Great view, reasonable price, clean. Safe neighborhood, right next to the hildton and marina! Great location, close to Walmart/ABC stores and food choices.

This room was well worth the cost to stay. The balcony view from the 19th floor was really nice as you get both the ocean and a good city view as well. It also overlooks a nightly hula dance show area you can see from above. The hotel itself is really nice and it was very convenient to have shops, food, and grocery around the lobby. There was also a lot of places within walking distance for shopping and food.
The room itself wasn’t as bad as some others seemed to indicate it was. Most of the kitchen appliances mismatch which seemed to be the only thing that looks off, but it had a fully functioning kitchen with all the tools and utensils and glassware you need. Some people live in the apartments at the hotel so they have a shop that sells a lot of food/grocery, drinks, and other things by the lobby.
There is a mostly shallow lagoon nearby that looked nice for kids but the nearby beach is pretty rocky on the hotel side even in the water after you get a ways out. If you walk further down near the dock it’s much better for swimming. We also walked to Waikiki beach from the hotel twice in a week because it’s great for swimming. We also did parasailing with Hawaiian Parasail which is right beside the hotel and it was a really nice experience. Plenty of other things to do nearby as well.
I would highly suggest this room for anyone considering.

I chuckle a little at this title but it’s appropriate. The whole place is decorated from thrift stores and Good Will. The coffee maker was old but serviceable. The kitchen is a mishmash of appliances, but all we’re in working order. The net effect was that the place had a utilitarian charm.
The mattress is NOT a KING bed, another interesting choice. My wife and I are now closer (haha) but was if good quality. My son slept well on the pull-out couch. The shower worked well.
All this said I feel price/performance was excellent. The property and lobby are BEAUTIFUL. The location is perfect with plenty of shopping, and fantastic pools at adjoining properties. Laundry and Trash facilities on each floor were accessible and clean.
We will go again!

Great view, clean property. Check in and out was easy. Valet parking you pay upfront when you get to the hotel and they are great. Love the downstairs ice cream shop, delicious ice cream and popcorn, and how close it is the water. Room and hotel had everything we needed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. Its not as modern as some places, which is ok, and the whole bed definately needs to be changed, it sinks in the middle. You need to invest in a better bed with more support or a wood frame with those slats for support. Gave us pretty bad back problems towards the end of the stay. We're young and we workout but it definitely bothers me that other people who might already have back problems are going to sleep on this type of bed and its going to make it worse for them. Would stay here again if the bed was changed.

When we went to have breakfast in the morning after our late arrival, I noticed that there was only 2 forks. We had our daughter (who lives in Honolulu) over for dinner one night and that was a problem with a shortage of silverware! Condo was clean & very nice (furniture needs a little updating).

Kitchen tap had little pressure, shower tile filthy. I have pictures if you wish to see. Poor accommodations considering the price we paid. Cannot visualize 4 people being accommodated. Enjoyed view from balcony.

Overall your're here for the view and location and this property delivers!
It's a basic accommodation and dated to the appropriate island decor time period but comfortable. The main bed was comfortable. The view....cannot find a better location. The coffee pot is rusted plate, probably from ocean proximity and the floors made our bare feet black, so we wore flip flops inside. Overall clean and everyone was sooooo helpful and friendly. You literally never have to leave this neighborhood because shopping, tourist chotchkes, food and trolly are footsteps from lobby. Mahalo!

Pros: Great location and building. Right by the beach and close to Waikiki downtown and malls and restaurants. Property manager was very accommodating by letting me check in early.
Cons: The unit and furniture look like they have not been renovated since 70s. The coffee marker is very dirty. The bed is not comfortable and the pillows have some unpleasant smells from overuse. Bathroom and kitchen are all very outdated. Lots of dust in the sliding door.
This unit is priced 50 cheaper per night at the time when I stayed compared to other units. But it requires major upgrades to be called a vacation home.

This is a very well located apartment. Having a kitchen is very convenient and it is equiped with everything you would need for ccoking any meal.
It could accept a furniture and finishes upgrade but it is very clean and true to the advertised
We had a great time and would for sure pick this location again!
