Suite 1224 offers plenty of sleeping capacity for up to 4 guests. The primary bedroom offers a comfy king-size bed and the living room offers a queen convertible sofa sleeper.

Both bathrooms have been completely renovated with luxurious tile and granite for a lavish bath experience. The primary bath features a glass-enclosed walk-in shower and the guest bath includes an oversized tub shower.

Beautiful condo and location. Condo was spacious with two great bathrooms and a back area/closet where you could spread out suitcases and gear. Owner has an umbrella and two beach chairs, as well as a small hard sided cooler in the condo. Good ice maker too. All very useful. Wonderful breezes with the wrap around lanai and three deck sliding doors covering both sides of the L shape. Easy access and view of the Black Rock beach area and beautiful sunset views. Parking under the building was convenient and simple.

This top floor corner unit did not disappoint. We enjoyed morning sun, gorgeous wrap around views of the mountains, golf course, Black Rock, Moloka'i and beyond. Whales were easily spotted breaching off Black Rock, as well as the torch lighting at night. Everyday sounds such as cars and the AC units from nearby rooftops were not noticed, and the beautiful sound of the ocean was heard at night. The unit was spotlessly clean, and well stocked with towels and kitchen items. If I can offer any suggestions it would be to update the dark brown carpet for something lighter, and to include a few cleaning supplys to help guests keep the unit clean. It was a fantastic stay, thank you!

Staying on the penthouse level with a wraparound lanai with ocean, mountain and golf views was fabulous! We love this property location with walkability to the beach, shops and great dining. We loved the unit.!it takes your breath away as soon as you enter and see the view. It is beautifully furnished with all that you could want for your Maui vacation.

It was great having a spot so close to the beach and the Whaler staff are super helpful and friendly. The unit itself needs some TLC-- the carpet is 30+ years old, the microwave was broken (they actually came into the unit while we were there to try to fix it and made a mess and it was still broken)-- an additional microwave took up one whole counter. The refrigerator had some sort of water leak on the bottom (not bad but annoying). The kitchen had a good amount of utensils and supplies for cooking. Our deck had caution tape around a good portion of it as there was a broken spindle (huge orange "staff off" barrier). And the air conditioning was hit or miss (would often not turn on even with doors shut). The couch was old and so was all the bedding (pillows were terrible) and all the drawers in the dresser fall out (and coffee table). The bathrooms weren't bad and there were enough towels provided. Washer and dryer were great to have but the dryer didn't fully dry anything and the washer smelled musty.... would consider looking into other units.

The unit has beach as well as golf course, mountain views. The kitchen is well equipped and two baths were an added benefit. The property is located conveniently from the beach and was 5 min walk from whaler's village. Highly recommended.
