructed view of the sunset. This was perfect for at home dinner and drinks.
The condo is perfectly designed and well themed. You truly feel like you are on a relaxing, beach condo. The condo was well equipped with everything you would need. All of the appliances are up to date. (dishwasher, fridge, cabinets, bbq gril).They had linens, silverware, etc., everything you would need on a vacation. You don't have to worry about needing anything, the condo has it all. One thing that we really appreciated was that the house had a lot of random nic-nacs that entertained our the infant that we had in the group.
Another major positive was the cool ocean breeze that you get into the condo. The windows/sliding doors can be opened so that you can get a nice breeze in. With hawaii being humid during our stay, this was a major positive.
One last note is how communicative the property host is. They answered all of our questions, provided us with a good detailed guide of the island.
This is a five star experience, don't miss out.

The property was equipped with everything we needed and then some. The large lanai was great and the grill was handy. The beds were comfortable. Having a full size washer and dryer was a real help. The kitchen has everything.
If you’re used to keeping your house below 74F with AC this property may be an issue. There are portable AC units in each of the lower bed rooms and are designed for those rooms only. The common space and upper bedroom can get warm in the afternoon. The whole house fan and ceiling fans help.
Never made it down to the pool.
Snorkel sail from Keauhou Bay was within walking distance.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property.
The rental was clean and well-stocked for most everything you could need for a home away from home. There were plenty of towels, dishes and beach items.
The decor, open space, high ceilings and lanai provided an on-point beach vibe. The high ceilings, numerous fans, screened doors and bedroom AC units provided a comfortable reprieve to the heat of the island.
The property was well-located to beaches, coffee shops, grocery stores and only a half-hour drive from the Kona airport but set far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the mid-city so as to not interfere with soaking in the tranquil sun and air of Hawaii.
We greatly appreciated Chrystal’s responsiveness to all questions and concerns before and during the trip.

My family of 4 (2 middle school boys) all loved our stay at Chrystal’s condo. Everyone had plenty of room to stretch out and relax. The view from the patio is more amazing then you can imagine. The king bed mattresses were super comfortable! Although no central AC, each bedroom had an AC unit that cooled down the bedroom so you were comfortable. We also found just leaving the patio doors open with the overhead fans on provided plenty of air circulation for a nice temperature too. The kitchen and house were well stocked with anything you might need- from Tupperware to shampoo to beach towels. The location was perfect for us- a bit out of the busy downtown of Kona but only a couple miles from a large grocery store with several restaurants nearby. We also enjoyed walking down to Keauhou Bay at night and watching people get on/ off different boating excursions. Kahalu’u Beach Park is only 2 miles away and we enjoyed a couple surf lessons and snorkeling sessions. Chrystal was an excellent communicator- quick to respond and super helpful!

This was a perfect condo for a family of 4. The youngest enjoyed the loft area and had it all to herself. We loved the location. It's just outside of the busy areas, so it's easy in and out. Decent grocery store is just up the street.
The unit is well stocked and well furnished. The beds are super comfy! There is lots of beach items in the storage trunk on the deck.
My only suggestion for the owner is to have some of the switches marked. It took us about 3 days to figure out that the overhead fan in the primary bedroom was turned on by a switch in the bathroom! We thought the fan didn't work. It also took us several days, to discover that there is a house fan that sucks the warm air out. That switch is by the main floor bathroom. The unit doesn't have central air. If you are heat sensitive, you may have issues sleeping. There are two portable AC units in each of the main floor bedrooms, but they don't do a great job of really cooling the room off. Plus they are loud and tough to sleep with them on. The AC is my only "complaint".

We feel so lucky we found this property! The location was perfect - just a short car ride to most areas.
The home itself is clean and tastefully decorated - very inviting. The beds were comfortable and offered a great nights sleep.
We loved having breakfast on the balcony every morning!

Upon arrival we immediately felt at ease, like a breath of fresh air allowed us to unwind and make ourselves at home. The condo is spacious, clean, tastefully decorated, well-equipped and simply...peaceful. We would return to this unit in a heartbeat if it's available. Kari was quick to respond and provided all the details we needed. We only used the pool twice during our weeklong stay, and it was never crowded. The ceiling fans were effective and we didn't need the air conditioner units at all. And from the lanai we had the greatest view of New Year's fireworks up and down Kailua-Kona.

The condo is in a great location in the southern part of the town away from the hustle and bustle of city center. The interior of the rental unit is new and the home is loaded with everything you need for an extended stay. . The balcony has great views of the golf course. There is a swimming pool in the neighborhood. Tennis and Pickleball courts are within walking distance in a separate club. Beach can be reached easily with a bike. Overall this is an ideal place to vacation and chill out. .

First of all let us say that even with all the pictures on the listing, we still weren't prepared for how amazing this place was. Everything in the pictures is exactly as advertised but there is so much more! The amount of space in both rooms and the loft upstairs is way more than the pictures portray. Plus all the little extras like bath robes and coolers and all the beach gear really made it all that much more special. Grilling out on the lanai was the perfect way to end every day. Kari was an absolutely wonderful host and she was really quick to answer any questions we had. We highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to enjoy their stay on the Big Island. I know we'll be renting again soon!

This trip was my first time to the Big Island and I honestly can't imagine having a better experience. The property itself was beautiful and the condo was amazing. The décor was appropriately beachy, but in a delightfully contemporary way. I want to say that we spent a lot of time inside enjoying Kari's thoughtful interior design...but we actually spent most of our time on the spacious lanai watching the stunning sunrise and sunset daily (and cheering on the golfers below). The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and in a perfect location to enjoy day trips to all the island has to offer. Kari (our host) was extremely responsive to any questions and gave me great tips on making my vacation (and 50th birthday) unforgettable. Mahalo!!!

When we arrived at the property we could not get in the condo. We tried to contact the owner several times and text her, she never responded back. It took us over 1/2 hour to open the door. There was a trick to the key which the owner failed to let us know. The condo was so hot, you would think the air and the fan would have been turned on. Also the owner finally returned my call in the middle of the night 5am while I was sleeping. Did she not know the time zone in Hawaii? Never apologized nor did she try and reach us back during the day! Would not recommend this place to anyone!

We stayed at the condo for a little over a week. It was so clean and spacious we had room for everybody. We enjoyed sunsets on the lanai. Were able to cook local meals with our family. Beautiful home that has been recently renovated! A home away from home with everything you need for a perfect Hawaiian getaway. Very quiet and peaceful retreat with great amenities. One of the best perks are the stunning views of the ocean, sunrises, sunsets and the 8th hole of the Kona CG golf course from the lanai! Thank you, Kari for being such a great host!!! This was our fourth visit to The big island. We enjoyed staying at Kari’s home. It was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The beds were very comfortable. All the items we needed, kitchen items, extra pillows and blankets, and beach items for a fabulous day at the beach, were provided and easy to find. Jimmy, the building manager, was friendly, helpful and easy to get in touch with. We enjoyed the deck every evening to watch the fantastic sunsets as well as throughout the day to watch the golfers on the 8th green of the Kona Country Club. If you’re looking for a place to party, this is not the place. The condos have pretty strict quiet hours, but if you want a place to enjoy the quiet and be within 10 mins of downtown Kona, great restaurants and wonderful beaches, this is the place.

Beautiful property and great amenities! Major highlights - the lanai, cozy loft (my short term office 😊), well kept pool, and friendly neighbors! We would definitely recommend staying! Accessable to many locations, including Kona Ocean Experience! Walking distance to night snorkel with the manta rays!!! There are also many Kona coffee farms, shopping centers, farmers markets within a short drive. Thanks, Kari! I hope we can stay again!
