You place is very nice and well kept up. The location within the complex is really nice and private. It is also great for getting around the Waikoloa resort from the mall to the other beach. We enjoyed our stay.

We spent a week on the Big Island, and this condo was perfect for our trip. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tubs were wonderful, and the gym was just what my sons needed so they didn’t miss a workout. We were within walking distance of shops, restaurants, a resort, and the beach.

Property location on lower level, nice lanai, convenient to everything.
Kitchen is remodeled, but, kitchen is not outfitted with all things needed to cook, and serve meals.
Property is in need of new bed sheets, on all beds, Bed spreads/cover, bathroom linens, but the most needed is in the Living room. Very uncomfortable, sofa, can not be seated on because cushion slides forward, sitting, you are on a downhill slope. No comfort to be found!! Recliner is ok, the rocker is also uncomfortable to sit, visit or watch tv. With a little attention to everyday items, this could be a very nice place to stay.

This was our family's first experience staying in a condo and it was awesome! I would rate it a 4.8 on a 5 scale due to a couple of small glitches. Check in was easy, only problem was that we arrived after dark and the "porch" light was burnt out so it was hard to find the keys.The front door screen needs to be repaired/replaced. It was pretty wabbly if you tried to pull it out. We just chose to not use it. We were traveling with our elderly parents so the ground level worked well for us. Kitchen was well stocked as were the bathrooms. There were plentiful linens. The lanai was nice and sheltered from the wind.The grounds were beautiful, a family of quail walked by the lanai every morning! The pool and hot tub area are beautiful and well maintained with restrooms and a shower.
The only problem we had was with the sleeper sofa the last night of our stay. Our son and his wife who live locally, spent the night with us. The sofa was easy to pull out but very difficult to put back. We ended up leaving it out. We had an overall wonderful experience and would love to come back soon!

This property was perfect for our relaxing getaway! The condo was extremely spacious and VERY well stocked with everything you could possible need from cooking in the kitchen to having fun on the beach. Great location, nice pool, and walkable to all amenities (beach, shopping, dining, turtle watching, coffee, etc). We are already planning our return! Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

This place was perfect for us. We had us and 3 boys all who needed their own beds and it worked well. There was lots of towels and coolers and boogie boards etc for great beach days and the kitchen was fully stocked. Great place 👌

If you want to stay in a clean, comfortable, spacious family condo, this place is it. Our family of 5 (kids aged 19, 17 and 13) stayed here for 3 weeks and enjoyed every minute. The pool was clean and the grounds were well maintained. The instructions provided by the owner were excellent. We enjoyed walking in the evenings (use a flashlight) and going to the nearby shops.
We loved Hawaii and we can hardly wait to return.

Had a great time at the Vista Waikoloa condo. Everything was exactly as the write up. Really appreciated the beach towels, cooler, lawn chairs and boogie boards. Also liked the stock of condiments that were left by previous renters as it gets expensive to have to buy everything. We left our stock and it all works out.
Great location, close to the shops and Kona. Good beaches close by and 15 min to the
airport.
Also appreciated the write-up the owner sends out. Tried the seafood restaurant at the port and it was delicious and a great last meal before flying home.
We will be back in two years.

My wife and I had a wonderful one-week stay at this condo. The location is excellent - across the street from the beach and the huge Hilton Waikoloa resort. The condo is quite large and very well furnished. The overall theme of the furnishings definitely put us in a tropical mood. The kitchen and appliances were in great shape and the kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with cooking and eating utensils. We ate breakfast every morning on the lanai. Everything was very clean. The wifi worked perfectly, and both the living room and master bedroom have large flat-screen TVs. The condo complex is very well landscaped and the pool is wonderful. The pool area is beautiful and the pool itself is great for swimming. It is referred to as a saltwater pool but that refers to the fact that it does not use chlorine; the water is not salty like the ocean (your eyes don't sting!). We got the opportunity to meet the owners who were very friendly and obviously take pride in their condo, and we certainly look forward to returning! Finally, the listing information was completely accurate.

My husband, 10-month old and I stayed here 3 nights after a week in Kona. We just loved the house, it was super clean, comfy and well-stocked. It included items handy for a baby (pack n play, booster, beach toys) and the pool was amazing! Thanks for a great stay! Owner was easy to contact and friendly. Couple small downfalls: we wish the BBQ was on the patio but due to condo rules it was a shared BBQ area with plenty to use. Also, the toilets flushing upstairs were a bit noisy from the master bedroom, but we were so worn out from
Fun beach days that we usually slept thru it.

Excellent, clean, well appointed condo. Very accurate showing, no hidden problems, no photo exaggeration either! Location is prime. Owner is very accurate, fast responding and very kind and helpful during the booking process. Walking distance (3 min) to Hilton Waikoloa hotel with unobstructed access to all its amenities and attractions. Will definitely consider for future stays on Big Island and would gladly recommend to others.

This place is so nice I felt like I was home. It is well stocked with anything you can think you need and very spacious. The pool and the jacuzzi's are super nice and the grounds are beautifully maintained. The beach is close by also. We had a great time there and would stay again for sure!

This property was every bit as nice as the photos! Well equipped and a great location to explore the Kona and Kohala Coasts! The Spa at the nearby Hilton was wonderful too.

Pros: The apartment was very spacious, larger than we thought. Very clean and pleasant to stay in.
Neutral: Upon arrival, there were no toilet paper nor cleaning supplies, but the owners quickly delivered them the next day (and also bought our kids a local favorite chocolate bar!). Please ask the owners to drop the requirement on your bed/towels laundry - we had no time to do it before we left
Cons: The outdoor lights were not working. No lights outside of the entrance door. No cleaning supplies
Overall impression: Very positive, and will I rent it again

We loved staying at this beautiful property! It was perfect for my husband, myself, and 2 sons (ages 9 and 6). The kids loved having video games to play in the evening and early mornings. We all loved the salt water pool on the grounds. The beach was less than a 2 minute drive (would've been too far to walk schlepping all the beach equipment we used from the condo)--we saw lots and lots of fish thanks to the helpful tips provided. There were plenty of ammenities in the condo--so nice not to have to buy oil, salt/pepper, basics etc. We were given many tips on where to eat, play, and local sites to see which was very helpful. We started out not using the A/C but were glad to have it after an unwelcomed centipede found its way into the condo--I was too scared to open the lovely and huge sliders, for fear the centipede's friends would follow it in (which they didn't, thanks to the quick response from the owners who gave us a great tip in preventing them). We were able to finally work up the nerve to eat dinner outside on the lanai our last day there. I miss our stay in Waikoloa and can't wait to return! When we do come back, we will be staying here again!!
