This unit was great for our family of 6. We had our two youngest (9 & 12) sharing the pullout coach. Location is great and we spent most of the time at the south beaches. The pool rules are no joke (there is someone there always reminding kids to play quietly etc) so that can be annoying for some if they are not expecting it. The beds are very soft (too soft for us but if you prefer soft they are right for you). The unti has lots of roomTo move around and ground floor was great to have for playing outside or having dinner together on the deck.

Property was exactly as promised. The condo unit was perfect for our family of 4. Each child had their own bed, plus their own bathroom. All the kitchen amenities were new, easy to use and more than enough for our trip. The unit has plenty of AC throughout, and to be honest, we had to shut it off. Management got back to me quickly with any questions. Bathrooms have been updated since the pictures were taken, so that was a nice surprise. All in all i woudl not hesitate to rent here again.

The house was quiet and comfortable. It was about three blocks from the beaches and less than 10 minutes from Kihei. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, although all of the pans are nonstick, which isn’t my preference. Maintenance was very responsive in fixing a loose/leaking shower head. The agency was very good to work with and assisted me with changing the reservation to accommodate a fifth person who ultimately did not come.

This property was quite comfortable however I was disappointed with the showers. They were not as shown in the photos and are in need of new tiles. Otherwise we were quite happy with the unit, beds and furniture were good, the patio was very nice.

The renovation of this unit to fully enclose the second bedroom is an improvement to other units. Beds and furniture were comfortable and the club chairs on the lanai were a nice upgrade compared with other units. A/C mini splits in each room worked very well. The Palms is a great development - well kept pool area and a close walk to Keawakapu Beach. Would stay again!

Beautiful location! 10 minutes to beach and 15 to shops and restaurants. A little over-priced as all doors and cupboards not upgraded even though rest of place was. Spacious and quiet place, close to the pool which was large and great view of sunset!

Condo was in a great spot for small kids. Very quiet and the outdoor space was great for my kids to run around on. All the outdoor and indoor furniture was updated along with the floors, but the kitchen and bathrooms really needed an update. Especially the bathtub and the kitchen and bathroom cabinets. The condo had everything we needed from umbrellas to beach chairs. In the kitchen they had everything you needed to cook. Lots of containers and other kitchen tools even plastic wrap. I would consider staying here again if the bathrooms and kitchen were renovated. For what we paid i thought it was a little pricey.

The property was beautiful! The location was perfect. The house was stocked with chairs, umbrella, ice chests, extra bedding and blow ups if needed. 5 of us stayed comfortably. Kids had their own room and older daughter slept on couch bed . All worked out good!

1st time back to Maui since 2019 and our 3rd Palms @ Wailea stay. Four adults & one year old grandson for 2 weeks over US Thanksgiving. Unit is on north side of complex. Away from direct sun – perfect for the non-sunny bunnies in our clan. Very quiet. Pictures accurately reflect unit. We had to relocate some of the fining touches since our one-year-old grandson loved crawling everywhere. The renovation to 2nd bedroom with solid wall (compared to directional slider door in most other Palms 2 bedroom units) was fantastic for quiet daytime nap space for young one. Vacation Maui team was great helping us hook up with local baby rental provider. Big covered Lenai space was great - outdoor dining for six, two easy chairs and two loungers. Big green space with peak a boo view of water – good place to play with the cornhole board to see who did dishes. Private BBQ with two full propane tanks. Well stocked kitchen pots/pans/appliances – good blender, rice cooker (home poke bowls), toaster and drip coffee maker. Air conditioning control and fans in every room made setting comfort easy during day and night. SIX nice beach towels. Great bath linens. Beach bin has 6 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas & 2 coolers. Nice pool across parking lot from unit – easy access. Ten-minute walk through the garden green space in the center of the complex to Okalani Drive to reach two Keawakapoo beach access points – for sunrise beach walks. Convenient, quiet location. Tastefully furnished with plenty of space. Huge TV makes for easy movie nights, and the pool is close by for early swims before the beach. All in all a fantastic home base for exploring everything the island has to offer.

Excellent accommodations. We had an issue with our unit to which the head of management came directly to speak with us and ensure that we were well taken care of. We appreciated that they took the time to come speak to us and offered what help they could in order to support with the problem that came up. They responded quickly and provided immediate solutions that prioritized our comfort first. We are extremely satisfied with their response time and customer care. Would highly recommend to others looking to do a booking.

This place was fantastic, exactly what we wanted and it exceeded our expectations. My wife and I and two teenage kids spent 10 days here.
The pictures online are accurate. The house had all the amenities we needed. It included a starter pack of toiletries to hold us over until we could get to the market. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, silverware, plates, utensils, etc. We had everything we needed for a 10 day stay.The rental also had two coolers, really nice beach chairs, and an umbrella that we used almost everyday. The beach towels were nice and not the “hotel” variety. There was even a cornhole set we used a few times. The place also has a hose to wash off stuff after the beach day which was a nice plus.
The master bedroom had wireless phone/ watch/ AirPod chargers. The beds were comfortable and clean.
The outdoor space had great seating for morning coffee, a nice dining area and our own grill. The propane did run out and was promptly refilled with a new tank the next day after I called.
We used the pool a few times, which was right across the parking lot from the unit. It was very nice, especially during the day when other residents were still out for the day.
The condo is located in great spot in Wailea near the resorts, so it’s an easy drive or walk to shopping, and restaurants. The beach is close enough to walk, especially for sunsets. The pool area has a beautiful landscaped open area where you can see the sunset as well.

upon arrival sheets were draped all over the living room (drying?) More sheets in the dryer.washer and dryer edge filled with lots of sand. no cable in the large living room TV. All the remotes needed new batteries.No batteries in unit. Shower curtain liner in master bedroom had a horrible musty odor and had to be removed to outside. bath tub was covered in a soapy film. did not use. 3 lamps in the unit did not have the twisty knob to turn on the lamps. had to keep changing out when needed. BBQ was tricky at first but then worked fine. Kitchen window frame had a collection of old bugs. idk. not very clean. I know it sounds very nit picky, but you asked.

Our condo was perfect for 3 adults and 1 teen. Short walk to 2 lovely beaches,paved beach walk and a few shops. Golf course at Wailea Golf Club was amazing. Helicopter ride was a once in a lifetime! Beautiful sunsets from our condo. Only suggestion would be for the owners to have a drawn “map” to illustrate where the paths to the beaches are; it took some investigating to discover them!

Felt like home away from home in terms of comfort of the unit. We absolutely LOVED the location in terms of convenience. My son and I both did 5 mile walks daily... just right out the door of the condo and to the beach in minutes! We all also walked to the Shops at Wailea to grab dinner at the store and the restaurants, so that was convenient as well. Nice living and dining room... which open nicely onto a huge patio. We all spent hours out there. We also loved how close it was to the pool, yet far enough away that we didn't have noise. Primary Bedroom was large, lots of storage, huge bathroom, comfy beds, nice A/C, and all the amenities we needed. Thank you for the beach chairs, beach towels and coolers! Those were SO great to have! The response from the company prior to our arrival, during our stay and just before we left was just what we needed--super helpful and very professional. We've stayed a lot of places, and we found this company's communication to be some of the best ever! We had a FANTASTIC time, and know that it really had a lot to do with staying here. After a full day of activities on Maui, it's always nice to have a spacious place to come "home" to, and this was definitely right up there with the best.

Really enjoyed this beautiful condo. It’s beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It has a well stocked kitchen for those who like to cook. It’s close to some of the nicest beaches on Maui. Would definitely recommend this lovely condo.

We enjoyed the condo and the location. Great routes for walking to restaurants and shopping. Beaches were beautiful and the boardwalk to Wailea Point was awesome. I enjoyed the beach decor and the updates that are in the unit. Morning coffee on the patio with the birds singing is bliss. Will miss it!

The Palms at Wailea #703 is a great unit - super convenient to the beach (10 min walk), the Shops at Wailea (15 min walk), and just in a great neighborhood. The unit was clean, has been recently upgraded, and had all the amenities that we needed. Especially great was the aircon units in each room - a great touch to enable each group to cool themselves to the right temps. At night we turned off the aircons and just let the breeze through the house. Really nice lanai and quite private to the rest of the units. Parking was right in front of the house. Super great spot to navigate the west side of Maui. We would definitely rent there again!
