Entry was dirty, door stuck and sliding glass door was filthy in the tracks, just like door. This may seem like a little picky, but first impressions are important, and things should be cleaned, even in low places. Couch was rough, we covered with a sheet and rug on lanai was ripped. Kitchen was nicely stocked, tea pot fell apart, but still usable. Nice location with nice pool area and view. We would return to this unit if it was updated with new furniture, it just felt old. Didn't want to invite our friends over.

The property was just as pictured. It’s located in a quiet part of Maui. However, with no A/C and the windows needing to be open, you can hear everyone’s conversations at the pool and in the outside hallway by the bedroom windows as people walk by or kids run by screaming. The kitchen is well-appointed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower instead of a tub. On-site laundry. A quick elevator. The pool is well-maintained and the sundeck is a nice addition to the area. There are grills around the pool.
The view from the patio was exceptional and worth the price. We could see whales and the sunset over the island off-shore (during February). At different times of the year, it may set over the water.
The only problem we had was the condo association didn’t pay the Internet/cable bill so there was no wifi or TV for 2 days. We had to go elsewhere to use wifi to check into the airline for our flights home. Cell service is not reliable on most of Maui either.

Very restful with beautiful view from the apartment and by the pool. We were able to manage without a rental car by walking to the store and taking the lical bus for a day in Lahaina town.

This was a great property for our 12 day stay. Staying on the second floor gave a fantastic view of the pool and ocean…we spent many mornings and evenings on our balcony enjoying the sound of the waves.
The unit did not have A/C, but besides our first night when we arrived (the unit was closed up so hot and stuffy), the trade winds and ceiling fans kept us nice and cool. The unit was a little dirty when we arrived (grit on the floor and balcony) but I ran a broom quick to clear it up. The fridge did not close easily, and the towel rack was pulling away from the wall, but after sending an email to the property manager about these issues, we received quick responses.
We thought the unit was a one bedroom, however, only sliding slat doors separate the main living area from the bedroom. Not a con, but something that should be noted.
The complex was close to many beaches, and a 10-15 minute drive to Lahaina. The beach at the unit was accessible…down the stairs and into the water! For a calmer beach, we simply walked about 30 seconds to a small sandy area. Lots of sea turtles feeding along the rock wall and ocean break!
Pool was great, and the top deck viewing area was fantastic for watching sunsets every evening. Property is very well maintained. Only issue we had were the early risers outside before 6 am talking loudly.
Bed and pullout couch were comfortable…we slept great! Unit was well stocked with kitchen items. Had beach towels and bathroom towels aplenty. Even some beach toys for the kids (which we didn’t use).
Laundry room was just down from our unit…takes quarters only and no change machine onsite, so bring money! Laundry facilities were great and even had a library!
Overall, I would stay here again. Communication was great, and unit was wonderful for our stay.

The property is good, the location is very convenient, parking is free, I love the patio on the balcony with great view. We always had breakfast outside. The kitchen is small but we had everything what we needed. I would recommend to upgrade the futon in the living room, it is good for one person, otherwise it is too soft for two people. Overall, we are satisfied with our choice, I would definitely come back.
