We loved the condo and it’s location in the Kali Kai neighborhood. The condo was modern and well supplied. It’s a short walk to the pool and the Ocean Club restaurant. When we ran into a minor issue with the washing machine, Burt and Krish promptly replied and got the issue resolved quickly. We wish we could have stayed longer!

I have stayed at several units at halii kai, this one was the best with amenities. They thought of everything! The beach equipment was top notch, made exploring the gorgeous (and very nearby) kohala beaches super easy and comfortable.
The kitchen was very well equipped (they even have an air fryer!). Nice BBQ on the lanai. Lanai had spectacular views of ocean, mountains and golf course. Perfect place to watch sunset. Burt and Krish, the managers, were very nice, accessible and responsive.
The condo came with a garage, so our car was cool!

This condo was fantastic! Burt and Krish were so helpful and accommodating for our vacation. The unit kitchen was fully stocked for all our needs. The garage has tons of chairs and beach stuff We had everything we needed and then some. Pool was awesome and restaurant was delicious. We will be back!!

Our stay was fantastic. The condo was very clean and management was very responsive - had a small problem with the ice maker that was fixed quickly. The grounds are awesome and the pool fantastic. Will absolutely be on our list of places to stay.

Everything about this property is perfect!
The view you have from the deck is beautiful every morning and evening. We loved how close the King and Queen shops are as well.
The pool has a breathtaking view of the ocean and a great little bar and restaurant area.
We will definitely be returning next year for the third time!

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The Big Island is our favorite island. We loved the lanai--it is the perfect place to dine and watch the sunset. We took advantage of the golf membership and played the local courses several times. The pool is beautiful and we nearly had it all to ourselves. We also enjoyed the poolside restaurant. The condo included everything we needed and we appreciated the extra amenities such as laundry detergent, shampoo, beach chairs/towels, etc. We loved the oceanside trail accessibility and walked it nearly every morning. We had a great vacation.

A wonderful experience from beginning to end. The condo is stocked with everything you need. Beautiful sunsets from the lanai. Just a short walk to the resort pool. And we really appreciated golf at the member rates!

Couldn’t have picked a better place in Waikoloa. Beautiful condo with a balcony overlooking the golf course and a clear view of the ocean. Condo has everything you need, plus a lot of “extras” like laundry detergent, beach towels, and a garage full of beach supplies. Less than 10 minutes to Hapuna Beach which is great for relaxing. On-site pool area is nice. Dealing with the rental agent (Burt) was great - very responsive and gave us clear instructions on everything. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a two bedroom condo that sleeps four. 10/10

Beautiful unit, exactly like the pictures. Everything was perfect, parking space in garage, garage stocked with beach accessories (chairs, mats, umbrellas, snorkels, etc). Unit is well supplied too and the Property Manager was excellent and so easy to work with.

Had an enjoyable stay at our favorite destination, Hali'i Kai. 10A was very nice, well equipped and perfect location. Unfortunately due to a cancelled flight we had to leave a day early. Was disappointed not to get a refund on our lost day. Otherwise highly recommended.

We really enjoyed relaxing at this nicely situated property. Sunrise, sunset, and meals on the lanai were outstanding. Burt was an outstanding host and it was nice to meet him in person. We plan to return again.

Very nice property with a great view over the golf course to the ocean. Very well appointed with everything you could need from beach gear to an excellently equipped kitchen. We would stay again!
