My wife and I stayed at this property for six days, and we enjoyed ourselves. The place was as listed, no surprises, super convenient (beach/restaurants), clean, and well-stocked. The view of Diamond Head from the property was just the best! Would love to stay here in the future when we're in Honolulu.

Great unit with amazing views to wake up to. Also has some beach equipment which is a nice bonus. The unit was very clean, but there is mold around the side edges of the sink that should get cleaned up. The bathroom smelled a bit strange but that might have been because it didn’t ventilate well. Aside from that, I’m glad we picked this unit to stay at. Everything is walking distance from the hotel and the cafe I the hotel has good breakfast items when you’re in a rush.

Great place to stay. Check in was easy and condo is in a very convenient place of town. You can walk to pretty much everywhere. My only complaints are that there was construction going on upstairs on Saturday with tile saw and jackhammering which we weren’t told of so we just left for the day. The other is that there was no coffee grinder in the condo so we had to run out again and get grounded coffee. For these reasons, I gave it a 4/5 stars.

Everything was exactly as listed. The parking was great, the location was great for us and a short distance to market and beach. Pleanty of nightlife and restaurants in the area. The view of Diamond Head was fantastic all times of the day.

The property was presented as it was listed through VRBO. The communication went smoothly from beginning to end. The location was great and within a short walking distance to the beach and dining. The views were stunning from the 35th floor. We enjoyed our stay.

This unit has a beautiful view and is fully equipped for everything you need. The kitchen was especially well equipped for cooking. We had a comfortable stay and would stay here again.

We originally had another location arranged that fell through at the last minute. Like the night before we arrived. Found this place and it turned out to be a gem. Seamless from start to finish. James was responsive and communicative. The place was exactly as advertised. Beautiful views. Convenient location and it was stocked full of anything you could think of. And they left a nice welcome package of goodies too! I’d definitely rent this place again.
One warning-the parking garage is made for smaller cars so if you’re renting and don’t need a big car, opt for one on the smaller side!

Everything we need for our 1 week vacation, the kitchen and all the cookware available for us, the bed are comfortable, the PlayStation to keep our kids entertain, and the pool and hot tub to let us have fun and the best part is the host provide beach towel, chair and kickboard for kids to play on the beach, close to restaurants and beach, the only thing is there is some smell from the toilet. We highly recommend this to any family. Appreciated the thoughtfulness of our property manager and host.

Everything about this unit was exceptional. This included the welcoming package from the unit owner (thank you). You cannot beat the view of Diamond Head that greets you as you enter the unit. The balcony offered a couple of nice chairs and a small table. There were beach chairs and an umbrella available for us to take to the beach. Sofa and chair in the living room were comfortable and there were ample channels to watch TV, if you have down time. The beds were comfortable with loads of pillows and bedding. The bathroom was perfect with an interesting interactive toilet. The kitchen was of very high quality with high end appliances, counters and stools. The unit was spotless when we arrived. The Waikiki Banyan is a mere 5 minute walk to the beach and there are many beach front restaurants to dine at during a stay at the Banyan. Check-in, including parking, were simple (just follow the instructions provided). Even though this is a big building, elevators were readily available when you needed one. Finally, a convenient washer and dryer are located in a room adjacent to the unit. We will definitely look at staying here again when we return to Oahu.

That view! WOW!! The condo had everything you needed. Loved the updates and the thoughtfulness of the small touches it provided. The location was walking distance of all of Waikiki. No parking or hotel fees. You can’t beat that! Would absolutely stay again.

The views are very nice. The unit is great. Just one hiccup is there is no separate AC unit on the master bedroom, if you want to enclose the room with the sliding doors for privacy. We had to use couple tan to make it more comfortable as it got hot during the night. Property manager was very helpful and professional. The hallway isn’t very desirable, so it was a nice surprise to walk in to a nice open unit. If you use it as an open-concept studio unit, this would be great, if this is what you’re looking for. It’s couple blocks away from the beach, about 5-min walk. It’s not exactly along the main strip, but still close to other restaurants and convenience store nearby. Overall happy, nice views, but probably wouldn’t stay on the 35th floor again (thank goodness we were close to the exit).

This condo was great for our family vacation. It is, maybe a 10 min walk from Waikiki. There are plenty of great eats and shops near buy, and the condo has a great view of Diamond Head.

If you are looking for a place that is reasonably priced and don’t mind a dated building this is the place for you. This particular condo has been updated and has a lot of extras that can be used during your stay. The beds were comfortable, the whole kitchen was well supplied. The view of Diamondhead was beautiful. The bathroom is very small. The building itself, is very dated, the hallway has a very peculiar smell, the building itself needs updated. The parking garage is very convenient, and easy to navigate compared to other garage in this area.

We had a great time staying at this property. The best feature was how close it was to the beach. It took us less than 10 minutes to get to the beach, cafes, and convenience stores.
We were provided with basically all the amenities we could need for our week of vacation.
James was also very prompt at returning my messages when I needed some help and he was quite accommodating during the check in process after my flight was delayed by 8 hours.
Being on the 35th floor, we did notice that we could hear ambulance and police sirens most nights and they were quite loud.
The property also did not have a luggage storage space but James did provide us with a name of a place where we could store it. Just keep in mind there is a change per bag, which we were not aware of.
Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location and unit. Amazing view. The beach gears were great and the coffee shop in the lobby was lovely. The only negative things were the lack of instructions like how to use TV and you have to wash dishes before leaving (the maid came and said she was going to wash dishes as we were trying to finish the load (no dishwasher). I would stay here again if I come back to Waikiki.

We stayed here for 6 nights to attend a wedding nearby. We had never been to Oahu and didn’t know what to expect. The condo was centrally located with a short walk to to the beach and an awesome view of Diamond head. We enjoyed the gorgeous view from both the bedroom as well as the kitchen/living space. The kitchen was well appointed with most things we needed (the cabinets opener was broken and there were no measuring cups, but we made do). The beds were quite comfortable, as were the pillows. Honestly my only advice (from people who also own a vacation home on the pacific coast) is more hooks. Hooks on doors, hooks in the bathroom, hooks in the shower. We just corks have used a few more places to hang things:) Overall we very much enjoyed our stay and would love the opportunity to visit again!

This was a great apartment to rent and has a great view of both diamond head and the ocean. It was very well stocked with supplies for cooking and even beach chair, umbrella and boogie board! Our only complaint is with the overall facility itself. The carpets in the hallway looked old and a little dirty and the walls at the bottom of the hallway appeared to have had the molding pulled off but none was working to replace it. Alsowhile there were plenty of spots for parking the parking garage was VERY difficult to navigate in the SUV we rented, the ramp turns were very tight and the parking spaces very small. The rental itself was very easy for the check-in/check-out process when we left we just had to clean our dishes and that was it! This was a very nice place for our family of 4 to spend 8 days!

We visited Oahu for a large family function. This was one of 5 properties at the Banyan our family utilized, and although each place was amazing and unique, OURS WAS THE BEST! It felt recently remodeled and was very clean. The kitchen had absolutely everything we could have needed and the lay out was great for entertaining guests for dinner. The view from the deck could not have been better.
Just a quick walk to the beach and this condo provides everything you need including beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards.

The unit was absolutely beautiful, clean, and functional once inside the room. That view is amazing!
My only complaint was that the hotel building itself was going through renovations making the hallways and some elevators look really ugly. This isn’t necessarily the owners’ fault, but it was an eyesore every time we walked to the room.
Also, the security key(s) from the parking garage into the building did not work. So our group had to continuously walk from the 3-5th floors down to the 1st floor at night time. It wasn’t a huge inconvenience but an inconvenience nonetheless. And a potential safety hazard if you’re having to walk through the parking deck by yourself.
Nonetheless the unit was great and my communication with the Property Manager was immaculate! He even allowed us to check-out late since we had an evening flight. Thanks again!

we stayed here for 1 week and were very pleased with all the amenities this condo had to offer. Views of Diamond Head and the ocean were spectacular (the unit is up high on the 35th floor). Everything worked, unit was clean and has everything a traveler needs. We highly recommend this place.
As for dining, Uncle Bo's is a must! We also did an early morning hike to the top of Diamond head to watch the sun rise. It was beautiful.
