The view is great. Kitchen fairly well stocked. Huge issue is poor AC. Unit gets very warm esp at night, difficult to cool bedroom for sleep. Difficult to contact rental staff on weekends, no response after multiple calls.

The place was great- clean, convenient , easy travel to all the spots! Only downside - The portable AC was loud and in the livingroom, needed fans in the bedroom, also loud. We did sleep, but if you're sensitive , may be an issue for you. Also, being an island destination, a couple of beach chairs and cooler wouldve been the icing on the cake.

The view was very nice from our balcony, the kitchen was well supplied. There is no elevator and this unit in on the 3rd floor, so anyone with bad knees, be aware. the unit does not have a central A/C but instead a unit in the living room. There is multiple fans, however, the bedroom and bathroom still become very warm and stuffy. We had both the ceiling fan and floor fans going--all night.

We had I had a nice stay at this place.
The place was spotless and in a great location, conveniently close to grocery stores. I truly enjoyed my time there and would definitely recommend it to others.

We enjoyed staying here. Everything was in place and in working order. The decor was lovely, and the unit had everything we needed. The view was as spectacular as advertised. Lae Nani has a beautiful beach within a 3 minute walk, has a shopping center with stores and restaurants almost next door, and the coastal path can be accessed easily from the condo. We loved our morning walks on the coastal path.
It was a wonderful, relaxing week staying at Lae Nani 434.

The condo was very nice. The kitchen was fully stocked and even had condiments and starter coffee. The living ares was comfortable. The bedroom was comfortable. The only down side was the noise from the road in the mornings and the fact it was on the third floor. They should include that information in the write up.

Arriving at night, the complex is very dark. Arrival Instructions need to be more detailed, 'after entering gate make an immediate right-go up the incline even though the arrow points out.’Someone needs to be available after hours to answer calls. If we hadn’t gotten out & walked around to every building we would not have found it. Lending library as well as books & games inside the unit, nice. Bed is comfortable but pillows are not. Kitchen faucet must be turned to cold to stop the flow of water. Master bath needs a light that allows you to see, very dark-no stopper in tub. Having large fans in every room & the window a/c certainly helps cool the unit-detracts from the beauty & are not shown in the photos. Lanai lovely furniture-pillow on footstool needs repair. Gorgeous view. Could use a broom to sweep the front door mat when taking shoes off. Appreciated the sweeper although you can only use it pulling it toward you. Lots of hangers in the closet & plenty of drawer space. Hair in tub & black bedroom lamp desperately needs cleaning. There were no beach items in the condo even though they are shown in the photos & stated in the description. No baking dishes in the kitchen. After regular maintenance completed cleaning the lines in the bathroom, they completed their work & left. Shortly after, a high pitched sound started coming from the bathroom. It would start/stop every few seconds. Called the rental company, no answer. Next day was told to call owner. Ad says TV is 72”. It is actually more like 48". Guest book said that wine & beer was left for us & they had just left the day before. There was nothing.

The pictures on-line were not accurate. It showed a ground-floor, back patio that led straight to the beach. However, when we arrived, we found out this condo was on the 3rd floor! My husband and I have bad backs so this was very hard for us. Additionally, there were stains on the mattress cover, cigarette burns on the kitchen counter, and numerous holes in the walls. Although the location was great for walking to shops and restaurants, the inconvenience of walking up three flights of stairs made it very difficult. The condo itself needs some work.

The condo we stayed in was perfect for our honeymoon celebration. It was incredibly clean and has an absolutely amazing ocean view. Waking up every morning hearing the waves crashing on the beach was incredible. Even without air conditioning, the condo was still very pleasant and cool at night with the ocean breeze and fans in the condo. The location is perfect; plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. We have basically no complaints and had an excellent time staying at Lae Nani 434!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and we loved it. We really wanted to explore the whole island and this was a great central location to do that. Both the north and south sides are a quick drive away. The pool is really big and the beach in front of the resort is actually really great. I would definitely recommend this condo to everyone!

We’ve stayed at this complex before but couldn’t get the one we normally rent. This one was a bit expensive comparatively but we loved being on the top floor and there were some nice extras provided. The spices were much better stocked than usual and the pots and pans were actually decent. We do a lot of our own cooking when we visit so it’s nice to have a well-stocked kitchen.
There was an issue when pest control showed up without warning from anyone. We let them come in, even though that meant leaving them alone with our belongings and we had to be gone for most of the day (which we were planning anyway, but we were worried about our stuff getting sprayed.) I notified the manager but didn’t get a reply until more than 24 hours later and they weren’t very apologetic about it. They also gave us two codes for the gate, which was confusing. The right one was buried in the body of the confirmation, and the wrong one was at the top. A little proofreading wouldn’t go amiss. Otherwise we’d book again if we can’t get our normal place. We liked this one better but it’s substantially more expensive.
