Our kids literally did not want to leave! We will definitely be back and would recommend to our friends and family!

Very expensive. Loved the location with its beach access and pool. Parking was convenient and the kitchen well appointed. The 2nd bath was a bit small for two couples to share but was workable. Was a bit disappointed in the cleanliness of the room when we checked in: build up of dirt on the floors by the wall, especially in the bathrooms. The kitchen disposal "spit" a lot so we ended up just scraping food into the garbage and called maintenance. To their credit, they did come within 24 hours. For the money spent, would have appreciated better A/C -- the room never really cooled down at night. All that said, the views were lovely. All that said, would stay here again.

We absolutely loved this condo! We had 3 couples and everyone had plenty of space! The place was spotless and had all the amenities! My only compliant was the AC was set on 78-80 when we arrived and took almost 9 hours to get down to 72. Once it was there we never touched it and it pretty much stayed there! It would have just been nice to have it already cooling off when you know guests are arriving that day! But other than that small thing, the view was perfect, we were in a good location to the parking lot and beach! There were soooo many beach toys, chairs, and other things in the locker! If we cam e back to Hawaii, I’d definitely want to stay back in this same VRBO!

The beach locker was great with chairs, toys, snorkel gear ect...Cons:The microwave (wall unit) was out of working order so they had a temporary on the counter that was constantly moving around on the counter due to it's light weight, so when you pushed start or time it moved. The garbage disposal in the kitchen was not working and the sink in the main bath was leaking enough to damage things that were sitting on the counters. We called for service and they sent someone right up, however he said he could not fix the bathroom sink and he attempted to fix the disposal with no luck. The ice maker was not functioning correctly and it was often empty.

We loved our stay, it had everything one could want: beautiful views, beach access, gorgeous pool, comfortable rooms, full kitchen, even board games and snorkeling gear. We stayed for a week and ate all meals at the Turtle Bay Resort, which had 5 restaurants and a convenience store. Foodland is just a 10 minute bus ride away. BEACH: Awesome - wide, chill, right there. Gentle waves, great for surfing, sunsets, and snorkeling. Two restaurants right by the beach and a shady lawn for breaks. SNORKELING: Early September, clear water half the time. Fewer fish than Shark's Cove, but still cool. TRANSPORT: Bus 60 every 30 mins, 1.5 hrs from Waikiki. Uber and Lyft unreliable, except pre-booked. DAILY TRIPS (all on Bus 60): -Shark's Cove: Top snorkeling. Bring gear or rent nearby. -Waimea Beach: Cliff jumping. -Toa Luau: Fun, authentic. -Kahuku Farm Tour: Great for kids. Good cafe. -Kuilima Farm Tour: Quick but nice.

We stayed 6 days in this condo and had a wonderful time, the pictures don't do it justice. It was my husband and I and our 3 teens. There was more than enough room for everyone to have their own space, the condo was very clean and well stocked with dishes, bathroom amenities, beach towels, etc. There is an ocean view that can't be beat on either side of the condo so wonderful to have breakfast on the lanai and watch the beach. Security within the complex was top notch, we felt safe always. We ate at Lei Lei's and the Breakfast Nook in Turtle Bay, both excellent. The storage was well stocked with more than enough beach chairs, snorkel gear, pool toys for us. The kids enjoyed snorkeling in the 2 bays around the property, so much to see. We had a wonderful time, the North Shore and Ocean villas was perfect!

Kitchen staples were limited (no oil or BBQ utensils, but foil & plastic wrap). Everything in the unit was clean & comfortable. This condo complex is very popular with families with young children, so the pool area during our stay was less appealing to teenagers. We enjoyed the closeness to the hotel and the swimmable beach.

This unit has a wonderful location within the complex, a great floor plan and is well stocked. We did not use the pool and sat on the beach one afternoon. The hiking trails around the resort were beautiful. It was nice to be able to walk to Lei Lei's at the golf course, the lobby bar in the hotel and Roy's by the beach. No cooking dinners for us!

This was my First trip to Hawaii and Oahu as well as my first experience using Vrbo. Gina made the process easy and I received information in a timely manner. Planning for my husband, daughter, son, his wife, and my three grands, I found all the detailed information regarding the ammenities extremely helpful. I wanted to stay on the North Shore and the property did not disappoint. My grandson, age 7, was in the pool everyday, the beach access was fabulous and our family time in the hot tub was great fun. My daughter and granddaughter enjoyed a horseback ride on the beach, my son and his family found a tidepool close by to explore, and my daughter found a small beach where she swam with a sea turtle. We dined at a resort restaurant twice where we enjoyed a beautiful sunset and surfers the next day. A visit to Haleiwa included shopping, shaved ice and dinner at Haleiwa Beach House. We enjoyed fresh mango and coconut milk from a local fruit stand. Thanks to Hagan for extending our check-out for an additional hour. If this sounds like a dream stay, that's because it was. Something for Everyone!!

This home exceeded our expectations!! It is beautiful, spacious, extremely clean and well stocked with everything you need. The location is amazing!!! Turtle Bay is next door, but this property is so much nicer. The grounds are impeccable and the beach is right out your door. The grocery stores were near by and the food trucks are another level of cuisine!! Everything we wanted to do was close, Jurassic Park, Polynesian Center, Haleiwa and the falls. This is your must stay place when staying at the North Shore!! We booked pictures through Turtle Bay resort which were amazing!!!!

The layout of the unit is excellent and spacious. The Villas are well located near the Turtle Bay resort which has three restaurants and an excellent coffee shop. Our ice maker quit working and they brought us a freezer the same day. The repair guy was there the following day, couldn't fix it and had to come back the next day with his only window at 7 am. There is significant noise from the pool area all hours of operation.

Close to Turtle Bay resort with access to many fun and exciting amenities. Beautiful views from the patio. Our group of 6 was comfortable in this space. Great to have the beach gear access (chairs, snorkel gear, boogie boards, etc.). Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Close to great food and things to do. I would both return to this property and highly recommend to others.

Great place, I would definitely stay here again. The only downside is if you need to get groceries the stores are about 10-15 min away and if you go to Foodland to the north, there is no alcohol because it is right next to BYU, so just remember that. We loved the balcony views, the pool right there and the beach.

I travelled with a group of 9 other family members including an infant and everyone loved it. It was clean, had everything that was needed to cook, sleep, shower, relax, you name it it had it (even a portable play pen/crib for the baby). The communication with management was great. Kim was always very responsive and offered great information. My party had our flight delayed for over 14 hours so I reached out to Gina to see what we could do in case we needed to stay longer and although there was no availability she offered great advice and information on where we could go. I definitely recommend this property when visiting the island. One thing to keep in mind is that it is about 1 hour away from most tourist type activities so a car will be needed if you want to move around but again we did not mind because we were able to relax if we didn't want to do anything else and it was a great family trip.

I received immediate responses to any questions. We arrived at the villa very late at night. The security person saw us looking around and showed us to our room and led us around the property. The beach locker supplies were fantastic- beach chairs, snorkel gear were used a lot. There was one broken boogie board- and no football like described. I emailed about them and received the items within the hour. Both brand new. We loved the view from the lanai, and spent a lot of down time out there. The resort itself had fantastic service, food, maintenance...The only thing I wished was supplied would be coffee or tea for the morning- other than that- TOP NOTCH RENTAL, and I will highly recommend working with Vacation Rentals by Gina.

There is plenty of space for at least 3 couples, plus plenty of living area for game nights and to cook dinners at the villa as well without feeling cramped. Gorgeous views from all rooms and an amazing lanai for morning coffee and watching the waves. We love this place and will definitely be back again. Also, the unit has everything you need for cooking, with spices, utensils, and different cooking appliances.

Great unit on the corner of the villas! Private, quiet with breath taking views from every room since it’s on the third floor. Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels and extra linens . We didn’t get to open/use the locker but I’m sure there were plenty of extra beach things. Beautifully decorated interior, very spacious for a big family. We walked to turtle bay hotel to watch the sunsets and cooked breakfast in the mornings then ate at the restaurants in the hotel near the property. Didn’t need to leave the resort at all, as we enjoyed the beach and the scenery. We had some minor issues with the alarm, bathroom flush, and screen door, but were addressed quickly by the owner/care taker. My only “negative” was that when we checked into the unit, it appeared as though the unit was just cleaned, so the carpet in the living room was slightly damp. In times of covid, it would be ideal to “air out” rented units for at least 24 hours. Having said that, at least I know the unit had been thoroughly cleaned prior to us getting there. It was a very memorable weekend!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo resort! We had beautiful ocean views and it was perfect for our family! Loved being steps away from the beach! Our unit was super clean and upscale. Just perfect! It was the best staycation ever and we would love to return one day to relax and enjoy! Aloha!
