The location was perfect. The property was well manicured and beautiful. Probably the best view from a BBQ that I’ve ever seen. It was awesome to watch all the turtles swim and sun themselves in the beach. AC would be nice if we happened to be indoors in the afternoon, but that was not much of a problem. Would definitely stay again.

Good location with lots of beaches, restaurants close by.
The unit had not been cleaned by the time we arrived, which was incredibly disappointing when we are charged a cleaning fee.
There were cockroaches all over the unit. New ones appeared each time we returned from an outing.

Where to start! We have been coming to Mahina Surf for a while now, but this was outlr first time bringing our kids. Quiet, calm and well maintained space for a family vacation spot just 5-8 minutes from beaches. Turtle sanctuary right off the beach. Beautiful ocean views. Amazing pool. Love the walk out feature on floor level rooms. Clean condo. Great beds, even the pull out sofa bed was great. The only thing this condo needed was an electric skillet and cutting board. Condo had beach chairs and beach towels. Ice pack in freezer. If you needed it, it was already there. We will definitely be viking again soon!

Loved everything no problem to find property from airport we found everything in the unit like we expected clean and neat. We left after 6 nights happy and will recommend it to our friends.

First day had tiny ants everywhere all over the counter in our food that had to be tossed. After that we kept every bit of food in the refrigerator, chips, bread, crackers, anything we would consume.
The hot water shut off and after communicating with Vacasa, they had me reset the breaker, which indeed was tripped, and after that it worked the rest of our stay.
There is no A/C in any of the condos, but really didn’t need it with windows and sliding door open to let the breeze in. If there wasn’t a breeze then it probably would be miserable without A/C.
Other than that, it was nice. There is no sand beach there, only lava boulders with a lot of turtles. Our son would go snorkeling off the shore without any problems. There is a small sandy area where turtles would come and rest.

This location was Absolutely perfect. The home was very clean and very well decorated. The staff on scene were very accommodating with any questions and concerns, I would definitely recommend this place. I will be back again! Aloha !!!

We loved the view, low density and the turtle beach next door. The units are old and ours had a couple of issues that made us feel uncomfortable. We were told we were in the best unit! Great vacation but a little uncomfortable.

The condo was the perfect size, it was just my husband and myself. We would come back to that same one. We loved the location to the pool and the view to the ocean. We got there a teensy bit early and the Vacasa staff were extremely nice, helpful and very professional.

We had an amazing time. We really didn't want to leave. Loved having the Sea Turtles, just steps from our place. The whole place is fabulous. We will definitely come back, with the rest of our family.

I loved that the pool was so close ground level. The house was clean and comfortable and I would love to bring my grandchildren. Only wish it was a two bedroom to bring my family. Had a wonderful time

It was clean, gorgeous and just perfect! We loved every minute of staying here. We woke up every morning and had breakfast on the patio. The pool is steps away from your condo. I wouldn’t have wanted to stay anywhere else.

We stayed at 107 for a week. It was very comfortable for a couple. We loved the ocean view and listening to the waves at night. My husband swam with the turtles from the small beach near the condo. The pool is great. There isn’t any air conditioning which didn’t bother us. The condo is well appointed.
