Everything was as good if not better than advertised. We loved the location, house and of course the pool. I especially loved the 6 burner stove and accoutrements. The manager was responsive but we really had very little interaction - great customer service. We loved the hiking in Waimea Canyon and the Napali Coast, the Allerton and Macbryde botanical gardens and Na Aina Kai Botanical Garden, the Lydgate Farms Chocolate Tour, watching the turtles come ashore at Brennecke Beach and the fresh fish from Kōloa Fish Market. It was paradise and loved every minute of it. We were married on Anini Beach 15 years ago and return every few years. Except for the time we were married this was our favorite trip. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Kauai. Hoping to return in a few more years.

This house is in a nice quiet neighborhood, lots of room for family and friends, nice pool, gorgeous view, and close proximity to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Great kitchen for eating in too. We absolutely loved our stay and didn’t want to leave!

Great location in Poipu! There were a few issues at the house from the start of our stay but they were addressed quickly. Shout out to Claire for helping us out! We had a group staying here and wished there were TVs in the bedrooms or other areas of the house. This was our little mishap for not catching the parking space limit for this house but nevertheless a huge nuisance only being able to park 2 vehicles and the inflexibility of being able to park on the street due to HOA guidelines. And no, the garage was not available for use. Finding another parking space anywhere else gets frowned upon by the neighborhood. If you'll have more than 2 vehicles, I'd look for a different stay- it's not worth the hassle, and stress, trust us on that one. Otherwise, beautiful view and pool. An older house with newer furniture. Comfortable beds. Expected more for the price though.

This home was perfect for our family of eight. It has four large bedrooms, a large kitchen, dining area, and two private pools which were ideal for us. It was convenient to access information about the home before and during our stay with the Hospitality Ap provided by the property management company.

As two families of 4 this property was exactly what we needed. It was spacious, fully equipped for cooking, bathing, swimming, plenty of linens, everything we needed. Our only “complaint” which isn’t really a complaint, was that the air upstairs wasn’t really sufficient to keep it cool enough. It wasn’t hot, but the temperature difference from the downstairs to the upstairs was pretty substantial. This would not deter us from renting this space again by any means. It was perfect for what we needed. Definitely recommend, especially for larger parties.

This clean, well-maintained house is located in a quiet, upscale golf community near beautiful Poipu Beach.
Its location is convenient to many of Kauai's beautiful attractions, as well as many good restaurants (even though most of them close on the early side 8-9pm). The home had everything we needed except for beach equipment (chairs/umbrella/toys) so we had to rent/buy those. An inconvenience at this price point. Extra pillows and blankets could also have been provided, as one of our teens ended up sleeping on a sofa. Perhaps a sofa bed in the loft would be a good investment.
Those small gripes aside, I would definitely recommend this home.

Beautiful home in a great location. The property description is accurate. Upstairs was musty smelling, probably due to the humidity, etc. The pools are a wonderful feature and greatly appreciated. The house is in a HOA with lots of rules. Driveway is small and can only accommodate 2 cars, offsite parking is not safe or secure. Property manager was very responsive.

We had an incredible stay at this home! We appreciated the communication with Garden Properties. We didn't have any issues. The house was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked. We thought we would have to buy a rice cooker, but it was supplied. Also, appreciated the beach chairs. Beautiful location in a great neighborhood. Close to several great beaches. Not far from Waimea or Hanalei Bay, central location. The shoping center close by has great restaurants and Whalers general store for whatever you need! 100% recommend this home for your visit!

Great house on golf course. Roomy. All amenities. But the king mattress on the main level master bedroom was extremely uncomfortable. Can't believe with this quality home, that a mattress was so bad. Extremely uncomfortable. Springs squeaked when turned. Budget mattress in high end home. Back spasms etc. Pregnant daughter very poor sleeps on the mattress

This house was exceptional. Incredible sunset views, the pools were awesome (especially for our young kids). Garden Island Properties was really great to work with on everything. They were very responsive and checked in via email a couple times during our trip to ensure everything was going well. The bedrooms were great. The downstairs ones are connected through each other, so they're ideal for a family. The upstairs ones are separate and very large. The office nook is at the top of the stairs so it doesn't have a door to close it off. We had three kids ages 1 to 3, so the numerous stairs and hard tile everywhere was not ideal for us, but we still loved the place. If you had older kids here, it would be an excellent home. The pool/beach stuff was great, too. We wish they had a photo of what was there, because we ended up bringing several duplicate things. But they had plenty of toys, small life jacket/water-wings, two umbrellas, four chairs, etc. The location was also great, very close to Poipu and Koloa, but the neighborhood and area are so peaceful and quiet. We loved walking through the neighborhood each morning. We will definitely rent from Garden Island Properties again and would happily revisit this house once our kids are older.

We had three generations of family members for this holiday and this house was perfect for it. Large bedrooms and multiple lounge areas. Large pool and lanai area. Several beach chairs and floats. Would have been great to have better beach umbrellas and a few snorkel sets to use. Other than that, absolute perfection. We would definitely stay here again. Mahalo!!!!

This home was the perfect location to spend with family for a long vacation. There was more than enough space for everyone to be comfortable. The house was spotless when we showed up and everything was there to relax by the pool or take to the beach. The location is ideal. It is just a few minutes drive to several beaches and restaurants. Any questions I had about the property were quickly answered and the customer service was great. I would highly recommend this property and would stay here again in the future.

The house was great. The layout was perfect for our 3 generation mix of family. Everyone had their own space but we could all be together too. Loved having the pool to come back to after a day at the beach. We did have to rent our own beach equipment since what was provided was not able to withstand the ocean breeze! It might be good to upgrade to bigger/stronger equipment
Another suggestion would be to have a couple extra towels. There were 7 of us and 7 towels and 7 beach towels. We did laundry often.
All of the other things were perfect. Great kitchen for cooking together.

We loved our time at this home. The layout is great for multiple families. Plenty of room to spread out or come together and hangout. The outdoor pool area was spacious and the kids loved the double pools. Hours of fun. Beautiful golf course view, quiet neighborhood but close to everything.

The house was very spacious and accommodated our family of 6 adults beautifully! We especially enjoyed the lovely pool area. It was a bit brisk, as it was not heated, but we still thoroughly enjoyed it. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone who wants to have a quiet stay just a short drive from great restaurants and beautiful Poipu Beach. It’s a quiet house away from the ‘hustle and bustle’.

We are two groups of family…spending Christmas together and this property was perfect in meeting our needs. We were so surprised to have laundry supplies and a few other comforts of home.
The location was great for proximity to the airport, to shop, go for groceries. Really to go anywhere on the island is an hour and a half at the most. We would stay here again.

We enjoyed using the gourmet kitchen and outdoor barbecue to cook home meals, but we also took advantage of the short driving distance to many excellent Poipu restaurants. The patio and pool area was very relaxing and we spent a lot of time in the pools and hanging on the patio. We have a couple of little guys in our family who are 3 and 5 years old, and the shallow kids pool was perfect for them.
There were 6 adults and 2 kids in our group, and the interior of the house was nicely laid to provide a lot of space for everyone to either spread out or hangout together. The master bedroom was huge and rest of the bedrooms were very spacious. There was large and well stocked kitchen and a large BBQ on the patio. You can easily ucook/prepare most or all of your meals at the house if you wanted to. We used the kitchen and BBQ quite a bit during our stay (although it is hard to pass up all the tasty places to eat nearby).
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood backed up to a golf course. It is only a very short drive from the house to Poipu Beach, and the house is in a great location for anywhere that you would want to go in the Poipu/Koloa area. I have been to this area a few times before, so I knew this ahead of time, but you are probably going to need a car if you stay here.
Everyone young and old in our family had a fantastic time here, and we would definitely want to come back again the next time we visit Kauai.

We enjoyed staying here. Immaculate property. Pool was great, plenty of places to sit inside and outside. Our party of 8 had plenty of space to be together or by ourselves. Kitchen was so big and had everything you needed to make meals. Property management was friendly and available when needed. We were about 5-10 minutes from beaches. Favorite shaved ice was Uncles.
